They do good work here but I don t appreciate how dirty they have left my car the last few times. I ve been coming here for years and didn t have this issue until recently. However, they are reliable and fairly priced.

Had a gash on my tire. I had the service advisor come look at it. It was on the front passengers side. I drove home after it was fixed only to have my wife point out how it the gash was still there. The service tech replaced the wrong tire. Had to go back and have them fish my good tire out from the trash and wait another 30 minutes for them to fix it. Also. They installed a tire not agreed upon. It was supposed to be a matching destination. They installed an ecopia. My last experience, they installed all 4 directional tires on backwards. This place is a circus run by incompetent clowns.

Michael, the store manager/advisor was very helpful and provided great customer service. As a long-time member of the Firestone family, Michael treated me with the highest level of respect and courtesy. Technician Aspen completed all the repairs in a timely manner, everything was done correctly, the first time.I really appreciated the great service I received during this visit.Thank you-Robert Bartley

100% recommend. Called and got an appointment the same day for an AC check (a month ago). Very nice, knowledgeable employees. What was really awesome about their service, is that they gave me a free courtesy check. My vehicle was leaking fuel. I did smell fuel days prior, but did not think it was a big deal Found out FUEL was shooting out from one of the hose. VERY DANGEROUS.

They were expensive but probably just as expensive as anyone else. This was my first positive experience in St. Pete for anything car related so I'm incredibly thankful and they were pretty up front with me. They were also super friendly. I told them what other car places were telling me about my car but for some reason wouldn't fix for me. They looked into it and come to find out I wasn't told the truth by the previous places. The money is worth having someone I can trust with my car again.

The Tire Manager Cory was great. We got 4 new tires and it only took an hour or so, even though they were short-staffed. If felt like we were driving a new car on the way home! Thank you.

Had an appointment for an oil change. The guy working at the desk said my car cannot have a conventional oil change it must be synthetic. I told him not only for five years have I had conventional oil changes, but that another firestone where I used to live did it and never said a word about it. He said that was done in error and that it was probably a mom and Pop firestone franchisee. Funny, the car has run perfectly with standard oilChanges and it has 70,000 miles on it now. He told me the best deal they could give me was $10 off the synthetic which was almost $40 more than the conventional change for which I had a $29.99 coupon. He said the computer rules and they could not do a conventional oil change on my truck. I said then forget it and I left. Talk about a bunch of scam artist trying to get more money out of customers for unnecessary procedures. If the computer told this guy to jump off the cliff, he probably do it. Beware of this place and blatant lies of work your vehicles need when they don t.

My family has been a customer of Firestone for nearly 20 years. I now have my own account. The guys in the front are great. Q is very thorough in checking for anything that needed to be checked on. I've got to get back for my spark plugs.

SoI get this letter from Firestone Main headquarters or corporate offices telling me that they are gonna discontinue my credit card unless I make small purchase because I haven't used my credit card in almost a year or 2. So I finally decide to purchase a battery for my Truck 2007 Silverado. And the floor manager named "Q" sells me the best battery in the house for $245 plus labor comes to $312. And since I wanted to keep the credit line open I said OK. Let's do it. After waiting 2 hours watching the customer TV. They said it was done. Then when I went to use the said credit card it was denied and I was furious because I wasn't prepared to make on another card. I was only doing this to save my credit card that I already had with them. I was livid, what a dirty trick. So the floor manager says to be fair he would cut the price in half to 50% off and I said that's good I am satisfied. That is until I got home and looked at what they did and I was in shock!!!.First off the battery was marked up scratched and dirty and did not even appear to be new. SECONDLY it wasn't even mounted down you could literally pick up one side and tilt it to the right all the way over.No BRACKETS ON IT They never mounted it down. IT WAS LOOSE AS A GOOSE!Itook videos of the battery minus the brackets for further argument with a public agency and vowed to never return there again. It s in my opinion that they sold me a used battery and scammed me or tried to until they did not honor my card with Firestone.IAM PISSED!!! AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND them to any one EVER!!!They can keep their dam credit card and crooked ways of doing business.Oh and by the way the credit card does not expire until 03/25.But they can keep it I hope they go out of business

I had an A/C issue going to North Carolina , from Miami and stopped at a Goodyear, in NC because the ac was not blowing hard enough. I would leave it on 4 highest level and about hour and half later it would blow like level 1 lowest level but blow cold so I googled what it could be and several things popped up so goodyear said everything was fine and I paid $120 diagnosis for nothing cuz everything was working so after argueing with them, we concluded maybe it could be the blower motor but they did not recommend anything else. So, I agreed to having the blower motor fixed because it was the only option that made sense but he still didn t know if that would work. So, after all that money was spent I drove back down to St.Pete, FL. But around Georgia area the AC started acting up again and I would have to turn off ac for hour then turn on again for it to blow hard again. So, I found a Firestone here in st.Pete closest to our air b n b told Drew what was happening and he had lots of knowledge about these issues and gave me so much peace in mind that they would be able to fix it, because Drew and Tim both said when you change the blower motor, you also change the RESISTOR because they go hand in hand. But don t know why Goodyear didn t know that. Well, the technician checked the car and low and behold it was the Resistor and Goodyear said they checked it but Drew told me they didn t cuz it was pretty much MELTED! And I added photos of my melted resistor and thank God for them being so knowledgeable and knowing there was an issue with the ac due to the symptoms I was telling them and they did a thorough job and Tim and Drew were great and the technicians are amazing there! Now I don t have to drive down to Miami with a broken AC , with these record breaking heat waves of 105 and up temperatures when I have 7 and 5 year old boys and an old mom and wife to watch over. I recommend Firestone over Goodyear and any other company, especially here at Pinellas park location!Service: Air conditioning

Broken parts were professionally replaced. I paid for the needed parts in advance, and was notified the day before my appointment that the parts were at the shop. I had a 10am appt and needed to wait for my vehicle, and experienced a 5-hr wait, with over a two-hour wait before the job was begun.

I had superb A1 top notch service back in 2019, so I thought I would take my car back there again for some AC repairs. Well that was a big mistake on my part. I originally went to a Firestone location in Tampa to have a compressor put in last summer. Over the year my AC wasn't working that well, thinking it was something wrong the compressor that was installed last summer.I made an appt a week and a half in advance at the Pinellas Park Firestone location. I dropped my vehicle off the night before so they would have my vehicle first thing as my appt was for 7am. A technician called me approximately around 930am and said he couldn't find anything wrong with my AC. I asked him to check again and went into detail on what was happening. He said he would take another look at my vehicle. Approximately around 1145, I received another call from the technician saying he still didn't find anything wrong with my AC. I asked him if it could be faulty compressor that was installed last summer. He said it could be but I would have to take it back to the Firestone where I had it installed at. I mentioned that all Firestone locations honor each other's work. He proceeded to tell me that he doesn't deal with those vendor's and he also has several other vehicles that need AC work. I said well that's the reason I made an appt so I could have it fixed and not waste 6 hours without any outcome. I told the technician I would pick up my vehicle within a few hours.I picked up my vehicle and started driving. The AC was still blowing warm air intermittently as I described to him. I also had an AC temperature gun and the AC was blowing 80 degrees. Pictures will be attached to show. I immediately called them back and told them the issue. I was once again told I must go to the location on where I had the compressor put in. I explained I'm not driving all the way to Tampa when I lived here. I was also told I could bring it back to them to diagnose the issue. I said I already went 6 hours without a vehicle and you couldn't be bothered on trying to fix the issue so I'm taking my vehicle somewhere else where they would want my business. That same afternoon I called the location on 9th Street and made an appt for the following week. I dropped my vehicle off and within 2 hours I received a call back from the technician diagnosing the problem. I will submit invoices from both location's.I do believe the location in Pinellas Park didn't want to be bothered because they didn't want to eat the cost of the new compressor if that was the issue and deal with the problem. They lost my business and a great transaction because I had the service done at the 9th Street location with no issues.

Was on vacation from Texas and our car was having issues. I took it to Firestone on 49th street because I have an account with Firestone in Corpus Christi. They replaced the Alternator, Battery, Valve cover gasket, spark plugs and charged me $1352. After getting back to Texas, the brand new Alternator was defective and had to be replaced by my local Firestone. The car still runs as rough as the day I took it in and now 5 months later, their supposed brand new duralast battery with a sticker from 05/23 has died leaving my wife stranded at work. I know longer trust Firestone with my vehicles as their parts have shown me that they are not reliable. Corpus Christi location has been good to me but this store in Pinellas park is a joke

All I can say is WOW! They mounted my new wheel and tire so quickly. Then for reasons unknown, the engine would not start after they moved out of the garage. The problem was found and fixed on the spot. No wait!

We brought our work truck in and we had it repaired for an oil leak the same day. We need a shop that is flexible and will work with us. We are not looking for special treatment; just simply communication and understanding for our particular needs. We received a well written estimate for a couple of concerns, and we were given the flexibility to plan out our next repair visit. This is invaluable to us.The store Manager, Tim Jordan, was kind, patient, and answered my questions graciously. Andrew, who I settled up with, was a pure Joy. Thank you!

Being from out of state and having to leave the next day, I desperately needed new tires and they delivered! Tim the service advisor was extremely helpful and Kyle the technician did an excellent job. I had to wait there for 4 hours due to circumstances beyond my control but the staff was very friendly with everyone! I will be back in the future! Thank y all so much!!!

I've been going here for years and they've always been great. Usually quick to get you in when you have an appointment and their recommendations are usually spot on. They don't upsell anything and always apply coupons or promotions whenever they can without even being asked. I was prepared to pay the price they quoted me today and then I saw on my receipt they added 2 promotions that knocked $40 off that price. The sales people could easily nickel and dime you, but they seem to know the importance of repeat customers.

My first ever visit to this location ever, and it will surely be my last. No one answers the phone, and when they do, they immediately put you on hold. If you're lucky, you won't get hung up on the first time like I did. When I went to check the status of my vehicle after being on hold for 10 minutes, and when Drew finally answered the phone, it was with an annoyed sigh. When I politely requested an update on my vehicle, this is what I was told:"I don't know. I haven't left the counter in four hours, I have a line of people standing in front of me and more people on hold. Whenever I'm able to leave the counter, I can call you back."Drew was equally rude to my coworker. If customer service isn't his strong suit, he shouldn't be working the counter. My first impression was a lasting and wildly negative one.

If I could give no stars, I would. They weren't ready for our scheduled appointment (I get it, you get busy). Once my car was done and pulled out front, it took at least 20 minutes for someone to even go and get my paperwork, even though they knew I had been waiting. The man who checked us in/ out was RUDE and barely acknowledged me. I wouldn't have even bothered to do this review ( I usually only take time to review great experiences) BUT... Before I left, I checked to make sure they put my donut spare back in my trunk. I just took a quick glance and saw it was there. 2 weeks later, when we were leaving town, my husband went to check the pressure in the spare. It was completely shredded. None of their employees bothered to mention it. I could have been stranded. So, our trip was postponed. I was told that they "don't sell donut tires ". That's fine, a lot of companies don't. But perhaps mention this to someone who entrusted you with their car. I would walk or crawl anywhere else rather than use this Firestone.

Had an appointment for a nail in my tire, the person i scheduled with aware I was coming on my lunch break. I arrived on time and at least 4 employees walked in and out and even made eye contact with me but nobody acknowledged me the 10 min I stood there and waited
