I recently visited National Auto Service Center after encountering some issues with the headlights on my car. Right from the start, the service was impeccable. The staff greeted me warmly and were quick to assess my car s problem. The mechanic on duty was particularly helpful, explaining the issue in detail and showing me exactly what was wrong, which I really appreciated as it s not always easy to understand car problems.They managed to replace the light bulb in a very short amount of time, and their rates were very reasonable considering the speed and quality of the service. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the workshop and the professional demeanor of all the staff.What stood out most was the mechanic s willingness to ensure everything was perfect. He double-checked that all lights were functioning correctly and even gave me advice on some preventive measures for future maintenance.Overall, I had a fantastic experience at l National Auto Service Center . Their expert service, transparency, and customer care were beyond my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone needing car repairs. They turned a stressful situation into a hassle-free one, and it s clear they aim to build trust and customer satisfaction. 5 stars!

This place is phenomenal I always feel like family when I bring my car here. Thomas the mechanic is very knowledgeable about cars he lets me see the old parts before he puts the new parts on. They are all very friendly with a smile to greet you. My Toyota is purring and running like new again! Thanks guys!!

These guys know what they re doing! Dropped off my car hoping I would only pay for what I needed done and nothing more they listened and did just that - only giving recommendations as to what could be improved.Very very happy with my experience here and as much as I don t want to be in an auto-shop, I won t be upset about returning to this one!Thank you to the 3-man team pumping 50+ cars a week!! Truly amazing service!

There is a pretty awesome crew at National. Rob listens to the customer, and provides the best options for repair and service. Prices are also better than fair. One of the things I needed was an alignment. I was told by a different shop long age that the passenger side was out and would never be able to be adjusted correctly. Not only did the techs fix it, but after a test drive they put it up on the rack to adjust it further. Meticulous attention to quality repairs and service will always win my patronage. Many thanks to the entire crew at National Auto. My 94 z28 has not ridden this well in more than a decade. Cheers!

This is the best auto repair place that I've ever been to. Everyone there is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and they address your vehicle's problem as soon as they can. It's not easy to find businesses that you can trust, but this one let's you feel like you're in the best hands.

First off, had a totally dead car AAA came and told me I needed the Alternator replaced, National Auto was close to my house so I took it up there. NO ALTERNATOR just a battery. Replaced quickly and efficiently. Next had issues with my brakes, again went to National Auto Service, Pinellas Park. Brakes fixed expertly. Today I saw I had a screw in my front tire so ran it by there to see if they could help me. Did it NO CHARGE!! That's HUGELY KIND of them. Will DEFINITELY take my car back to them for future service! These guys are LEGIT, helpful and totally reasonable!!

It was the first time, I brought my car to National Auto Service for oil change, replaced brake pads and air filter. When I was paying, I told Rob '' This place is a shop that I definitely will come back from now on''. It is very close to where I live But the most important are the work they did and their service customer was great. That is how to make a successful business !Thank you Rob and the Crew !!

I have been to this business twice and both times have been great. These men know what they are doing and take pride in their work. Thomas did a great job patching my tire today. Everyone is friendly. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

The best place in ALL of Florida!!! These guys have saved me so many times. They always make time for their customers even if it s last minute. They work fast, get it right the first time and their prices are reasonable. They have my trust and business forever and then some!

Can't say enough good things about this place. I had gone to 3 different shops to get an alignment and find a noise in the front end of my mini van. None of the shops could find the noise, but all wanted to charge me well over $1000.00 for new parts and try, (they said) to align the front end. I went to National, first thing in the morning without an appointment. I told Rob my story. Told him I needed the car for work the next day. He took me in immediately and put his crew to work. They fixed the noise and aligned the front end in under 30 minutes. What great honest service! All this for $109.00. Do yourself a favor and go to National. You wont be disappointed.

Nearly every light came on in my Jeep Wrangler. These guys diagnosed the problem and had parts in a timely manner. They stayed in contact with me the entire time and got me back on the road in no time. I will definitely be back for any service needs. Thanks again!

Excellent service and customer service. Scheduling was easy and convenient, and my car was finished quicker than promised. I was very happy with the feedback and the follow-up, and everyone was very nice and helpful. Great place!

I was out running errands and my car would not start. Auto club towed the car to National Auto Service and Rob took me in hand and took care of everything. I got there early afternoon and I hoped the repair (new alternator) could be done that afternoon. Rob found a new unit (could not use generic unit, had to be Hyundai dealer only ), sent someone to pick it up and had it installed and the car ready to go late that afternoon. He and his crew stayed a bit late to finish the job so I could drive home that evening. I am extremely impressed with National Auto's level of service and customer care. National Auto is highly recommended to others.Service: Electrical repair

National Auto is a clean, professional shop with comfortable waiting area should you choose you to stay for service to be completed. My technician, Mike, is a pleasant, highly skilled, knowledgeable mechanic who takes the time to attentively listen to the description of concerns and strives to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer within the time constraint promised. It is worth the trip to this location the next time your vehicle is in need of service.

The team that I had here 3/18 was phenomenal!! The two gentleman Rob & Mark even stayed an hour and half to get me taken care of same day!!! Now that is Customer Service !!!! Whenever I have car troubles you know where I will be!!!

I went to my local Auto Zone who referred me to National Auto. I couldn t have met any nicer people than these amazing knowledgeable folks at National. Not only did they throughly check my car. But, I now have my air conditioning fixed. They said I may even need additional work and to return in a couple of weeks for them to check it. They also found issues with my Genesis I didn t realize existed. There was never any pressure to fix anything and they were prompt in getting my estimate to me before any work was performed.Mark and the crew are phenomenal!Service: Air conditioning
