Wayne Moore was very professional and made my car buying experience super easy. He went above and beyond and even continued to follow up after the sale. I highly recommend Dimmitt Cadillac and Wayne Moore!

Dimmitt has been by far the best gm or Cadillac dealer I have taken my car to. It's not even anything to do with the car buying process, as I can't comment. Their service department does an amazing job through and through. Particularly Brian Fisher. I have dealt with him since I've been down here in Florida. Makes every appointment go smoothly and keeps a transparent line of communication throughout the entire process. I've ran into an issue during one of my maintenance appts that I wasn't aware of and he and his tech, quickly diagnosed the issue, provided pics on the spot so I could visualize, and offered a streamlined approach at attacking the issue at hand. I trust nobody but these guys with my ride.

Myself and my husband Joe want to express how pleased we are with our experience with Brian Fisher in the Service Department. We began taking our XT5 to Dimmitt Cadillac after purchasing it used from another dealership. Brian has always assisted in the most honest and professional manner. Most recently, after an ongoing issue that was hard to diagnose at first, Brian worked with the technicians to get to the bottom of the problem and completed the service all while maintaining a manageable cost. Brian goes above and beyond to provide trusted advice and service. Being able to trust not being taken advantage goes a long way in the world of the auto repair business. Thanks Brian! Where do I even start? Bobby made the process of buying a car SEAMLESS. As a first time car buyer, I was so nervous and he reassured me and was patient with me as I was a mess about every step of the way. I didn't feel pressured, but rather helped. Bobby made sure I got the best deal possible, and I would walk away with my dream car. I am beyond thrilled with my new vehicle, and even more so with Dimmitt Cadillac. If you're in the market for a new car, do yourself a favor, go to Dimmitt and ask for BOBBY! :)

I had been searching nationwide for a Kia Telluride. i found the vehicle I wanted in Florida at Dimmitt Cadillac. I live in California. When I contacted the dealership I was lucky enough to speak with a gentleman by the name of RAMI. this man answered each and every question, Gave me a video tour of the vehicle along with additional detailed pictures and patiently made me feel very secure in purchasing my vehicle sight unseen from across the country off of the internet. something I would not normally be comfortable with.After my purchase was complete, he continued to check in to make sure I was happy with the shipment, the condition of the car ( perfect btw) and was always available and more than willing to help with any questions I had. if you are shopping for a new or used car from anywhere in the country, I highly recommend doing business with Rami at Dimmit Cadillac. Easily the best sales representative I have ever met! Thank you RAMI!

Danny Mudge and James Hendon were very professional and communicative during the buying process. The car needed some work but I was kept in the loop regarding timeframes for completion of the work and when I would be able to take my vehicle home! Danny is very personable and professional. Judd Star in finance was great and got me the best approval possible!

First things first Wayne, Wayne he is the man if he isn t your salesman don t work with another man. Wanye s customer service was superb, He was very friendly and straight forward; no games at all!Car buying in the past has been a nightmare but working with Wayne he made this process easy and fast just like he promised. I will definitely tell everyone about my Dimmit experience which was amazing. Go see Wayne he will definitely take care of you!

Brian and the service team are top notch. When I needed help with my 15 ATS, Brian and the whole team on the service side were honest, helpful, and reliable. The service department addressed my needs and made the experience a pleasure. The GM assisted in helping us to correct an issue and getting things right. I only rated a 4, the service department is a 5+, as the sales and sales management team are not up to par with the service.

Dimmitt Cadillac service location on Gandy Blvd is efficient. My oil change experience at the dealership was better than going to a drive through chain. The comfort and luxury is extended to make the service appointment part of Cadillac ownership. Special kudos to Kenneth Scott who handled my request and took the time to ensure my vehicle was well maintained. I was called/contacted at least twice before my appointment by the staff at Dimmitt Cadillac with friendly reminder and inquiring if there was anything else I should have addressed. I m thoroughly impressed with the staff and their response. I would also mention Gabrielle and commend her for getting me an appointment to the body shop.Let me write again here that this was the best automotive service experience I have ever experienced. 6 Stars

Ken Scott was very pleasant & professional with assisting me with my appointment. While I wait in customer lounge area, multiple employees greeted me with smile , offered coffee/water/snacks while I wait. DAZZLED ONCE AGAIN by the AMAZING TEAM led by DAN ROBINSON, the service dept. manager. Dan and his ACE TEAM have PAMPERED me since I moved here almost 23 years ago.KEN SCOTT was my service advisor who got me in & out quickly and kept me informed during my very pleasant visit for warranty work.Service tech PHIL has been with GM for just under FIFTY years and really knows his craft.The waiting area offers gourmet coffee and healthy snacks plus free high speed WI-FI. And to my further delight, they surprised me by washing and vacuuming my car.... more reasons you'll LOVE doing business with Dimmitt Cadillac.

This will be our 5th purchase/lease with Dimmitt Cadillac. Picked up our new XT5 on 11 March and Harold was fantastic to work with during the whole process. I stopped at Dimmit on 9 March just to ask questions. Harold never pressured me to purchase or lease. He answered all my questions and we we're able to take a day to make an informed decision about the XT5. We love the new vehicle and the knowledge we can call/text Harold for any help about programming the SUV.Thanks Dimmitt and Harold for all the help.

I had a 5* experience multiple times at Dimmitt St.Pete. Daniel and James Hendon/Mgr were extremely patient and accomodating as I flipped back and forth between vehicles and changing my mind. I ended up trading in my CTS for another CTS. The deal was very fair in every way and customer service outstanding. Thank you guys!!!

From the very moment we walked into the front door of the dealership we were greeted like family. We worked with Daniel, and our experience could not have been better. Daniel listened to our questions, answered everything quickly, promptly, and with the highest level of support. I love this dealership!! My service provider is Brian and he is just wonderful - from tracking me down and giving continual updates (via text/phone call/in person) to always always assuring my family and I are comfortable during our wait. When I bring my vehicle in for service at this Cadillac dealership, I am ALWAYS greeted with smiles and the most kindest of gestures you can imagine by everyone there. They go above and beyond, and not just for you, however your family members too!! I had my daughter with me and her puppy during the last service visit - everyone at Dimmit Cadillac of St. Pete were so pleasant and treated my daughter and her puppy so nicely. From the lady at the front desk who gave coloring books, a kid friendly mask, and crayons, to the gentleman who gave our puppy a bowl filled with water and all of the pets and love a puppy could want. Like I said, they go above and beyond here and I will for sure continue to be back here at this specific dealership for my service needs. Thank you everyone for your extended efforts, we greatly appreciate it

I want to thank Dimmitt Cadillac and salesperson Randy Taglarini, for selling my wife and I a Cadillac XT4. They treated my wife very well with respect and they were very professional throughout our car buying process. They made it very easy for her to make up her mind, and the Cadillac is beautiful. Randy was able to answer all of our questions about the car, and was helpful with getting the financing. I give Dimmitt Cadillac five stars for a job well done, thank you.
