Mike Giordano at Crown was very helpful as I had an old pristine car that belonged to my father. Very Sentimental! The service was great and everyone was very communicative.Great service and they helped me get back and forth to the dealership. Well done!

Thank you Crown Eurocars for another great experience with the professional staff and excellent customer service in every area. This particular visit was for a regular maintenance.Once again I had the opportunity to work with Don Shelton in the service dept. As always, I appreciate Don's knowledge, professionalism, going above and beyond to make sure that everything regarding my vehicle is taken care of and also keeps me informed thoroughly of any items that may need attention.I have been working with Don for quite a long time now and it has been and is always a pleasure. My experience was great from start to finish. My representative, Richard Webb was professional, courteous and friendly. She was a little late for my appointment, but my car was finished well ahead of my thinking. I highly recommend using this dealership for your Mercedes needs.

I recently had my Mercedes serviced at your dealership. my service manager was Bruno Onetti. Bruno / every one was very helpful and polite. service was efficient and quick. There was a little confusion at first as no one was familiar with my appointment / name - but that was cleared up pretty quickly.

Regretfully, we damaged our Sprinter camper by accident and needed a full system replacement. Bruno Onetti was our service advisor. His communication was excellent and he supported us throughout the whole process. His positive attitude was helpful and to his credit, he seemed to understand that in this case, it was the wife, who was the customer.

Great service, Michale was great with communication & letting me know the issue with my car. He stayed in constant contact as we worked together to find best method for repair. We have dealt with Andrew Mrasz at Crown Mercedes several times now while we are in Florida. Andrew has always been professional, quick to get back to us and keeps us up to date with the repairs/servicing of the car. Crown has always done a fantastic job.

I enjoy taking my car in for service because if I have to Waite for the car the waiting room is very comfortable and they offer coffee, tea and snacks which helps to pass the timeDonald Shelton was my service advisor. He was very courteous. He made sure I understood what was needed, and he took care of me promptly.

Been coming here since 2011 and continue to love it. Everyone here is super helpful and polite as well as they get the job done quickly. My man Andy Mrasz kept me informed every step of the way throughout my repairs and was always available for any questions.

I was able to get in for warranty work the next day and finish the same day. Every other dealer from Ft. Myers to Tampa, wanted me to leave my vehicle for at least a week. Bruno Onetti and the service department were extremely helpful.

This is the second time I brought my Mercedes in for service at Crown Eurocars. Both times I have worked with Anthony Beyley. He has consistently gone above and beyond to make the process as seamless as possible. Even volunteering to pick me up himself when it seemed the courtesy lyft ride was not working out. I will request Anthony Beyley for all future service needs. I was very happy with his care.

Hello. They apparently still have our account in my wife s name, but I actually had my GLE serviced at Crown. There was an electricalIssue that was causing some unexpected reactions with my engine. Thomas Allen was my Service Advisor. He was professional, friendly, & knowledgeable. He kept me in the loop with all that was happening with my vehicle and arranged for a loaner for me while my car was in service. Since purchasing our vehicles from Crown our experiences have been all good. I look forward to continuing a good relationship with them throughout our ownership.Service: Electrical
