One of my go-to shops for my European and luxury vehicles. Honest service advisors and skilled mechanics at a discounted rate compared to other high-end service centers. Nice clean facility with the latest equipment, and the work gets done on time.

Always professional, friendly service. A service tech will show you what's been done to your vehicle, and before you check out someone will go over your invoice and make sure you know any future areas of concern for your vehicle. My car leaves cleaner than it arrived. I've always had a very good experience here.

My car is just out of warranty and didn't want to pay the crazy dealer service prices. They used only products approved by BMW keeping with the extended warranty on the vehicle. The staff are professional and polite, rates are fair and the service to the car was perfect. They get high ratings because they deserve it. Great place. Ahhhhh uber courtesy shuttle is a brilliant service too. Yup they paid for my shuttle.

I love RB auto. This was my second time taking my Mercedes here and won t go anywhere else. The technicians are super nice and informative. They explain everything and give you a breakdown of cost for any additional services. They are no pressure and make me feel comfortable. The waiting area is clean and inviting with WiFi. Definitely going back for any maintenance needs for my 2018 Mercedes. Would highly recommend.Service: Transmission

I really can t say enough great things about RB auto! Their customer service is top-notch, and their techs always go the extra mile to show and explain everything they re servicing and recommending. I always leave feeling informed and satisfied with the service received. Bonus that they are available with short notice and perform the work fast! I am the blessed owner of a 1980 Corvette which has been my pride and joy for 44 years. I had been looking for a knowledgeable and reliable service center where I felt comfortable about leaving my Vette for service. I can say without a doubt I found the best Vette service center in the Tampa Bay area!!RB Auto Service is THE BEST!!!I dealt with AJ and he was awesome!!

My radiator went on my truck. RB towed it to their facility, went through my entire vehicle upon my request and diagnosed all of my concerns on top of the immediate problem. They gave me a complete cost breakdown and a detailed description of everything they found wrong. I had them talke care of all issues and had completed all repairs in one day. The pricing was reasonable and they even waived the cost of the tow. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

It s hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but the staff members at RB Auto Service truly are honest. They are also very knowledgeable, professional and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and have your needs met by offering refreshments, rides, etc. 10/10 would recommend

Where to begin. I recently purchased a 2002 C5 Corvette. This is my first one, I was so excited with the purchase and totally understood I was dealing with a 21 year old vehicle. Like most owner, the climate control had faded.I couldn't find any shops within the state of Maryland.Thanks to the internet. RB Auto were there to the rescue. Fixed my cars A/C which was great, however the inspection fee was known and okay except for the fact that they didn t find anything out about my issue and then when I picked it up they finally heard the issue but by then I was ready to just take the car and be on my way. RB Auto Service is the only company I trust to work on my car. They explain what needs to be done, no price gouging and go above and beyond when it comes to making sure my car is safe for the traveling I do. I took my 2010 Corvette to RB for service. Tires mounted and balanced, alignment, oil change, all fluids replaced, all filters replaced, fuel and injection cleaned, bulb replaced, wipers replaced, and missing lug nut replaced. All was completed in less than 2 days. The dealership would have had it for at least a week. Price was reasonable. They provided Uber service to and from the shop. I will definitely use RB for all my future service. Highly recommend

The only shop I will let work on my Caddilac CTS. I've been coming here for years and Russell, A.J and all the techs our extremely professional and always get my car fixed correctly, they go above and beyond with customer satisfaction. I can guarantee you will wish you have been taking your cars to this shop years ago.

The girls at the desk are always super nice and helpful. And the mechanics are amazing. Theyre always straight up with us and make sure we feel safe when we go on our road trips. You can have 100% confidence in the work you have done here, and even more importantly you can trust these guys to not overcharge you or play you for a fool like some places. I highly reccomend coming here for your car needs :)

Very friendly and felt comfortable bringing my vehicle here!! They made the process very easy and I was able to view and approve repair and pricing from home, online. Love that feature. Danielle and the gentleman who helped me when it came time to pay were very nice!! (Sorry can t recall his name! They gave me significantly better pricing for a repair than another place I went to in the area. The synthetic oil changes here are very reasonably priced and were done fairly quickly. AJ was very friendly, knowledgeable, communicative,and you can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. I felt confident that my car was in good hands, and that feeling was definitely validated when I got back on the road and felt how smoothly everything was running. Highly recommend them.

First time using RB for my 2006 BMW 330i. Needed some major work on AC and cooling system. I was impressed. Cost was in line if not slightly under what I expected. Work was done sooner than promised. Icing on the cake was they took the extra time to diagnose and repair a vibration noise behind my dash. Excellent work RB. I was very impressed with the team at RB Auto Service. They were able to isolate and repair an electrical problem in a wiring harness at a reasonable cost.
