I'm extremely impressed with the staff at Choice Automotive. I took my vehicle into the shop, (never used them prior) to find out the problem with my AC not blowing cold any longer. What's so amazing is that they did a complete diagnosis of my 2018 Honda Civic, I didn't know they would do that; however, I love the fact that they did. Now I know exactly everything that needs to get taken care of and I will soon begin to having everything one by one repaired in order to get my vehicle back to top notch condition and I will be using Choice Automotive. Thanks Austin and Chris for your thorough professionalism, I truly trust you guys.

I took my car in last week after having a hard time at the dealership in December. The issue I was having is now resolved and at a very fair rate. Sheila was so nice to work with over the phone and I love the feature of approving the estimate in a hyperlink that s sent via text; Very simple. Thank you for the great service!

I found Choice Automotive Repair via Google and discovered great service and staff. Upfront repair quotes and when something else is discovered in the repair process you get a phone call, then a message with an estimate for any additional work. I think I have found trusted repair service.

I don t ever post reviews however, this place publicly deserves 5 starts! Extremely easy from start to finish. Fast, honest, and even cost me a little less than what they told me! Thank you for being good, honest people there aren t many of those left

I came to Choice Automotive with a concern that my brakes may be bad since they were squealing every time I would drive. After they took a look at my front and back brakes, they advised there was atleast 25-30% of life left on them and that the main reason why they made noise is because of humidity and rain. I really appreciated their honesty and transparency that my brakes still had life left on them compared to other auto shops that will be dishonest to get a sale. Because of this honesty, I feel that Choice Automotive is a credible and honest business and will take my car there for future repairs. I value honesty and transparency in mechanics over other shops that take advantage of a concerned customer.

My heart sank as I brought my cherished car into the shop, desperately needing to replace the worn-out wheel hub and bearing assembly. What started as a routine maintenance task quickly transformed into a nightmare. As I anxiously retrieved my beloved vehicle, a haunting creaking sound pierced through the air each time I made a simple turn. The agony of this noise was excruciating, wrenching at my soul. How could this happen? Unwilling to accept such injustice, I sought solace in the hands of a more trusted mechanic, desperately hoping for a glimmer of salvation. And there, in the depths of despair, a revelation was unveiled. The sheer negligence, the sheer lack of respect for my prized possession, became evident as the truth unraveled before me. The nuts on the sway bar, oh dear friend, were callously abandoned, never once given the honor of being reinstalled. It was a blatant betrayal, a betrayal that shook me to my very core. The mere thought of such neglect shook my entire being, and my heart wept for my precious car, abused and forsaken.

Cannot tell you how amazing Austin is and this place had an issue with my car thought it had seized up the engine, brought it to choice not only did he figure out what was wrong, but gave me a great price cannot tell you how great this place is. Customer Service goes over and above most places five stars is not enough. Wish I could give them 10.

These guys are the best. My car had a major problem--a loud noise while in idle and accelerating. None of the other mechanics("Ice Cold" and "Fix It" to name two) could/would fix the problem. I spent thousands of dollars at the other shops and the problem still persisted. Choice Automotive was the only shop who immediately knew the cause of the problem and fixed it right away, for far less than the price most shops wanted to charge me. They also fixed other issues and didn't even charge me for the extra work. These guys are honest. I wish I'd come to them sooner. They are the only place I will be taking my car to from now on.

This is my 2nd time doing business with Choice. I had an oil change and brakes done. I was not disappointed! Their customer service is amazing! Sheila even went out of her way and took me over to the Plaza to shop while I waited and picked me up. They communicated well and work was done promptly! Outstanding service. I recently bought a used vehicle..I could tell something wasn't right in rear with tire.and kept having tire sensor light flashing someone told me about this place so I went online made an appointment for an estimatei was amazed how quick I got a detailed estimate on what was found.and I only wanted to do the most important to me currently..I spoke with ms Sheila on the phone once and then Austin kept me informed on when they'd be finished..it was a quick turn around met Ms Sheila (so nice)there just before 6p and I will be taking it back for other issues.prices were very reasonable!!

*UPDATE*Your part has been removed from my vehicle, if you want it back it ll cost you $195.00 as follows.$70.00 fee is what the reputable mechanic charged me to remove your part.$125.00 for the replacement key FOB you destroyed.had my Nissan towed to Choice automotive repair and they performed several unauthorized repairs on my car without even calling me to let me know.They didn t call me to tell what the problem was They didn t call me to tell me how much the repair would cost They just did all kinds of work on my car WITHOUT my permission, then they stuck me with some huge bill.And when I refused to pay ANY amount for unauthorized work the part owner(female) threw random items from around her office at me.Then she broke my car key FOB right in front of me as she cussed me out, smashed it right on the ground.Needless to say, professionalism is severely lacking here.I mean it s pretty basic you call the customer to inform them of the repair and cost.

Honest, friendly, and reliable service. I found this place originally on Groupon for an oil change and was very happy with the service received. More recently, my car was blowing out hot air on one side (just in time for Summer). I had brought it up the road from where I live to Ice Cold Air for a diagnostic and long story short, they missed the main problem and emptied the entirety of my freon out of the vehicle, which they lied about. I recalled the positive service I received here previously and gave them a call and to my delight, Austin works on AC as well. Their quote was more reasonably priced than any place I contacted by a half to a third of the cost with several telling me it would be $80-$300 for them to simply diagnose the issue. He was able to identity the correct issue with the air conditioning and had it fixed in under 24 hours. As someone who knows nothing about cars, I feel I can trust this place to get to the root of the problem and not be taken for a ride so to speak with being pressured into unnecessary services. Thank you for making an unfortunate event as painless as possible.Service: Air conditioning

My brake light was staying on, my brake switch needed to have the bushings replaced. I also needed to replace the main light in my driver side lights, I had a bulb that a friend got for me.Choice Automotive was able to work me in the next day, was able to complete the work in the short time while I waited. And only charged me $25!I will definitely be back.

This repair shop and the people in it are awesome. I never felt like my car was in trusting hands until choice repair. I must say I cannot be any happier since the new owners Austin and Sheila have come to the neighborhood. Austin did a great job on my car. They were friendly and well priced. They even gave me a ride home when I dropped my car off. My car was done when they said it would be and the only extra cost that was not quoted before the repair was due to an unforseen old and broken mount that he even showed to me. That being said it was only an additional $65 which is not much at all. Overall great shop to work with and will definitely be going back.

I very highly recommend this auto shop. Fast, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Been there for a couple of oil changes and was informed of other issues, some that needed immediate attention, some routine. Every time I leave I'm comfortable knowing my car is in good shape. I will continue to go here for all of my car's maintenance.

Austin "the new owner" was extremely helpful with helping me get my element aka the toaster, back on the road. Very honest and trust worthy and was well cleaned and organized. Prices were extremely fair it's hard to find a shop that does not price gouge. Highly recommend stopping in here to get all your car needs fixed.

My air conditioning was working sporadically. I brought it to Choice Automotive. The compressor was bad but they replaced it quickly. It is now working amazing . They were very professional and quick and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend Choice Automotive to everybody

Austin was great. I had a scheduled appointment and did not have to wait and was processed quickly. So I was able to get in and out and to my first meeting of the day in person instead of having to call in. I was prepared to be stuck presenting from my phone. I was very pleased with them keeping the appointment and being very timely. That is something that doesn't even happen at doctor's offices nowadays.

The owner is super nice. I was there for less than an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. He found a screw in my tire and just plugged it for me. The waiting area is very clean and doesn't smell like a mechanic's shop. The lady at the desk who checked me in was also very nice. I would definitely use them again for future oil changes and work to be done on my vehicle.Service: Oil change
