Had a great experience at Crown Kia, the service man Michael Stephenson couldn't have been more helpful and did a great job. I had a recall land an oil change scheduled and he called me with other recommended services and took care of everything quickly and he also helped take care of a check engine light issue. Michael did a great job and I'm glad Crown Kia has him in the service department.

Alton was Excellent in all areas. He is a true asset to Crown kia after 2 visits I was not impressed w the customer service. I even complained about it. He had no idea I did. Because he went above and beyond, I told him that HE restored my experience with his company. I have Never met a CSR with his vigor. He impressed and restored my trust in Crown Kia. fact.. .. kudos to Alton Brown

Overall, my experience with Crown Kia was good. Thomas Allen, the service manager, did an excellent job of keeping me informed and arranging to provide a driver to pick me up when my car was ready. Unfortunately, the dealership has only one driver and I had to wait hours for him to arriive. The driver told me that he is generally so busy that he doesn't even have time to take a break. He also said that in addition to driving, he is expected to pick up cars, tires, parts, and anything else the dealership needs. If that is all true, Crown Kia needs to hire another driver.

Our story starts bad, but ends extremely well. We had a scheduled service 7 months ago that fell through because a rep left. But after a second issue popped up, we were more diligent in getting our Kia looked at properly. Michael Stephenson stepped-up, saw us the next day, was extremely appologetic for the previous co-worker's snafu, he coordinated the crew to take care of our repairs then afterwards took the time to review the problem areas with us. Thank you Michael! You were incredibly helpful!

The waiting room is very clean and well stocked with drinks and snacks. All of the staff was exceptional, but especially my advisor, Alton Brown. It's never fun to get maintenance done, but Crown Kia made it very easy. Overall great experience!

I highly recommend Michael Stephenson for service or maintenance on your car. Michael was EXCEPTIONAL PERCENT. Customer service and listening to my needs and desires to get back on the road was overwhelming. He also communicated the negative and positive before the service was performed. Wish relieved stress earlier and he took the time to call my third party warranty ( let me add the call waiting time is long) he called them beforehand saving me over $300 out of pocket. God continue to blessing this man and his presence a this location I was on vacation visiting from Virginia Beach, VA few days here I got a nail in my tire, needing a new tire is not an easy order on a Kia EV6 . It took them few hours on the same day, to get a new tire that matched the other three. My past tire experience and service experiences has be terrible at another Kia location in Virginia. So this was TOP NOTCH customer service. I wished they could bring Michael Stephenson to Virginia and teach them how to value customers. I appreciate you Michael Stephenson .Patricia Goff and family.

I took my Telluride into Crown Kia. They were ready for me at my appointment time. Michael Stephenson was my service consultant. He listened to my concern, got my car quickly to a technician and had the issue resolved in record time. Michael even made sure I received a complimentary car wash.I highly recommend Michael Stephenson of the Crown Kia service dept.

Mr. Burkart is very caring about my needs. Tom knows how to treat a customer with respect and is very passionate about what the customer needs and wants. He knows his job well. I will go back to Tom every time I need my vehicle serviced. He's more than just a 5-star, he's a 20-start in my book. My son and I went to look at a Kia K-5. Spoke to sales rep who was very knowledgeable about the specs and took us out for a test drive. I inquired why they only play country music and I think he said it's because "that's what management likes".Please consider playing various genres of music. While I understand "that's what management likes", management should take into account the customer experience and the variety of potential customers walking in the door. Don't get me wrong, I like Country, but I also like Jazz, Pop, R&B and New Age

My first visit to Kia and I was very impressed with my experience. My service advisor - Jibin - was excellent. Knowing it was my first time, he showed me around and made sure I was comfortable. He told me my wait would probably be 1.5 hours. I had two cups of coffee and read my book, and in exactly 1 1/2 hours my car was ready. Really impressed with your dealership.

Thomas Burkart in the service department at Crown Kia, St. Petersburg always gets a 5 star review from us. I stopped in without an appointment on a busy Friday with an issue and Tom made sure it was taken care of and that I was safe to travel. Even squeezed me in for a future appointment to double check the issue.

Thomas Burkett assisted me when I came in for an oil change. He was friendly, respectful, and he let me know what to expect. While there, my car also had anti theft protection installed. I am very happy with the service I received at Crown Kia and with Mr Burkett. I will continue to have my car serviced here.

Yes, we all hate bringing our cars in for maintenance. Ugh..But Kia's New customer lounge is really nice. Alton Brown was my rep. and kept me up to date with my cars progress. He was very accommodating & a pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much Alton.

My 'go-to guy' Michael Stephenson was very respectful and follow thru was perfect. He does a great job and all the folks in the Kia Service Dept. are very nice! It is a pleasant atmosphere to spend time there if you wait for your car. Been going to Crown for years and I appreciate the professionalism every one shows. Kudos to all!

This was the first time I dealt with Michael and it was a fantastic experience. He took care of the loaner I needed while work was being done on my car and kept in touch the entire time. I enjoyed the loaner (Kia Soul) so I wasn 't in a big rush. Now with my new Service Guy and the new dealership, I look forward to my visits to the dealership.

I recently acquired a Kia Soul and took it to Crown Kia for an oil change and multi-point check. I had made an appointment to drop the car off and pick it up later. I arrived early and was planning on using their complementary shuttle service to take me back home.I was greeted by service advisor Thomas Burkart. He was very pleasant and professional to work with. He told me that they would be able to take my car in shortly and that I could wait for the service rather than have to return later to pick up the car. The facility is brand new and the waiting area is very clean and comfortable. After waiting less than an hour, Thomas came into the waiting area and said the car was ready and explained what had been done. The whole experience was great, and I highly recommend Thomas Burkart and Crown Kia.

Michael Stephenson continues to do the superlative job he has done since I started coming to his dealership five years ago. His friendly, professional manner coupled with awesome diagnostic capabilities and a warm, friendly demeanor make him one of the best service advisors I have ever encountered. I would recommend Michael without reservation to anyone, even those not interested in service, but buying a car. Mr Thomas Burkart treated me kindly and professionally as soon as I walked through the door. The time frame for my services was spot on - oil change, tire rotation, all point inspection, new wiper blades front and back! Car was ready in about 2 hours including services done and have the car cleaned. Lovely clean facility with drinks and snacks available. Very nice KIA facility. You can also watch through the large window and observe your car being serviced which is nice.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Hello, I am sorry to say, "I am really not one to writer reviews", however in this case i felt like I had too. I have had my Kia since I bought it brand new in 2016, and every time I have had an issue it was handled incredibly by one Sherry Vieira, not only professional but very timely and sincerely. Including making sure the warranty work and even the rental car during my repairs were all well above standard. I only had 1 bad experience with kia and it was when Sherry was helping out in the mazda side and not in the kia... Please keep her well taken care of, appreciated and for Gods sake in Kia. I drive from Sun City Center to St. Pete just for her.. She is a Keeper!!!!

My experience with Michael Stephenson at Crown Kia service department was exceptional! He went the extra mile, running out to fetch the coupon I mentioned that I left in my glovebox and test driving my vehicle to find an annoying rattling noise.
