I went to Take5 at 4890 park Blvd on 4/18/24, an hour after the changing the oil, 3 light on the dashboard came on. I returned to take 5 they explain they did a bad job and the oil leaked. I don t recommend this place.

I had a good experience at Take 5. All of the staff were courteous and professional. There was no wait time. I stayed in the car and they were done within minutes. I didn t exactly check if it was 5 :) but it was quick. They offered me coffee or water. They also add in a lot of little freebies like checking all fluids and filters. They also checked the tire air pressure. The only thing is that it s been a while since I ve had a car so I was getting the service for my Mom s car. I was stunned at the prices but everything has gone sky high in price lately. I don't think similar facilities would be much less. I d definitely use them again.

Great experience every time. As a certified mechanic myself, I have trust issues with taking my vehicles places. Since I ve left the industry I still do the most major work but have trusted take 5 for my oil changes and it s always a good experience. The multiple safety checkpoints they have for themselves to ensure nothing is missed or forgotten is really what does it for me. Pairing that with high quality customer service and properly trained techs, you ve got somewhere you can actually trust. Matt took great care of me when I brought the wife s navigator in, he s got an exceptional eye for detail, and made sure I was good to go without concern. I now have a fleet account setup for my business as well. For something so seemingly simple, I ve had my share of issues in the past with other places. Take 5 s business model is above grade for the industry and I m thoroughly impressed every time.

I had the best experience!! Man let me tell ya! I showed up and was greeted swiftly and offered water. So thoughtful. My oil change was quick and efficient. You can tell that the works take pride in what they do! Such personable staff .

We love this location in Pinellas Park. The guys are so friendly, give you a cold water with a smile and so quick and efficient and do just a great job every time! It's always such a pleasure that's why we always leave a good tip! Thanks for the hard work.

Cody and his crew are fantastic! The last crew unfortunately had forgotten to inform me of certain maintenance to be performed on my vehicle; Cody was sweet in deducting certain services to make up for the inconvenience. He was informative and efficient. I refuse to use any other oil change service and will only go to the location by my house. 10/10 would recommend Take 5 to others.

Nice friendly guys that work here. I appreciate that they provide water to me and even gave my dog a few treats. I only came for a tire pressure check but they look care of my quickly. Centrally located on Park Blvd.

I ve been going to this place for my oil changes for my lifted F250 for the past couple of years. All is great except the last time I went, they didn t air up my tires and forgot to give me the reminder sticker for my window. No big deal but if I m paying 160.00 for an oil change, I expect the place to remember the little things.

At best.. I waited in line. Then after waiting on the bay I haddd to use ladies room. No such place here.. at this point they didn't even take my name but no worries. My plate is on record..After crossing the very busy road to use the bathroom they didn't even bother to look me up..y dead dog is in the truck and they suck..

I showed up right before closing, knowing I would probably be annoying to the staff. However, they were warm and welcoming, and got me in and out quickly. I will be back for sure.

They wouldn t change my air filter because it was too hard asked to see my old oil filter they said they couldn t. As a plus they left my screws loose luckily I checked over there works and they spilled oil over my cover. Very unprofessional will never get my business ever again reporting to BBB alsoIf I could leave 0 stars I would

The people that were there to the wonderful Job Changing in my Oil.They even gave me a bottle of water while waiting All the workers were experienced. And had a good sense of humor I would recommend anyone to go there.

Very respectful, but someone wasn t properly trained as to how to put on new oil filter. The filter was put on to tight and couldn t be removed at follow up oil change. Had to take the car to a full service garage to have old oil filter removed.

Just had my oil change done .... The air filter wasn't put back on correctly the sensor that hook up to the air box and intake were not connect.They should stay focused on their one task, change the oil, don't touch or worry about any other aspect of the vehicle.Never going there again. Local mechanic or just do it myself.

The guys were wonderful explained things that I didn t understand . Even checked my in the car air filter that I didn t know I had. My car is 10 years old I bought it knew and this crew was the first one that even asked me about it. I always get my oil changed on time also have been to this Take 5 oil change before

James Green took excellent care of us. A/C cold water while we waited in car. Not pushy. Very precise in what he was doing. Brought things to our attention no one every did, A/C filter. Never changed in 7 years. It was filthy. A+ to the business and all the crew you have. Thank you well worth the money. Also got a military discount. Very nice.

They changed my oil, when I left oil was pouring out and they said it was from the skid-plate. Then 2 days later I went back and continued to have oil leaking. They assured me it was fixed.Less than a week later I had a large puddle of oil in the garage (attached). I took it back and they told me that the filter was never tightened down and was coming off.They didn t check my tire pressure, windshield wiper fluid or other things on the list of procedure performed.Thank God it didn't come off while I was driving and do real damage to my car. If you go there good luck and may the Force be with you.Service: Oil change

I go here often when I need a quick oil change and don t have time. Which is every time. And it only took about 15 minutes total. If you need an oil change quick and don t have time for appointments this is definitely the one stop shop to come in and out with your car service.

Cody was absolutely amazing, the best customer service I have ever received at take 5 oil change. He went above and beyond for the service I came in for. He advised me on everything that was being done, made great recommendations and provided an explanation as to why he recommended the things he did. Drain plug possibly stripping and unable to do the oil change. Try suction to remove oil before telling me they couldn't do it that I would need to take it to a mechanic. Very helpful but just couldn't do it this day!

I wish I could leave negative Stars. The last three, four times that I've been they never have the oil that is advertised and the price is always more expensive (this LAST oil change cost me over $118.��) I believe I have made my last purchase with you all. And it doesn't matter if I get an oil change in Pinellas Park, Holiday or Bradenton, they all push the same agenda..
