I just witnessed the most rewarding experience from the interior of my car! It was raining, my husband was opening a windshield wiper outside of the building and an associate who was entering his shift off the clock greeted him, took the wiper and placed it with a smile on his face! I was inside the car and saw the whole experience. I told my husband no way he is not the store manager WOW! Without being asked .. the smile wow! That s customer service

I needed a key for my teen son s tire rims. I wasn't impressed they didn't allow me to buy it, to see if it fit, when Autozone across the street had no issue with it. As a matter of fact the employee at Autozone took it out of the packaging without making me buy it to see if it fit. BUTTT .Although Advanced couldn't help me with the key, a very nice young man named Ben helped install my son s new steering wheel cover. These are always a pain to do, so I was very appreciative. I HATE going to auto parts stores, but this was actually a pleasant experience overall. Thank you Ben for your help!

Everyone at this location was helpful. My car started misfiring and the check engine light came on. I stoped here and both Ken and Robert diagnosed the code and suggested a repair. They ordered the fuel injectors for me. I picked them up the next day and the misfire was gone. Thank you guys!

Anne is the best! I needed a new battery and she dropped everything and came out to check my old battery and said it was time for a new one. She had a smile, the whole time and joked and laughed and is a hard worker. She is not a slacker. If people need a job done, they need somebody like Anne working for them. I highly recommend her.

I had problems getting help at Autozone across the road because the counter guy acted like everything was such a hassle for him and basically acted like it wasn't his job to show me where a lawn and garden battery was kept and and acted like it was a hassle to cross reference an oil filter. Then I came into this store and what a night and day difference. Robert the parts guy was helpful and friendly and we found the oil filter and oil I needed. Bravo Robert! Keep up the excellent attitude! I only wished I had bought the battery I bought at Autozone, across the road, here at Advanced Auto.

An employee named Emile is very rude. Came in to drop off a UPS package, he let someone jump line ahead of me and then I put my package on the counter and said I have a ups drop off. He said cool that s nice . It took everything I had to not go off on this dude. Then after 10 minutes someone else waited on me. Three different people couldn t figure out how to scan the package. I was in the store for a total of 25 minutes to drop off 1 package.

Marty was extremely friendly and helpful this morning. I came in frazzled after finding my battery dead and having to cancel an event at the last minute. I wanted to make sure my battery was okay before driving to Orlando. Marty quickly tested my battery and then replaced it. He went above and beyond by giving me some helpful , yet simple tips to prevent future problems with my car. My husband has always said good things about this AAP and now I can see why. Excellent customer service! Thanks Marty!

Great experience at this Advance Auto Parts.I needed a car battery and the tech found that my battery was still under warranty, so I paid noting for a new battery.There was plenty of knowledgeable staff ready to help, they tested my old battery and installed my new battery for free.Very friendly, knowledgeable, great service.

Needed a battery got one from advance auto parts. The young man by the name of Rolando was awesome he helped me with everything I needed to know about the Battery. His customer service skills where on point he knew exactly what he was talking about and even installed it for me. Definitely recommend this place very professional and great customer service. My first (and last) trip here was to pick up an item but also needed some advice on its use. One customer was occupying the one staff member at the desk the entire time while I and eventually 2 other customers waited patiently for 12 to 15 minutes. Patience began running out when we continued to observe 2 other staff members working in the bin stock area alternately coming through and then disappearing to the back. After being ignored several times, we all put our items down and left. Very sad that the one guy working the desk did not once address us or the situation.Can you say Auto Zone or O'Reilly's? I can and know where I will be going in the future.6-3-22 I have received the standard response from Advance Auto Corporate: "We are so sorry you had this experience and our staff will be looking into this matter".

Bought a shift knob from them. It was missing the set screws I didn t realize the package was tampered with. Went back in and asked if they have any set screws for it or if we can rob it from a other package. Dude tried selling me a whole new one for a manual even though I needed a automatic so he obviously is new cool no problem but the acting manager was just rude . This is why I don t come here

Needed front rotors and calipers for a 2001 f150. The website said out of stock at my store. I went anyway to find who did have them. Nicole was great, she found the right ones at the store so I didn't have to drive all over, looking for who had them in stock. I guess the website doesn't keep up.

GREAT PEOPLE! Very knowledgeable, always willing to go the extra mile, step outside and take a look to offer advice. A very pleasant place to do business and always my first choice for auto parts. The manager, Alex is great, and the other staff equally helpful.

Great service, but have to wait a week for parts.After my original post my part came in a day and half later, which was a great surprise to myself. I later found out that because I was in a wheelchair the gentleman who took care of my order took it upon himself to call other locations to find my order. Now is that great service or what?

This is my go to place for all my car care needs. I have a 89 f 350 with an IDi diesel engine. So parts can sometimes be hard to find. These guys go above and beyond to to get which ever parts I need if they dont have it in the store. If u want top notch service and guys who know your name this is the place to go.

They have mostly what you need for your car. Prices are a little high on some of the cleaning supplies and waxes.
