Had a bad wheel bearing, Other mechanics were scared of. I called J and D made an appointment the very next day. Dropped my car off at 10am and it was done by 12:30pm. They even changed my oil while it was in there. You can t beat the price, professionalism, or quick response. I highly recommend!

Only place I trust our work fleet at honest, hardworking and don t talk down to me as a female. They let me know up front what pricing and turn around time are and they always help me out if I m in a pinch for time.I even come to them with my monthly oil changes cheaper then the drive thru cheap options and I know my car is getting an extra glance while they re under the hood.

Excellent communication and service. No hard upsells or weird vibes. My car was fixed quicker than expected and pricing was MORE than reasonable. You get what you pay for and the value received was wroth every penny.

This is truly the only place I have taken my mustangs to get repaired and serviced. I was driving home from running errands and a warning light showed up on my Tesla . No tire air pressure front tires . Tires could not be inflated :(Pulled in and the guys were very nice checked the tire and turns out I had lost all tread on two of my tires !!! Undriveable ! Called Tesla arranged for pick up and tow. The guys allowed me to leave my car after I waited for 1.5 hours for a tow. Even gave the key to Tesla ! Thank you gentlemen for helping a gal out .Service: Tires

I just used J&D for the first time after a recommendation, these guys are top-notch, they are life long local to the area. Justin and Dan explained exactly what needed to be done on the top half of my Jeep motor, when they completed the job they showed me the parts that they replaced and the condition. I feel like I have the mechanics I need going forward for all of my projects, and the pricing was phenomenal you can't go wrong with these guys!

Amazing service. As someone who knows NOTHING about servicing vehicles, I truly appreciate how open and honest both Dan and Justin were in explaining the things that needed to be done now, later and when I get a chance. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Dan and Justin s for a few years because I trust them! They are very genuine, great people. They are professional and will explain to you what s the issue and how it can be resolved. Prices and services are great. I've got an issue with my A/C and guys fixed it, so now it's working!They refilled the system with leak detector, so if something will happen again, they'll be able to locate the issue and fix. Thanks, guys!

I called the shop at 8:30 and although they were not technically open Dan still picked up the phone. He told me to bring my vehicle in at 9 and they would be happy to look at for me. My vehicle had a serious issue with the front end.45 minutes after I dropped it off Dan called with the diagnosis. Dan explained all that needed to be done to make my car road worthy again. He never treated me different because I am a female and never made me feel dumb for asking clarifying questions.When I picked up my vehicle the guys were very professional and gave me the recommendation on items I may want to address in the future as I had requested.My husband and I had been looking around for a shop to work on our vehicles. They installed an interlock. Within 2 months my alternator went out. I paid about $700 for them to fix it back in February. The new alternator just went out less than 4 months later. I believe they ripped me off

These guys are fantastic! Auto repair shops are infamous for giving their customers, especially tourists,.a raw deal. Not this place. These guys were efficient, fair, and, in a change of pace for the auto repair industry, they were more than fair. When you're on vacation, it's easy to be taken advantage of, but these guys watched out for us every step of the way. Our vacation could have been a disaster, but J and D Auto watched out for us every step of the way. I cannot overstate our gratitude. If you're in the area, whether as a tourist or a local, you cannot do better than these guys. They are the real deal and will treat you like one of their own. I went to J & D auto repair due to the google reviews. I know it is hard to believe that they received all 5 star reviews but after today I understand why. My wife s car had a highly pressure power steering hose leak that needed to be replaced. I called prior to going and received an estimate. Upon arriving I met Dan who was as personable and professional as good be. I explained that I also wanted an oil change, which he said would be no problem. A few hours later Dan calls and says the car is ready. When I go to pick it up, the labor charge was actually LESS than the estimate. What a surprise. I have never had a mechanic charge less for labor than stated. Also the oil change was less than the 5 minute guys. I hope I don t need a mechanic too often but mark my words when I do it will be J & D Auto Repair.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

Update from 3 years ago: This shop is awesome! They're very friendly, accommodating to your scheduling needs, very customer oriented, ethical and I'm comfortable stating that the level of honesty and fairness will keep me a loyal customer for my auto repair needs. I will tell all of my friends to take their vehicles to these guys. I have a different vehicle now, and they were knowledgeable and fast repairing, I'm thrilled they exist on the planet!!!

Although I didn't end up having the work done here, Dan was extremely kind and professional while giving me a quote. They did a full break inspection for free to make sure what was asking for was accurate. If I didn't have a family member who helped me out last minute I would have absolutely chosen this place, and I called around to 9 places. I didn't have to wait for them to look at my car, and they put on Netflix and let me choose what I wanted to watch while I waited. Outstanding service that you just don't get at other shops.

I ve used J&D Auto several times for my vehicle. They were able to get my car in & out quickly & complete all the work it needed. Besides being great mechanics, they provide excellent customer service. I forgot to provide them with my extended warranty before I left. Dan found the warranty in my glove box, called and found out most everything was covered. Dan consistently let me know the status of my car through the entire process. J&D Auto is the only place I ll take my car for repair work as they are honest, hard-working & knowledgeable mechanics! Thank you guys!!

I am sorry for the delay in my review. I took my car to these guys the first week they were open and they have been busy every since. Great for communication, will survey first and then make the best recommendations that fit into your budget and schedule. I have been back and I will continue to praise and refer these to men on the business they are both building through hard work and ethical business dealings.Thank you for looking out for me and my car. I will stop by again but the next time I need to bring cookies.

Honest mechanic that does outstanding work. I would give 10/5 stars if it was an option!Just moved to the area, and needed my car serviced after a cross country move, and close to 130,000 miles in my CRV. The Honda dealer recommended thousands of dollars (no joke) of work to be done.I asked J & D for a second opinion. They looked at my vehicle with me, and showed me why certain services were necessary, and which ones were bogus. On top of that, they caught that my engine air filter was in desperate need of a change, but Honda told me it was good to go (translation...Honda didn t check). In the end, they charged me about 20% what the dealer was asking.I will back at J and D for my car service needs. Thank you for giving me and honest and quality service for my vehicle!

These guys are 100% top notch! They have replaced my brakes previously and just fixed my a/c today for $500 less than the estimate I got at another local shop! They are fast, professional and the most affordable shop around!
