Eric is straightforward and fully disclosed everything that entailed with the work on my Chevy 2500 HD. Brought it in for an oil change and the oil pan needed replacing. Had it done within 24 hours. I was quoted a number exceptionally higher at another diesel shop, and would not even be put on the list until February (which is obviously unreasonable)Ice cold air is a natural choice for those who look for honest work done at an affordable rate!! Ice Cold Air Discount Auto Repair has done it again!! Brought my new(to me) VW Passat in for a check up, and to service my coolant system. DROPPED OFF AND COMPLETED SERVICE WITHIN THE DAY!!! Nothing shy of exemplary, trustworthy work by these guys. I will continue to make this shop the ONLY shop I service my vehicles at until further notice. Thanks again for taking care of me, Eric!

After six years of frustration, every major part replaced on my AC system and going to four different mechanics to get my AC fixed (blowing warm air) I finally found someone who was competent and could get the job done correctly. I did a Google search for the best AC car mechanic in St. Petersburg and Eric s garage was one of them. I called on Monday afternoon to make an appointment and was told to bring my car over and they could look at it first thing Tuesday morning. Much to my surprise he called me a few hours later and gave me the diagnosis. Unfortunately, the part that was defective was replaced by another mechanic (but in the same franchise) and the warranty had expired 10 days earlier. Eric went above and beyond to contact the corporate headquarters and they agreed to honor my warranty. Eric listens to your concerns and for the first time in my life, I felt like a valued customer when it came to getting my car repaired. He fixed the issue with a brand new part the very same day and he surpassed my expectations by not charging me for the repair. I cannot say enough good things about Eric and his professionalism, honesty and concerns for his customers. My partner rode with me in the late afternoon (heat index was 103) and he said he had never felt my car blow such cold air since I bought the car in 2010. I have definitely found my new garage!!!! Thank you Eric!!!!

Absolutely amazing. My car literally ran like it was going to fall apart at any second. My tire rod popped off right out in front. I had no ac. Let me just tell you, they finished everything in like 4 hours and my car has NEVER run this damn good. Man so far NOTHING but AMAZING words for these guys all three of them! Kyle was professional knowledgeable straightforward and honest very helpful not like other companies scamming people! Brenton and Chris worked all day to fix my AC I took it to THREE places and Kyle did what he said matched their qoutes and beat them! Helped but just my AC but also added putting in new headlights with it as well! Those guys worked fast as they could and went above and beyond to make SURE my car was done early for me after the fact of adding extra things to my car to help me out that didn't have anything to do with the AC even though the AC is on the lowest it goes!! It's so cold!! I highly highly recommend these guys!

Finally found my forever Ford fix-it man! I have recently had some bad experiences with local mechanics. Some things that you just wouldn't believe. One was a well known place that's been around for years. Anyway my brother turned me on to Ice Cold Air. The owner is super nice They actually don't mind if you wait for your repair as opposed to leaving your car which I don't like doing. They like you to make an appointment early if you want to wait. The shop is set up to where there is a big window looking out on the repair bays making it easy to keep an eye on the work. I love that! Even as a woman I know quite a bit about cars by doing research on YouTube. One mechanic told me you can't trust the videos on there for car repairs which was a big red flag. Oh, really?! Yeah, they don't want you to be informed. I highly recommend the Ice Cold Air at 6401 US 19 N. Eric Lilly is the owner.

I cannot say enough good things about this particular franchise. Eric, Peter, and Kevin were super professional and very thorough while fixing my car. They worked with me and my budget to make sure I was able to get my a/c fixed. They gave me the lowest quote out of 4 other places and they also gave me the best time line. Everyone wanted to keep my car for a week and they did it in 2 days. I highly recommend this place. Also, I know how frustrating going to a mechanic shop is and you never know if they re over charging you or if they re trying to pull one over on you. I did not at all feel that way here. I brought my car in bc I thought I needed breaks and they were so honest and said I was good to go after checking things out. Years ago i brought a durango in to get a/c fixed and they w were great! So a week ago brought in my f250 and they took care of a/c new radiator 2 pulleys and a turn signal issue. Everything is great except turn signals. So today i took it in and they took care of it no questions asked and i couldn't be happier! Eric was and is awesome. Thank you so much for everything and you will get nothing but good things to say about you and your shop. You guys will always be recommended by me.

Their scheduling is flexible. The people are professional and there's no bs up sales. They get down to the point and honest. I brought my car to these people to fix my AC a few months back. I was in and out in very little time, and the price was very fair.A couple weeks ago, I was told that I needed a TON of work done to my car from Honda that I was questioning, I brought my car and the paperwork to the team at Ice Cold Air. They looked over and explained everything in detail to me. Then Brent came out and looked over my car with me and pointed out things they may or may not need to be changed in the future and explained why or why not.I will definitely be bringing my car back to them in the future and I have already referred a friend as well. A place that's actually honest, what a rare find!I had to write a review and give them 5 stars as they could have upsold me (last place told me I needed to replace my front brakes, after I did a total rear brake replacement) these guys did my oil change and tested and checked my front brakes and told me I was good for now no issues, no extra $ spent that I didn't need right now. I will get them to do my front brakes when they are ready to be done. Being far from my usual mechanic, I was very hesitant to trust anyone. This place has gave me comfort in knowing they will take care of me in an honest way. Very pleased with their service and I recommend them to anyone who wants a trustworthy place with fair prices. Also every employee I have talked to have been super nice and easy to get along with. This is my go-to place for any of my cars needs.

I got to give it to Kyle behind the counter, and his employees in the shop at Ice Cold Air, especially the tall guy i call the Wizard.I brought my 05 Dodge Ram in there for an a/c problem to find out what the problem was. Kyle said lets do a Freon check to see where we are at, unfortunately when doing so it all leaked out on the floor and my problem was bigger than expected.After giving me the best price in town it looked like i needed a new evaporator(which calls for the whole dash being taken apart), and a new compressor located under the hood.Nervous about my 05 Dodge Ram getting worked on in new places because of my interior being done, and Custom paint job Kyle said i have nothing to worry about, so i took my chances.The next day Kyle took his time to send me pics of my dash being taken apart, and the evaporator that needed to be replaced once it was taken out. I have to admit the pics were scary to look at but much appreciated..Kyle and the Wizard(thats what i call him for taking my dash apart and putting it all back together without a scratch)got the job done with Customer Service that made me feel like part of the family....If you guys are looking for Quality work, Customer Service without the fake smiles, and an unbeatable price in the Pinellas Park area i highly recommend this place for all your a/c, and mechanical issues..If you go in to get an a/c check tell them the Grinch sent ya..lol..If Kyle is behind the counter he will laugh and know who it is..I had a Grinch on the hood of my Dodge and that was the name they gave my truck while getting worked on..My truck will be back there if anything goes wrong, from bumper to bumper these guys know their stuff..

The people that own this particular store are really nice and caring. I was transporting animals when the air went out in my car. I thought it just needed to be charged but the compressor had actually gone out. They were really nice and checked my air immediately when I told them I had animals in the car. Thankfully I was only a couple of miles from my destination. So, I dropped the animals off and went to another store closer to me near US 19 and 3rd Ave N. in St. Pete thinking I would get the same treatment. How wrong I was!! They were like a bad cliche of the old used car salesman. I felt pressured. I was talked down to when I question their decisions and their prices were really high. It was a terrible experience and I left there in shock at how different the 2 places were. I'm assuming these are franchise stores because they're run so differently. So, I can recommend the one store only.

I have used the 6401 US-19 N Ice Cold Air location for other repairs in the past and the manager, Roman has always provided great technical service and great customer service! In August 2015, I used this location for a valve cover & intake plenum gasket repair on my Nissan Maxima. The repairs that were done by Roman and his crew have been great! I have no oil leaks from under the hood, which proves the repairs were done with quality and perfection! I will definitely use this location again for my future repair needs as Roman and his staff are always upfront and very informative about the nature of my repairs along with associated costs. Also, they often give me a ride home while I wait for my car to be serviced by them, so that is an additional bonus that boosts their customer service level to new heights with me! Thanks again to Roman and his staff!

Eric at this location is a stand up man. I had an emergency light for a flat and not only did he help fill my tire he gave my fianc� and I both waters because it was 102 degrees out. I brought my car in knowing a little bit about what could be wrong with my air, he and his staff took a look at it and found the most economical and Efficient way to fix the problem. Today was my first time coming to an Ice Cold Air facility. The office manager Kyle was very professional in assisting me with my car. I only came to have a headlight changed. But I would recommend this location based on this brief transaction and the level of professionalism provided by the staff.

When you were paid in full for work that your employee only half completed and then lied about to cover his tail, you don't keep putting the customer off because you're too busy, and you definitely don't make it clear to them that you won't inconvenience yourself or take any sort of loss to accommodate them. You take responsibility, prioritize the job, and make sure it gets done right.

Used a Groupon deal to get an oil change and tire rotation and service was great. Manager in the lobby was very friendly and helpful. When job was complete, manager took the time to explain the diagnostic report and offered an estimate for what repairs they could complete. They weren't pushy on selling services or extras and just explained what they felt needed to be done and left it at that. They gave me paperwork detailing my visit and brochures of services they offer. I will be returning to have some work completed and to get oil changes.

I've used Ice Cold Air several times for a wide range of repairs, and couldn't be happier with their service. Their prices are more than competitive, everyone at the shop is incredibly helpful and friendly, and they have stood behind every repair they've made on my vehicle. I would absolutely recommend Roman and his crew to anyone who needs some work done on their car.

I normally don't write review for many places, but this place has earned it 100%. Since I called them to ask prices for repairs on my A/C, Roman and his Staff have been nothing but professional and upfront. I 100% recommend this auto-shop for any services needed for a car. Roman and his team won't B.S you and will be upfront with keep you informed every step of the way. This shop is my new go to anything auto-repair and they earned my respect and trust. 5 stars well earned for these individuals.

New owner, no idea if it's good or bad anymore... Updated Feb. 14th, 2019.I don't write reviews often but This place was wonderful! It is rare to find an honest mechanic these days. Not only were they honest, the actual owner was there (that's rare in itself) and even helped work on my van. Roman and his crew not only fixed my problem for less but went above and beyond your usual customer service. I will recommend them to everyone, burr is it chilly. I will be going here from now on for more than just my A/C. Ice Cold Air just gained another loyal customer.Thanks for the great service!

Went in for a power window motor replacement. I did recieve professional and polite customer service from the service manager. Although the price I paid for the work was higher than I would have preferred, it was still more or less within reason. I give 5 stars even with this because ultimately i ended up with professional service and quality work at a fair price.
