Great. Quick and smooth. Talked to Kate and she got me pre-approved. Came in the next day, picked out a car and was already out the door with a big smile within not even a couple hours. If you need a great car and don t the extra hassle, this the one!!

Only had my car just under 2 months and it s already giving me hell the battery keeps dying had to call AAA just to get a jump plus the dashboard lights be flashing something it s annoying because I have jump my car just to go and pick my daughter up from work .Down payment was $3000 and this car is giving me hell like my last car called to see if I can have it looked at telling I ll have to wait until the 15 but I can t wait to pay the car note be all in your account quick to take that money but you can t get your car checked out in a timely manner. I can t stand scammers .Don t go here go elsewhere

It was a great experience for the second time buying a car with them! Andre and Rachel were absolutely amazing, super quick and helpful! They even stayed late to insure I drove away with my new car. I can t say thank you enough for helping me and getting things done so quickly!!!

Kate is the most amazing car salesperson I have ever dealt with. She has provided a miracle. Not only did she get me financed for a car but a car I like and wanted. If anyone with credit problems needs a car. Please come here. I am so very happy .

Don't do it!!! They sell bad used cars. Then they push u off till your into the contract far enough that you can't back out. Kevin the gm is an arrogant mf. We took the car for 1 issue after owning it for less than a month, then had to take it back for a brand new issue. They're scam artists.

Kihla was awesome! She assisted me with full details on how to proceed with my purchase every step of the way. She was knowledgeable and didn't skip the details. Overall, a great experience! I will definitely recommend her to others!

My husband and I went there yesterday. I had spoke to someone named Keith on the phone regarding the vehicle we wanted he said I only needed$500 to put down on the car. I wanted to put down$2500 so that wasn't a problem the problem was that when we get there he says oh it depends on the vehicle. I told him on the phone which vehicle . The place was dirty .Keith office desk had so much dust on it . After realizing that the place wasn't the kind of place we wanted to deal with since they could be honest with me when I called about the vehicle. We drove 1 and 1/2 hours to get there to deal with that. So we left without a word to them I call to speak to the finance manager and Keith answered the phone and said she couldn't come to the phone. Very disappointed in our interactions with this place....

The people here are very rude. Do not come here unless you want to be made to feel terrible about your current situation. I've never had someone be so rude and condescending. The finance manager at this location needs to take a class in human decency.

J adore was my sales woman and she was absolutely amazing! I ve been with byrider for years even back when I lived in Pennsylvania but decided to give it another go at the one here in Florida since I just moved to Tampa recently and needed some major car upgrading! The process was quick and painless! Both her and Rachel in finance worked their magic and got me in to an amazing 2013 Hyundai Elantra that I m in LOVE with! They re definitely two girls I d take out to have drinks with because they re both so friendly and seem like a great time! Thanks so much to Byrider in Pinellas County and especially J adore and Rachel for making me one happy guy! You guys rock!

Best car buying experience by far. When other by here pay here turned me down Byrider got me approved for the vehicle I wanted. The Staff was simply amazing professional and made me laugh. Rachel in finance was wonderful and Rebecca was so nice smart and very help towards my car buying experience. Khala also was a pleasure. If your looking to buy a car with not so good credit and low down payment go to Byrider.

Wow, what a surprise to learn that they want you to pay 12K for a 2009 Mazda 5, when it's worth less than 7K, plus they wanted 6K in interest if paid in 4 years. Not paying 18K for a 2009, period!
