I had my 21 Ford F150 repaired at this location & I couldn t be happier about the results! Michelle Trippi was wonderful, she and her team did an awesome job keeping me updated on the repairs step by step. The team went through some obstacles with my truck and �t still looked like it had never been in an accident. I picked up my truck and noticed they even cleaned it and gave it a little shine! Hopefully, no more accidents in my near future but I would definitely return if I needed anymore vehicle repairs done.Well done Michelle and TEAM!!

I got my car repaired at this location & I couldn t be happier about the results! Michelle was lovely & did an awesome job keeping me updated on the repairs step by step. I picked up my vehicle and noticed they even cleaned it & gave it a little shine! Hopefully, no more accidents in my near future but I would definitely return if I needed anymore vehicle repairs done.

Not that I plan on backing into a poor old lady again ( knock on wood ) If I do, coming straight back to Crash Champions. Great customer service, great communication, and much faster than I expected. Even gave my Rolla a little shine Thanks yall !!!

My son filed claim with insurance. Made appointment with crash champion for a few days later. Gentleman was nice and helpful with information. Dropped truck off was done in two weeks. Truck was clean when picked up. Office is clean. Work on vehicle was nicely done. Took back to get a sticker put on that was overlooked was in and out under 15 minutes. Would recommend them for future.

As some of the reviews state, this location is the worst. The company mission statement says Trust several times. Not this store. I waited 6 months for a frame (not the stores fault) and after I finally picked it up we drove to Jacksonville for the Labor Day weekend. The vehicle died on me in traffic in Jacksonville! It was a transmission alarm. I assumed it was related to the work so I called the store. They pretty much said not them. I was stranded in Jacksonville. My whole weekend was shot. I was able to get help from Toyota for an appointment for Labor Day Monday. Also had to rent a car to salvage the weekend. On Monday after 6-7 hours of diagnostics, they found a bad sensor connection to the transmission. Bottom line it was definitely related to the crash champions repair. I contacted the Pinellas park store again. Also send them emails with the back up documentation. Asked for some reimbursement for what I should have never had to pay. They ghosted me!! No return calls or emails. I reached out to Crash Champions main site. Was told the stores all had to handle all complaints. Yeah right. They were to be notified and no one still called me back. Be aware. You are not their customer. They get most of their business from the insurance companies. And trust. No do not trust them. If something goes wrong you will not be taken care of.

My car was vandalized so my insurance company recommend Dattilos. The passenger side doors plus the front fender needed some dents pulled and re painted. They also needed to replace the pin strip down the passenger side. I noticed they only replaced half the pin strip so the front half is brand new and the back half is the original so it doesn't match- (see pictures attached)Now onto the paint job- First thing is the over spray onto my black leather passenger seat (picture attached) of the white specs everywhere..2nd- the paint looks like an orange peel.. which leaves me to believe they use bad paint or the proper conditions for painting were not used (picture attached of the passenger side, I just waxed so you can see all the flaws)I am sad to see this result because there are so many great reviews about this business..Services: Painting, Body & Trim

For all, you people that are looking for the very best in automobile, paint and dent scratch accident repair for your vehicle. This is the place to go crash champ, bravo bravo, to crash champions, for the five star service from the drop off to the pick up not only was the customer service, exceptional, and exceeded my need But the level of care and attention in detail to the quality of workmanship like it just came from the factory is exceptional. There s literally no way to tell the difference in my opinion it s actually better than the factory. So if you re on the fence and you re picking somebody to do the repair work for your vehicle, there is no reason to go elsewhere crash champions is the only place to go in anybody else anywhere else is unacceptable. Thank you Gretchen thank you Brian for exceptionally great specialized service in work. I m truly I am humbled that I had the opportunity to take my 2023 Volvo to you guys and to know that it came back again seed any expectation I could ever possibly have these if I ever need my car auto or paint repair work done again you got me as a repeat, customer bravo bravo bravo !!!

Unreliable people. Very bad experience with them, crooks! Charged my insurance for more than 4 grand to fix minor scratches on both side doors. Did a very sloppy job and leave my car dusty inside all ac vent, me and my toddler are both coughing and trying to give us asthma. A lot of paint residues out side of the side where they work. Dings and all black sides are all turned white. Not recommendable to bring your vehicle in this place. Sooooo disappointed!

Very professional, they were very clear on how the process worked and the timeline. It was thru another persons insurance so I was able to get a rental thru Enterprise, which was next door, quite convenient! I also received text messages about the progress. They said it would be ready on Friday and it was. Excellent repair, my front bumper looks great.

Crash Champions did a great job of getting my Murano back to looking great again.They were selected by my Insurance Company Geico, so I really didn't get to choose, but am glad they did.My car got hit on the driver side rear and I was apprehensive it would be restored. The fender, bumper, and muffler/tailpipe were all messed up.The estimate was provided to Geico and approved to move forward.Crash Champions finished the job a week before they said it would be done!I can't tell at all that it had been damaged!Additionally, they fully detailed the car before they returned it to me. I have a lifetime guarantee on all the work that was done.Thank you!Now i just need Geico to go after the at-fault driver and get my deductible back!I recommend Crash Champions!

Terrible experience and no communication. My vehicle was deemed a total loss. Crash champions never contacted me to remove my personal belongings and had my car towed from the property. My vehicle had to be towed back to crash champions two days later. Crash champions made a mistake by releasing my vehicle without my signature. This is unacceptable, no call or signature. I hope they learn from this unexcusable error.

Took my car in for an estimate after I was side swiped. They got me in within an hour after, no appointment. Estimate took all of 10 minutes. Matt was wonderful.Dropped my car off on a Tuesday morning, and it was done by Friday. Enterprise next door gave me a fabulous rental for the few days I needed it.Highly recommend. Hopefully will not need their services again, but if so I will gladly return.

Matt deserves FIVE STARS. Matt is a Saint, and a saving grace. Matt is, simply put, is a great guy and very perseverant, dedicated, and hard worker.This man has communicated with me every single day. He was taken excellent care of the 2 claims on my vehicle, and, due to the length of time it has taken to repair my car, he paid -out of his pocket- for me to have a rental car for several days .!!!!!Can t say enough good about Matt, wish I could leave 5 stars.Feels like a scam the way they conduct business here.At the beginning, they lost my check, when my insurance had without a doubt disbursed it.Next, the gentleman assigned to my claim quit. They seem overworked. And stressed. Seems like no one has real knowledge of what is going on.Manager, Mikey, has NO business working with people or being in charge of absolutely anything. Mikey has no manners, NO respect for people, has no professionalism in him, and refused to be accommodating, let alone understanding. I cannot think of a single positive thing about Mikey, which is unfortunate because I m much quicker to write positive reviews than negative.But this review is so deserved.This body shop really ought to go out of business the way some are so inconsiderate, rude, inappropriate and unprofessional. If it doesn t go without saying, I won t be visiting crash-and-burn champions again. They have had my car for OVER 3 WEEKS. Still not ready, still don t know when it will be ready. Can t get an answer, and these guys will NOT put me in any rental car. Mikey is trash; a despicable guy. The way he spoke to me was unreal. He wouldn t even speak on the other end of the line! I had to ask, Hello??? a few times because he wouldn t even say a word or have a conversation with me.Anyway, I promise, avoid this place. No organization, no customer service, they can t keep employees, and the ones there are stressed out, and so am I. I am extremely stressed out and this is going on 4 weeks now that I ve been without a vehicle.Haven t had a cart to get to work, and, as you can imagine, haven t been making money. I was in a fender bender for the first time in 10+ years in April. My insurance company recommended Crash Champions Pinellas Park, so that's where I went. Unfortunately the fender bender occurred the night before I was leaving town for a week. Crash Champions was great to work with in the beginning - they gave me a reasonable timeline for repairs and got us in for an estimate right away. A family member took my vehicle in while I was out of town, and I was slightly alarmed when they reported how rude the service was when they arrived. My family owns their own small business, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and not judge them on one instance of one day. We scheduled a time for the repair - it was two months after the date of the estimate. On the phone, the shop told me it would be 3 weeks. But hey, the world is a weird place these days and I understand there are delays with supply chain issues. So I held out, got a rental car, and waited. I took the vehicle in at the scheduled time. It look even longer. I ended up paying hundreds of dollars for the rental because the 75-day coverage period provided by my insurance ran out. When I finally went to pick it up, they did not complete all the repairs. I had to call my insurance company, who took over communications with the shop. The shop essentially accused me of making up new problems - but photos submitted at the time of the crash showed that the shop did not repair all of the damage. It is now August, and Crash Champions Pinellas Park only just this week finished the repairs to my vehicle that was damaged in April. I can't honestly say I would ever willingly return with my vehicle to this facility. Nor would I recommend them to anyone I care about.Service: Body & Trim

When I was walked inside, I was greeted by a very polite and helpful receptionist. I was impressed with the beautiful lobby, which looked more like a nice office lobby than a body shop.Our damaged bumper l looked like new when they were finished. The car was also detailed as part of the service. We were very happy with the results. I would recommend Datillo's for auto body work and painting.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I was in an accident on mother's day. My insurance company had them on a list it's close to home so I went with it. Took them over a month to fix my car. Gave me 3 dates that my car would be fixed. Finally after paying my deductible and saying my car is ready. I have to pay 140 for a tire and then tried to charge me 240 for towing all because the agent could not get ahold of my insurance company. Then says my car is ready I pick it up and now my car makes a sound when driving the the agent afraid he took back to get fixed. I'm still waiting to have my car fixed properly the agent no longer works there but didn't do his job when working. He had me dealing with the auto shop myself?! I've now called back twice even spoke to the GM and have yet to find out if my car is going to be fixed properly. I would not go to this place unless you want to work for them by doing everything to get your car fixed. Why is it August and my car is still not fixed why am I constantly calling when obviously the agent was not good at there job? I feel like they should be more dealing with a car wreck is already stressful for most people and now dealing with a collision center who don't communicate well unless money is owed..

MATT the writer is fantasic wonderful job he does helped me throught outnthebwhole process Alex the technician great people had my car in & glass looked good they have a top knoch Glass company that did the windshield & back windo from the wreck nice place Randy is the bomb they had Pizza the day I picked up my car & he offered me lunch they worked with my insurance got me back on the road & back to my routine thank you guys for everything helping us out. PS Randy is the Bomb!!

Once again, my car was restored and the damaged areas look like new. This is the third time I ve brought my car here when someone else has damaged my car. This time, someone backed up in the car wash tunnel and road up onto the hood. Thanks again for your great work!

They did an amazing job fixing my car the engine is clean and they showed me what a horrible job another collision company did and they fixed it right. Enterprise made my rental so smooth and fast. It was my birthday weekend when i got my rental and i drove a badass jeep. 2021 jeep wrangler sahara. I got ducked

I had an appointment today @ 10am (02 OCT 2023). I walked in, the lady in the front desk straight way tells me to have a sit and someone will be right with me. I came in on time and waited for 40 minutes. New customer came in and she was helping them and totally ignored I was there and no help at all.This places truly has unacceptable customer service. They do not value customer time at all.I went in today because I had my car repaired here from an accident and after getting my car back I have been experiencing my car shaking and they installed a new headlight but they didn t even align the headlights.I been calling serval times to come in and speak to the person (who s name I won t state) who was in charge of my car but every time I called either the person wasn t in, they re at a meeting, out for parts, or something and I would never get call back.

Could not have been any easier to get my car fixed. I came here with an insurance claim, and they quickly assessed the damage and gave me an estimate. The rep from Enterprise literally walked over from next door to set up my rental. They communicated the progress consistently throughout the process, and overall got it done quickly and with great quality. They even cleaned it out before returning it. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to go back.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
