Best boat purchase experience ever! From sales to after sale support to service they have by far exceeded every expectation. Terry and John in sales are straight forward, knowledgeable, and most importantly trustworthy. They say exactly how things will be and they don t over promise. Purchased a brand new Sea Hunt 234 Ultra and couldn t be happier with their pricing either.I think the most impressive part of this experience was Sean in service. When I came in for my 20 hour service and to get misc. the items fixed that all new boats have, Sean listened to everything and got every single issue corrected in a very timely manner, and the results were beyond impressive. Most things that were addressed came out BETTER than they were done at the factory.Bottom line is this, I didn t exactly buy a yacht and this is one of the smaller boats that they offer at Ingman. But I was treated like I had purchased a super car. The entire experience was wonderful and I ll never go anywhere else for service or sales as long as I m in Florida. Thank you to all at Ingman Marine!

If you are in the market for a use or new boat please give Terry Carfagno from Ingman marine a call. This guy is the absolute best and one of the nicest persons you would ever meet , he treats you like family and turns the experience of buying a boat wish is usually a headache into such a pleasant and smooth transaction that the next time I would buy another boat he will be the first person I call.Terry you rock!!!

We were in the market to purchase a new boat. After an exhaustive search of many boat dealers in and around the Port Charlotte area. We found ourselves returning to Ingman Marine for laidback, no pressure, available to answer any questions you may have about boats, boating or the boat buying process. Our salesman was Terry C. and I m not kidding or exaggerating when I say he was an absolutely great to deal with! Ingman marine answered all of our questions and never once seemed pushy, arrogant or impatient with any of our questions about their boat inventory. So far EVERY STEP of the process has been stress free. Thanks to the amazing, professional and knowledgeable team at Ingman marine on Gasparilla for making our boat buying experience a pleasure!!! Special thanks to Terry C. and Captain Mark for the great sea trial on our boat and especially looking forward to Mark providing a thorough and knowledge packed session for our new boat!!!Those two guys are an asset to Ingman Marine!!!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I rarely write reviews but Ingman Marine in Placida has more than earned our 5 star review. This is an exceptional business that walks the walk of putting customers first.We purchased a new boat from Ingman Placida at the end of last year. We worried the process could be cumbersome and akin to the average poor experience at a car dealership. Quite the opposite our salesman Orion Wholean was first rate. He walked us through the no pressure buying process in less than a half an hour, recommending how where we could economize and working with us on some unique features we wanted to include. He worked with the manufacturer to match our needed delivery timeline and was with us at each stage of the process to ensure full satisfaction.When the boat was delivered, we had a minor initial electrical issue which brought me into first contact with the service department. The Head of Service Sean has been nothing short of outstanding. He immediately took full responsibility, scheduled us in right away, and even came and got the boat right from our lift and delivered it back to us. Sean and his team are the real thing they know the boats they sell and put the customer first in a way rarely seen anymore.This experience with Ingman is among the best customer service experiences we have had with any company for a long time.

Our expectations were exceeded each and every time. His team answers every question immediately, including coming to our home after delivery for further instruction. Service team is exceptional and we highly recommend Orion and his team to anyone. And have done so numerous times.

Review of my purchase of a Cobia 301CC through Orion Wholean, Ingman Marine, Placida FLOur family had been boating for 40 years at the Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri and most of our past boats were Formula runabouts and sports cruisers. We purchased a home in Punta Gorda, Florida in early 2023 and began looking for a high-quality center console type of a boat. I wanted to start fishing a bit more, but we also wanted a boat with other comfort features for going out to dinner, going to the sandbars, sightseeing, etc.After looking at several different brands at several marine dealerships, we circled back around to where we had started at Ingman Marine. The sales person that we had talked with several times, both in person and by phone, was Orion Wholean in Placida, FL. After continued discussions with Orion involving make, model, size, horsepower and overall boat configuration, we decided on ordering a new 2024 Cobia 301CC in June 2023. With Orion's assistance, it was arranged for us to do a plant tour and actually watch our boat being built at the manufacturing plant in Fort Pierce, FL. It's a beautiful newer facility and the tour was excellent. I was very impressed with how clean and modern the facility was as well as the size of the plant and the quantity of different models being assembled.We took delivery of new Cobia 301CC in late October 2023 and we absolutely love the boat! The quality, performance and many amenities are exactly what we were hoping for. The ride and the way the boat handles rough water is also very impressive. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a new center console boat.Like anyone searching for a new boat, we had many choices available to us. The reason that we purchased our boat from Ingman Marine was due to the excellent customer service and boating knowledge that we received from salesman, Orion Wholean. We could easily tell that Orion has been involved in boating, at a high level, for many years and that knowledge translated into helping us make the right choice in make, model, size and options to end up with the new boat that we were looking for. Orion has also been readily available, after the sale, to answer questions and help us with anything that we've needed. Orion is great to work with and doesn't oversell the product.We've just had the boat in for the 20-hour service and I can also convey that Sean in Ingman's service department is very helpful, knowledgeable and excellent to work with.Steven L. Orion was great throughout the entire purchase from signing agreement through waiting for delivery i would recommend Ingram Marine and tell them to ask for orion. I feel Ingman is lucky to have someone like Orion. I shopped at a competitors showroom and when we walked into ingman and Orion waited on us I told my wife we were purchasing boat from him. No hard sale and honest

Bought my 30ft coffin box sea hunt from the port Charlotte store and after a few issues Orion, our salesman, took care of us well after the sale and I couldn t be happier. Orion is now at the Placida store and I highly recommend him. Thanks again Orion!

Service department is terrible. Will never call you back. Had one Grady White serviced and dirt footprints all over it. Spent over $500,000 on a 33 Grady boat and will not buy one from them because of service

Fantastic Service Manager and Technicians.Service Manager Sean and Technician Mike really came through for us when our Yamaha overheated.We live on the east coast and were doing the loop around south Florida. Our engine went into limp mode about five miles from Ingman Marine.The amount of attention they gave us was fantastic. Mike took a boat ride with us with his laptop hooked up to the engine. We ran the boat to mimic the failure conditions. Sure enough, we got the 'check engine' flashing again and went into limp mode.More importantly, Mike got the data he needed.When the engine was repaired, Mike went back out with us, again with his laptop, to be sure it was fully repaired before sending us on our way. This time another code came up.To make a long story shorter, Mike dived deep into both 16-year-old engines and found serious salt deposits blocking cooling water passages. It took him some time to fully open those passages.Since we still had some long open water runs ahead of us, we are very appreciative of the immediate attention we received from Sean and how thoroughly Mike did his work and then verified his work by running the boat hard with his laptop before being satisfied that the engine was good to go.If we had to break down, we were fortunate to break down so close to Ingman Marine.

Had these photos come up on my timeline from 5 years ago to remind me when I purchased our boat from Ignman by far best sales experience I ve ever had in the past decade they went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and had me back on the road to Oklahoma even called several times to make sure I made it back safely when it comes time to upgrade I know who I will be buying from!

We took delivery on a Grady White Freedom 307 yesterday from this Marina. Top notch top team as everything was above expectations. John is sales is a Pro and Fred who spent the day with us on the water going over everything on the boat is a seasoned captain with decades of on the water experience. Lots to learn stepping up to a large, nice boat like this and Ingman team knows how to deliver and put you at ease on the water.Great, great job guys and look forward to years of being very satisfied customers.If anybody is looking to purchase a boat look no further. John and Fred could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us, as we were purchasing our new boat! While John helped us with the contract details, financing, insurance, transport and all the details we needed help with, Fred educated us on our new boat and all the incredible systems that our Canyon 336 has. There is a great deal of information to process and he took his time with us and was very sincere about making sure we felt very comfortable handling our boat!Terrific experience!!

Bought a 30 ft. Grady White Freedom. Great experience from the beginning. Everyone at the Marina was very helpful. If there were any issues , they were corrected. I can't say enough about Fred Granger.He was our "to go to person" for anything. Fred was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of promptly. He helped us learn the boat as well as making sure any issues were fixed.What a great guy! Ingman is first class from sales to service.

I would highly recommend talking to Ingman if you are in the market for a new or used boat. John spent hours with me going over all the options available on the Canyon 376 before we ordered the boat and it was delivered on time and exactly as ordered without exception. Pricing was very competitive. The electronics Installer spent time with me on the layout of the electronics at the helm so everything would be just as i expected. Fred spent as much time as i needed to get me acquainted with the systems and operation of the boat and has been a ongoing resource of anything boating related. These guys are top notch!

My wife and I have been boating since we were born. We just purchased your first Freedom 325. So far we have worked with Scott, Terry, Tony, and Fred. Scott sold us the boat and has been exceptionally helpful and proactive with us throughout the process. Terry is extremely knowledgeable regarding electronics and helped spec, and space everything and then installed it. He was an unexpected gem in the process of fitting out. Tony's canvas work also exceeded our expectations. Fred has gone over the boat in detail and was very helpful in customizing preferences and settings to our liking. He also has high standards and knows how to get things done. We are very pleased with our experience at Ingman Marine and happy to say so.

What a pleasure to purchase a GW from Ingman! John and Scott are great salesmen with no pressure. Captain Fred is awesome! He went over all the features on the boat and even set up our electronics with favorites for ease of use. Sean in service is also great to deal with. We had an issue and Sean promptly handled it and Captain Fred came to our residence to pick up the boat for service. That is excellent customer service. Would highly recommend Ingman Marine if you are looking to purchase a boat.

Went to them to sell my boat on consignment because I am a seasonal resident of Port Charlotte and they were the closest to where I kept my boat for storage. Met with Mike and he said they were very interested and ask what price I was asking for the boat. He did his research and came back with a price thousands less than I wanted and felt what the boat was worth. I agreed to his asking price because I wanted to sell the boat and because I was not using it very much. Before I signed a consignment contract with them he told me for $495.00 they would do a complete inspection of the boat and motor to make sure there was not any issues it before they would take on consignment. They did there check and it was and is a great running boat.Some time went by and they got an offer another $1,500 less than my already reduced asking price and also a new surprise. The boat needed a $1,200.00 repair and this was after they had already charged me $495.00 at the beginning and told me the boat was in great running condition. I just told them to go ahead and sell the boat because I was so disgusted with the whole situation and Ingman Marine.I got in the end with the repairs and discounts and commission $7,000 less than what the boat was worth. Never once did they offer to take a penny less in commission and explain to me how the boat got a clean bill of health at the beginning and all of a sudden with no use it needed $1,200 in repairs. If you want to give your boat away sell it yourself then you would not have to give these morons a 10% commission. I would never do business with these people again.

I purchased my second Grady White from John Ferrara. John worked hard to make sure my buying experience was a great one. Both John and Sean in sales are very detailed in their product knowledge. They welcome any product questions. This helps the client feel comfortable in not only selecting the "Right Boat" but also the proper accessories.Arron Mellor and Sean Keathley in parts and service management are very helpful and timely in their assistance. They do a fine job to schedule service that meets customer needs. They stay in constant contact with the service staff that works on your craft. They know service after the sale is key to the customer.I continue to be impressed with the expert service staff at Ingman.Terry in service made sure my 2018 Canyon 336 was ready for me to enjoy. He has a broad knowledge of rigging the boat with selected client accessories. He is eager to share his knowledge with the client when requested. He takes deep pride in doing the job right the first time.Fred Granger does a fine job making an Ingman customer feel like family. He stays in contact to make sure your boating experience is all you expect. Fred delivered the boat and took me on a training cruise on the Canyon 336. He welcomes your questions during orientation and anytime thereafter.

Our salesman ,Terry Carfagno, was very helpful and knowledgeable with our wants and needs. He made great suggestions and made the process easy. His experience helped in selections of the boat. We took his advice on securing the financing and it has worked well. We were doing it on our own but his option was better for us. The best part was that he took the time to get us a very good trade-in value for our existing boat when others did not. He made a house call to survey our boat and make is easy for us.This made the sale possible and process smooth. He has gone out of his way to help facilitate the sale and the follow up afterwards. He is also a skilled Rigger and we are very pleased with the way he set up the boat. Recently we used his contact to make protective coverings for the boat and we are very pleased with it. He is a valuable employee for Ingman Marine and they must be happy to have him. I would recommend Terry and Ingman to anyone in the market for a boat,Denise and Paul

Purchased our second boat from John over at Ingman Placida. Very professional, never felt like just a number to these folks. Can t say enough about the whole crew there. Sean in sales, Sean in service and of course John. Always answered our questions, never once did we not get a call back when requested. We were informed every step of the way. Now the guy who puts the frosting on the cake, that would be Fred. He does the delivery of the boat to the customer. One of the nicest guys you will meet. Again, professional in his mannerisms and attitude. He takes the time and patience to go over every single item on the boat and makes sure you are completely comfortable with its operations. No question goes unanswered. We just had our Grady White delivered today and we were with Fred most of the day. Absolutely perfect experience. Thanks all.

MANY thanks and appreciation to the amazing Fred Granger for all his help on my Canyon. He was in the area and knew I had an issue that my purchasing dealer was unable to find or correct! Fred knew exactly what was wrong and in just a few minutes was smiling with the fix. Fred is the Grady-White Boat Whisperer!

This was my fourth boat I have purchased from Ingman Marine. Each and every time I have been treated with respect and professionalism. Sean Keathly (service manager) and Fred Granger (product delivery manager) have been specially helpful in making my experience pleasurable. My Grady White was rigged perfect and the boat was spotless . My next boat will be purchased here as well .

Bought this used Grady White sight unseen and we really couldn t be happier. John and Sean were very accommodating and Fred was awesome and showed great patience and flexibility teaching two newbies how to become boaters as quick as possible.
