The staff at this location were absolutely amazing, on our way to a food bank when we realized the tire was flat and it was just getting worse as I sat in line with my husband. We were able to speak with Len and he gave us a quote for a brand new tire and has exceptional customer service skills! They were all great. Would definitely recommend them to anyone whom may need their help. Thank you!

Great place. Highly recommended. Took my Bentley in on a Saturday afternoon close to closing time, and they had no problem patching my tire on the spot and did a very meticulous job. Price was very reasonable for everything they had to do.Also will be replacing tires on my Maserati.Front desk and tech guys were super friendly and knowledgeable!Highly recommend as will use again for all my tire needs in the future.

Typically, I get extremely anxious to get any work done to my vehicles. I have had many experiences in the past that make me feel dumb or not listened to. Since I have started taking my cars into this Tire Kingdom, I have been stress and worry-free! The employees are extremely welcoming and accommodating. You will always be greeted with an upbeat smile and genuine customer service. I have never had a long wait and the work they do is always top-notch! Their pricing is also extremely reasonable- especially when considering the OUTSTANDING quality of service they provide! I will never be taking a vehicle of mine elsewhere after discovering this place!

I brought my car in after it had been seen by my dealerships service center. My dealership had been rude and acted like I was an idiot for no reason, they claimed my battery was leaking fluid and my front brakes were worn down and they wouldn t fix it. I brought it here and they were so kind off the bat. They immediately treated me with respect and listened to my concerns. They checked out my battery and brakes and found no problems with them. They were jovial and laughing with me about how wild the situation was. I don t think I could ve asked for a better interaction and customer service! My husband had always sworn by Tire Kingdom and now I know why! I will be coming back in the future!

I had the best experience Omar was SO AMAZING. He was kind and explained everything to me. He was prompt. When I walked in he said good morning Lori! Who does that these days no one !!!I will be back . And I hope OMAR is still here .You need more employees that have this attitude and attention to detail.Thank you Tire kingdom.

Came in to have my tires checked over after my check tire pressure light came on. Omar was at the desk and was incredibly kind and helpful. Got me in and out in 20 mins. Easiest experience I ve had at any car place!

The best tire kingdom ever! To have my questions answered & detailedly explained to where I could understand, Omar was VERY helpful & knowledgeable! Told me things about my vehicle that I didn t even know about! I will be coming back! He made me feelcomfortable enough to get my car worked on without any worries that no one won t mess up a thing! I really appreciate it!! And I didn t have much of a wait time, I was in & out!UPDATE:I just came back for an oil change & I also had questions & concerns concerning my vehicle since I ve been bit car issues & The manager here, Omar, was able to help & figure out b what we could do to resolve my car so I really appreciate him. The store is nice, clean & well kept. I m really happy that I made the decision to always come here to get serviced!!

I had a pleasant and easy experience getting 2 tires replaced after I waited until the last minute before a road trip and was worried I d have to drive a few hours on VERY old tires. Booking an appointment online for the same day was super easy, I brought it in a bit earlier than my appointment and they started working on my car right away! Took less than an hour and I was able to relax in the little break area comfortably the whole time. Vending machines, comfy chairs, tables, everything you need to comfortably wait an hour or so! All of the men in the shop were pleasant and friendly. I will definitely use this location for my tire needs again!

I had an amazing experience here, came in for an oil change on a Saturday morning expecting to not have my car back for a while and got a call very soon after that my car was ready. Customer service was amazing from the moment I walked in and I will definitely be returning for my car needs. If I could give them 6 stars I would!!

Definitely one of best Tire Kingdom locations. Quick on repairs and quality communication. John and Omar were very helpful and gave detailed descriptions on what the problem was and what they did to fix the problem I was having. Grateful for a smooth process where I didn t have to wait hours to be helped. Thanks!

Incredibly easy process coming in. I got a flat on my work truck and brought it to them and they had me back on the road in 15 minutes.Omar was at the front desk and helped me by pulling one of the mechanics off of a job he was already doing and had him focus on my flat. I didn't pay anything to have them get me on the road and they kept the tire and fixed it while I worked. Omar called me when the tire was ready to.Dakota was my technician and helped with plugging the tire and also putting on the spare.Overall awesome experience, I didn't lose any hair over it and it was an extremely easy process.5 stars gentlemen. Thanks for your time!

I started coming to get my tires replaced, and then I had to come back in for my brakes which ai already knew needed to be done because they were squeaking. They are very honest here but never pressure you to get the work done that s recommended. They know I know nothing about cars and the level of explanation on things that they recommend to be fixed, is great for me. Very genuine guys, I definitely recommend this location!

The crew at Tire Kingdom were very helpful and professional.We had a tow truck bring my friends vehicle to Tire Kingdom, and the driver (from Frank's Auto Body) became very verbally abusive to us and the employees at Tire Kingdom. The manager, David, remained very calm even when the driver threatened to fight him.Thank you to Tire Kingdom for remaining cool and assisting my friend with her flat tire. These guys deserve a raise and the sign moved closer to the road.

Made an appointment for 5pm on a Monday for 4 new tires. They had me in and out pretty quick in my opinion. They added road hazard to my tires for free because they felt like they could have had me out the door even quicker. I was very happy.

Caught a nail in my tire, took it straight here for a patch and oil change. They were able to finish it within an hour while also removing tire locks that I didn t have a key for. Very polite and professional with quick and easy service, highly recommend

This place is awesome. I was helped by Len, David and Andrew - all of whom were very professional and kind. While you wait for your vehicle to be serviced, there is a cozy waiting area with cable television, very comfortable seats, vending machines, coffee, microwave, electric outlets (for device charging) and a table for dining. The waiting area has a window view of the garage where you can see your vehicle being worked on. Staff are knowledgeable and tires are priced fairly. The shop is also capable of oil changes, as well as any auto service you may need. The mechanics are very thorough and caring in their work. Highly recommend.

Went to get an oil change Friday afternoon. They left the oil cap off of the engine. By the time I realized it, it was after I got home from work that night my car was smoking and there was oil splattered all over the engine. Saturday morning I had to call into work late to go to the shop. The guys put new oil in and seemed to clean some of the oil off the engine and told me to come back for a free oil change next time but only on certain days. Furthermore, they stated tire rotation was done but it was not my tires still need air (light is on), fluids are low, had to ask how long the oil would be good for and for a little sticker. Also, before the job was even done they asked for a good review several times. I am not one to usually leave reviews but in this case I felt I needed to. Hopefully nothing more happens with my car and this will not happen to anyone else.

Great experience and pricing on tires. Most competitive for top quality and constant updates. Omar was wonderful as he communicated where we were throughout the process and what the next steps would be. Will be coming back.

I was desperate for some help! I pulled in and received nothing but the best service. One of the guys there, I think his name was Len, was super nice to me. Explained the difference and prices in a few options for my jeep and was just all around respectful. Kudos!

Tire Kingdom is my go to place for my oil change. They always take excellent care of me and keep my updated on my car while I'm there. If they make mistakes they own up to them and rectify the situation. I really appreciate their service!

Came in for a break job on my Lexus is300 whole team was incredible, customer service was fantastic, even when the job went past closing time they still worked hard to insure the job was done correctly, would highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for service

Tire Kingdom was very helpful with me when I was coming home from work and got a flat tire. I, unfortunately, arrived 15 minutes before they closed and they still fixed my tire. I will be coming back. Ozzie was very caring and I appreciate all who helped me!

I bring all my cars to this location. Len and Theo do a great job!And prices are better than the other large tire locations and the service is top notch. And with the free Wifi I am able to get work done while I wait.

Len is amazing, he has great customer service skills and straight forward. Makes for an easier process when someone is detailed with how they explain things. Theo did the service on my car, I got 4 new tires, alignment etc. thank you both for your hard work! You are appreciated. Happy I chose to come here.

Absolutely wonderful staff! The tow truck driver who brought my car in was disrespectful and angry but David and his team stepped in and defended me and my friends. They even called AAA and the tow truck company to file complaints for me 100/10 I'd go here any day.The only thing I d change is the sign isn t very visible! Everyone needs to know about this place and be able to go here instead of anywhere else!!

I just had new tires installed and these guys were great. The tires I wanted had to be delivered from another location and these guys still got me back on the road by the requested time. Len is great and really went out of his way to treat me awesome. I really appreciate the excellent service ! Thanks guys!!!

JJ was awesome even understaffed he handled guests with aplomb, attention and kindness. His staff kept brisk pace and really went out of their way to help each other, registered and drop in guests. My stay was pretty short considering their booking. Heartily recommend.

Through some misinformation and issues regarding tire placement. Both Len and David came through with flying colors to make sure my car was taken care of and that I left a happy customer.If there is a problem, both of these gentleman will do everything in their power to go above and beyond for you.

Omar was very courteous and professional! He explained every detail of the jobs that were being done and kept me informed as the process went along! I definitely recommend this location!
