I will never take my car anywhere else but Chuck's. They went above and beyond what I asked them to do. What they charged me was totally awesome. Someone from church recommended them and they lived up to what he said. God bless them and the great staff working for them.

We have taken our vehicles there for years, but no more. My vehicle was stalling on the interstate, while driving to and from work. Thankfully it would restart each time.I took it to chucks and paid them $300+ dollars to fix it, they replaced a sensor. The next morning while driving to work, it stalled again like nothing was fixed. I couldn t take off work again until the next week, so I could take it back to Chuck s. Thankfully I didn t get stranded (which I was very concerned about), but it continued to stall during that whole week. Took it back to Chuck s the second time, they didn t charge me again, and said it was fixed. Next morning on the way to work, yes it was stalling again like nothing was fixed. I just couldn t do it a third time, so I took it to the dealer the next week, and shucked out some more money. They fix it the first time. The problem was that Chuck s only replaced 1 sensor, but there were 4 sensors that needed to be replaced.We went back to Chuck s to see if they would make it right, we gave them two tries to fix it, and they did not. We showed them the paperwork from the dealer.Did they make it right, no they would not.Their words, we should have brought it back . How many times, thee, four five???I could not keep going back for weeks, when clearly they did not know how to fix the problem. These are the type of situations that show a person s real character. I can t imagine collecting money from a customer, not fixing their vehicle, Twice, and being okay with that. No consequence for them, only for me. I missed 3 days of work to get my vehicle fixed, and paid out $300+ for nothing. I couldn t do that to anyone, and then not even try to make it right. But I guess this is the typical character of people in the day we live in. So sad!(I wanted to give zero stars, but it would not let me post my review without at least one star)

They lie they post to call me before any work was done and they didn't ran up a high bill then wanted me to pay for it

I thought I had a coolant leak or something wrong with my coolant system. They have the equipment to diagnose this concern. Dropped my car off and they found nothing wrong and I was able to pick it up the same day.. great customer service. Thanks again!

Chuck s is the go-to for anything tire. They have done my lifted truck, my cars and most recently, our airstream RV. Always reasonable, honest, and accommodating. Family business, nicest people ever. I highly recommend.

The guys at Chuck s are fantastic! I have took my car in for oil changes, new tires and new brakes. They didn t try and upsell me on things I don t need like other mechanics have. I really appreciate that since I am a woman and it seems like mechanics see dollar signs when a woman brings in their car. They don t do that. I would definitely recommend them!!

Great crew at this local mechanic/ Tire & wheel specialists. Very professional and gave me the time I needed to discuss all option. I placed my order for a 6inch left and new Tires and wheels. The parts came in so I dropped my truck off and they had it done in 2 days. If your going to trust anyone to work on your vehicle it's Chuck and CJ and the entire staff here!

I have been dealing with Chucks tires for over 10 years and because he always take care of my fleet of forklifts so we ll I won t go to anyone else. I have used others in the past but since I have been with Chuck he has not let me down once. Although he has never made me wait too long I would let the forklift sit for days if I had to wait for Chuck to do it You cannot go wrong with Chuck s tires they treat everyone right and they are very helpful. And the most beautiful lady in plant city works there and she is always super nice and helpful So if your tires have no tread take them to Chuck s and save some bread

I have to give these guys the gold standard! My wife and I have both been taking our cars there and they always treat us well and always stick to their quote/word. I've been having electrical issues and after Chuck's put in a new fuel pump they sent me to another shop to program the tipm module. While we were at that other shop the fuel pump failed so I called Chuck's and they said just have them do the work, no sense in bringing it all the way back here. I expected them to reimburse me for the fuel pump after I gave them back the faulty one but they refunded labor and all, the total amount! Who does that?? Thank you Chuck's Tire! As long as you're available we'll only bring our cars there!

I highly recommend this business. Even though they were completely booked solid they made room to repair my truck today when I was heading home from Tampa. I am sitting at home tonight thanks to the team at Chuck s Tire & Automotive. Awesome customer service and fair pricing.

The people who work there are always on top of their game. Great service at a very good price. I drive all the way from Frostproof to use their services. It is just hard to find a shop that still dies honest work at an honest price. I highly recommend them, don t just take my word give them a try.

Great service, pleasant staff and reasonable prices. What more can you want? Very satisfied with Chuck's service from mechanic help to purchasing set of tires. Also they have a nice waiting room with a TV and the wait time is usually minimal. In my opinion they are the best.

I had never been to Chuck's before but I needed speed sensors replaced on my jeep wrangler. Everywhere I called the sensors had to be ordered or they were really expensive (dealerships). Called up and Chuck's got me in right away and completed the job faster than I even anticipated. No more dash board lights for me. I highly recommend Chuck's friendly fast service and a great value!

Took my car in to get the front struts replaced. They did a awesome job with it and got it back to me within a couple of ours. Also saved me roughly $300 compared to the dealer. Highly recommend and will be back for future services.

Just had a great experience working with Chuck even though I still haven't met him. I own a used car lot about two hours away in Melbourne, FL and one of my customers had a fuel pump go bad on I-4 near Plant City. Chuck treated my customer well and took the time to talk me through everything over the phone. He replaced the fuel pump quickly so that my customer could get back on the road.From one small business owner to another, THANK YOU!

I found Chuck's automotive to be a friendly and reliable shop, both my girlfriend and I bought tires for our vehicles and I've had a radiator and hoses replaced there. All three times we were very pleased with the work and the speed in which it was completed. I will be using them for all my needs in the future.

I was traveling though town and discovered 2 nails in my tire. I googled tire places & this one had the best reviews. I called them & they sent a worker to meet & follow me back to shop (for safety!). The owner had me back on the road within the hour. I ve never felt more satisfied with a company & their honest service. I highly recommend Chucks Tire & Automotive to anyone-Thanks C&T!

Absolutely Perfect! I priced the same tires on the internet and they were cheaper at Chuck's. Their staff was professional and since I just had my wheels freshly powder coated, they took extra special care of them and made certain not to scratch them. Who needs a chain store when we have a local business owner that can provide high level service and personal care. I will recommend the to all my friends, family and my customers-J

Best shop I have been to in a long time. I know the words mechanic and honesty are hard to believe at times but this place will give you honest answers and honesty prices. They have my business from this point forward. Great job everyone at Chucks Tires.

There is no other place I would take my vehicles to! We have taken dozens of vehicles there over the years (dealer) and have ALWAYS had great experiences with Darlene and her crew! Fast, reasonably priced, honest, and good at what they do!

I was originally referred to chucks by a friend who has had work done on his truck there before. After going to many different shops to quote prices for wheels and tires, chucks proved to be the cheapest. Once I made my decision to go with them to get my wheels and tires I called and asked for how soon the wheels could be in, I was told Thursday so I said that s perfect and continued to ask some questions about tires. Thursday rolls around and I call to confirm that the wheels came in and I could come in soon to get the mounted, and the lady informs me that she did not order them but she could have them by Monday. I brushed it off as it could have just been some bad communication. Monday came and I received the call that the wheels came in, I asked it was possible for me to come in around 1ish to get them mounted and she said that they were swamped at the moment but to call again around 3 and that was no problem. When I called at 3 and she said if I come now I they could have me done before everyone went home for the day and I was perfectly fine with that and I said I would be there in 30 min I was quickly shot down because that did not give them enough time. At this point I m getting frustrated because I was told to call at 3 not be there at 3. so it seemed like at no point did they actually plan on getting me in the that day. 7:30 the next morning was the time that I was given to make sure I taken care of. I was at the shop at 7:30 on the dot and dropped my Jeep off. About 30 minutes later I received a call asking to confirm my tire size that I was looking for. I didn t think much of it until about an hour and a half later saying that there was an issue, that they ordered the wrong size rim which was a 20x10 instead of the 17x9s I had gone with. At this point I am very annoyed with the way this whole thing has gone. I have no problem with stepping up to a bigger rim but the price is what I didn t like and is that he reason I decided on the 17s so I figured maybe they would drop the price of the twenty s considering all the inconveniences that I have faced. But they were unwilling to come down on the price and the 17s would not be in till sometime next week. Fed up with the whole situation I have decided to go somewhere else where they know how to work with a customer.

Always quick and courteous. They diagnose my vehicles issues, give me options, and treat me with respect. I've taken multiple vehicles to them, and they have put me back on the road ASAP. I always recommend Chuck's when someone mentions needing a trustworthy mechanic.

Took my car in to get some brake issues fixed and they were great! Quick, easy, painless, affordable, and honest. My car was in and out of the shop in less than a day! If you are a single momma, like me, and have no clue where to start with car repairs... look no further... Chuck's is the place to go!

Dropped my truck off to have my tires rotated and balanced at 7:30 am, picked it up at 11:30 am, rides great.Always treated with professionalism and a smile by Chuck, Darlene, and Co.Been dealing with Chuck over 30 years and so far he's batting a thousand.....

Had to get all tires replaced on my car. They were very accommodating with answering all my questions, and allowed me to pay in advance. Car rides much smoother now. I was in and out within an hour. Will definitely be back!

We just moved to Plant City and a friend recommended Chuck s Tire. I m sure glad he did. I dropped off my vehicle after work and picked it up the next day with a set of new tires and a synthetic oil change, all at a great price. Highly recommend.
