Michelle Dessert was my Service Manager at Crown Honda in Pinellas Park. She was very professional and as such, an asset to this Dealership. Not only did she oversee the service of my car repair, she even offered me her jacket while waiting. (It was freezing in the Waiting Area.) Very sweet of her. I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. I also had the opportunity to meet and talk to their new GM, Darren Hutchinson. I d like to take this opportunity to welcome Darren to his new position. My whole experience was very positive and I am very happy I chose this dealership to have my 10 year old Honda serviced. BTW, my Black Beauty hasn t driven better in long time. Thank you Michelle and Darren for taking such good care of me and my car. Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

I wish to thank the Service Manager Drake Alexander at Crown Honda for the excellent service I received this week. He was thorough in his explanations to me, and directed me to additional resources I requested, such as a reputable window tinting service vendor. I also had questions regarding the factory settings of my car, and he was very helpful in helping me to adjust those. His pleasant disposition and helpful demeanor is very gratefully appreciated.

I purchased a used vehicle from Crown Honda recently and I am really satisfied with my purchase; smooth transaction and genuine friendly service. About a week later, the car had an issue. I contacted my salesperson, John Sizemore, who addressed it right away and arranged for me to bring it in at my convenience. He made sure that another employee, Drake, would see to my issue. Drake assisted me with such care and consideration and ensured that I would not incur any cost for the evaluation and any repair or replacement parts necessary. He kept me well informed regarding my repairs and wait time. I highly recommend doing business with Crown Honda. They demonstrate pure integrity and genuinely care for their clients. My service advisor was Drake Alexander and he was excellent. He made me feel genuinely cared for and was upfront about costs, timing and recommended services. The service team addressed my AC problems and recommended two additional necessary services, but I never felt like they were upselling me or recommending services that I didn t actually need. The shuttle service was a huge bonus, as I was able to get to and from Crown Honda for free rather than sitting at the dealership all day. I tend to take my car to other shops for service but this experience has me considering bringing it into the dealership in the future.

Brought vehicle for routine oil change & inspection of service items. There was a mechanical issue which was remedied the next day. Customer area has offerings to make the wait pleasant. Drake Alexander has a great personality. He obviously loves cars and is a bit of a 'motor head' which allows him to explain details in an understanding manner.

Drake Alexander was the service manager for the services that I had done at Crown Honda. Very personable and very knowledgeable. He is a real asset to the Crown Honda Service team. Drake Alexander is my service contact at Crown Honda. He scheduled my appointment for wheel touch up. I was promptly helped upon arrival and Drake called me to tell me when our car was finished. Daimara Morrill was extremely helpful during my entire experience at Honda. She took it upon herself to look into my account and discovered that I was indeed covered for expenses under an extended warranty, which I didn't remember. She saved me hundreds of dollars! She handled all of the arrangements for a rental car overnight. She was very efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

Just had my car serviced for oil change, tire rotation, and transmission fluid change and the service was great. My service agent was Damir Munich and he was awesome. He made you feel like your business was appreciated. He explained to me why each service was needed and thanked me for my business.

Randy Stiles was very intuitive to our needs. Explained everything in great detail as to what they were planning to do on the vehicle. He kept me informed all throughout the process. The shuttle service was very good and timely as well.

The service here is always top notch. Super simple check in process, and my service advisor, Zach, was helpful. Got the paperwork quickly in order to get my car back into the shop and to a technician. Took care of all my routine maintenance and I was only there for an hour! Even walked out to make sure the paper floor mat and number tag was thrown out. Thank you Crown Honda for always excellent service!

Took my CR-V into Crown Honda for required service. I bought the vehicle at another dealership because Crown Honda did not have my color last year when I was purchasing.The service experience was very professional. My service advisor, Gary Phillips, was very knowledgeable and informative and kept me up-to-date on progress. I will go back for future service but will call Gary directly to make sure I get him.

Sales Rep Joey Sutnick, did an excellent job getting me the cars I wanted to see. He brought different vehicles to my work place to let me check them out. Even brought the Pilot out in the Rain, that I ended up purchasing. He noticed a small item was broken and ordered a new one ASAP. I'd never purchased a car from a dealer, and was nervous. It s the first time I have ever bought a new Honda or any Honda for that Matter. I decided to purchase one through Crown Honda from a referral of my friend at work. The purchase process and the service department is amazing. Recently, I brought my vehicle in for some service and the department did a great job. Drake Alexander Was absolutely amazing. He explained himself, took me through the whole process, and was very, very helpful. He even drove the car up to the front of the service drive, so my mother can easily get into it. Very kind guy. Thanks for your help man and thank you Crown Honda.

Scheduled service for oil/filter change & tire rotation & even though I was late for my appointment the service department told they would accommodate me anyway; Drake Alexander was my service advisor, he was excellent, vehicle was done in a timely manner & when Drake walked me to my vehicle he even took time to show me some convenient features that I did not even know my Honda Passport had!! Very satisfied with Crown Honda service department!!!

I've been using Crown Honda for service for a few years now. Gary is a service advisor he pays attention to my requests, prompt to return my calls. The service department technicians have done a good job keeping my Honda on the road with no unscheduled downtime.

My appointment was for 10 am. My car was taken at that time and brought back within 1/2 hour. (Recall fix). Drake Alexander was my Service Advisor and was very professional, friendly and knowledgably. I would have given a 5 star but he didn't have a pizza for me. 4 starts! :-) Thank you for the great customer service experience.

I brought my car in for service and was delighted by the friendliness and professionalism of the service staff. I was assisted by Drake Alexander who was personable, attentive and informative. Drake made me feel appreciated as a customer and explained the process and time frame. Service was completed within the time frame and he made sure I was happy when I walked out the door. He walked me through the process from start to finish.I appreciate that as an older customer, he was patient and kind as well as professional.Kudos to Drake Alexander and the service staff at Crown.

I ve been going to Crown Honda for about 2 years now. My Service Advisor has been Xavier Montes for all but one of my visits. Xavier has always been aces! He s professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had to split my service into two days this go around as the result of some personal scheduling conflicts, but Xavier made it happen for me! I had my oil & filter changed, a tire rotation, a wheel alignment, and front brakes done. It was another great experience with Xavier & with Crown Honda!

Xavier Montes was fantastic. I have had many visits to Honda dealerships including Brandon and Tampa, but this visit at Pinellas Park with Xavier exceeded all expectations. He answered all my questions, (warranty and recalls), saw to the needs of my vehicle and even fixed an issue with my husband s vehicle,(radio issue after a battery replacement), that was not being serviced that day. Well done and I look forward to future visits with your dealership.

When I first pulled in the service department. The two gentlemen signing the customers in were very professional and polite. When I entered the building Mr. Phillips greeted me and introduced himself . The whole staff were very professional and helpful to all the customers. Excellent service.I give them 5 stars.

It is disconcerting when a warning light comes on, even more so when the message is to see your Dealer. Although it was late in the day, I reached out to Randy Stiles, a Service Advisor at Crown Honda, whom I have regularly worked with since he started at the dealership. The call went to his voicemail, so I left a detailed message expecting to hear from him the next day. Instead, I got a call back later that day. Randy took the imitative to schedule me in his first available appointment the following afternoon but told me if I could drop the car off first thing in the morning, he would try to work me in earlier. I did and he did! He managed to have a tech not only identify the problem, but get it corrected and have me back on the road before noon. Thank you, Randy.

I ve been taking my car to Crown Honda for nearly 4 years for general maintenance and or repair. Michele Dessert and the team of technicians have never disappointed. If follow up or a correction was required, it has been to my highest expectations. When a new car is in my future, Crown has earned my confidence to continue our partnership.
