I ve used Big Tires and More for many years. They are by far the best shop in the area! Honest, great prices and communication. They always provide options,, so you aren t left feeling that you are just being sold the highest priced item or fix. I highly recommended Big Tires and More - five stars isn t enough!

Needed tires, so went online to make an appointment. Exchanged several emails with them as they tried to narrow down my needs. This meant they had EXACTLY what i needed when i went in. This resulted in my getting 2 new tires installed in under an hour! Great service, and a clean, comfortable waiting room. Highly recommend.

I came in without an appointment for a tire repair and I was in and out in less than an hour. They fixed my tire leak, suggested their tire option but did not pressure me on getting it on the spot. I appreciate the honesty and will most definitely will come back for business.

Excellent honest place to take your vehicle. I had a synthetic oil change done. And I had the tires rotated. He only charged me for the oil change. The tire rotation and topping off the fluids are all complementary. I stopped in one day because I had a brake light out. They changed it in a matter of minutes. And they only charge me for the the bulb itself. If you want an honest garage, go to this garage. Very pleased with the service.....

I had a screw in one of my tires. Blake, Mike, and his crew got me in immediately on a Wednesday afternoon and had my tire repaired in about 20 minutes. Big Tires is an honest and reputable business and their work is excellent! Will be back again when I need work done on my car.

What amazing customer service!!! Special thanks to Mark the Customer Service Manager. I watched him dealing with other customers and with his customer service was amazing. Everyone was very pleased. The seating area is really nice with free Wi-Fi, TV and is very comfortable. The prices are fair but the most important part is the quality of the service is excellent. Other places who couldn't fix the issue with my car. Here it was fixed correctly the first time.

I'm so excited to have a nice place with friendly staff to get my oil changed (and they throw in a free tire rotation!) for less than anywhere else. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable, with bottled water and coffee available. Free WiFi while you wait. Nice restroom too!

Absolutely fantastic tire and auto service shop! I can't say enough good things about this place. Shops like this are true gems of our community. The owner is hands-on and treats every customer like family. You can tell from the moment you step foot in the door, this shop is different and for the better. With the owner present you know that things are being done right. No corporate store here with sub-par ethics and policy red tape.One of the things that sets this shop apart is their ability to explain car issues in simple, easy-to-understand terms. No jargon or confusion here! Just honest fair pricing and service. They've got a great selection of tires, and the service is top-notch. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my tire or auto service needs. Highly recommend!

Quick and efficient service. I installed a lift myself and had an issue with a stubborn lugnut. They were able to get it off for me. Installed 4 tires with an alignment in under 2 hours. Great work and even better customer service.

Well I thought they did a good Job but come to find out they ruined my rim I came in talked to the owner and he denied his machine could do that. So there honesty is a lie. If you have nice Rims don t take it to this shop. They will mess your stuff up then not tell you and deny they did anything wrong. Scumbags!!!

Totally impressed with the crew at Big Tires. I dealt with Sean, Marco and one other gentleman on 9/13 who were all professional and friendly. I've been to two other places who were inferior in all aspects. The tech rode with me to hear the noise I was talking about and identified it within seconds. The car was fixed and I was good to go quickly. I highly recommend.

No nonsense, well run, (Shawn O Brien is very competent at the front), knowledgeable, honest, competitive prices with comfy furniture, clean bathroom, and cold drinking water. They couldn t get rid of me. I wanted to stay and take a nap.

Previously this business was very good, however the last visit fell short of expectations. Went in for two tires and asked for one old tire back. Asked for it to be placed in truck bed. Got home it wasn't there. When leaving the shop my truck sounded different, like an exhaust leak. Got home check the exhaust system could find anything loose. Fast foward to the next day still having the new noise. While I was there they stated I needed new front brakes and rotors , I know that prior but can do that myself so I decline. I purchased the new rotors and brakes and while in the engine compartment to loosen he brake resovior cap I see that my air intake box is only half way on, this was the issue of the new noise. Why are they in my engine compartment while doing tires? Then when removing the front passenger tire to do the brakes I find that one lug nut is barely on,;luckily I didn't loose it while driving. Not sure if this business changed hands or not, but I will not be a returning customer, and I used to refer this business to others no more.

Took my 2013 Mitsubishi Evolution X MR and my 2003 Powerstroke truck here to mount and balance Tires on new Rays Volk Racing TE37 Saga Wheels and Method Racing Wheels MR610 CON 6. The care and professionalism to me as a customer was amazing. They fit me in with no appointment as they were really busy and they didn't have to. Their state of the art machines and expert techs took great care of my rims as to not put a single scratch on them. When you only want the best. Thank you guys! You have a customer for life from me. I will not go anywhere else.

Needed 2 new tires. Received a fair price and time of completion from Mike over the phone. Made the appointment. Paid the quoted price, however the time estimate a little off. They finished an hour early and promptly gave me a call. First class and professional from beginning to end. I won't be going anywhere else from now on. Thanks much fellas!

My tire was replaced quickly & for the quoted price. Everyone I interacted with was friendly & respectful. It can be intimidating to go into any auto shop (especially as a woman) but my experience was comfortable.

Had 37 tires on 18 wheels installed on my 2017 Ram 2500 Power Wagon. Great service and very reasonable prices! I was so happy with them I also brought my 2017 Kia Optima Plugin Hybrid to mount and balance Michelin Premier A/S tires. Once again top notch service. This is now my go to tire shop for many years to come. Thanks guys!

AWESOME staff!! Big Tires & More installed four 35" tires that I bought from one of their competitors, a competitor that was unable to install the tires they sold me!! Big Tires & More did a great job for a reasonable price! I was So pleased I brought them my wife's truck for brakes & shocks!

I couldn t leave a review without giving this company a 1 star review that they DO NOT deserve. I took my car there 2 weeks ago to have a fuel line replaced. The next day the fuel line bursts leaving me broke down in the on coming traffic lane of Rt. 19!! Gasoline was everywhere luckily some good samaritans helped push me to safety so I could call AAA who towed my car back to Big Tire for me. The next day I call Big Tire and am told that they guess the regular hose they put on the car wasn t strong enough to hold so they would order a high pressure hose to replace it. I confirmed with him that there would be no additional charges and he assured me that there would not be.I m going to stop here for a moment because although I never said this to them I was really wondering why they tried to get away with putting a regular hose on a gas line when they are not designed to withstand that amount of pressure. You have to put a high pressure hose on a gas line . I pick up my car and the guy at the front desk (who I later find out is the store manager) tells me you just owe us $20 for the gas. I actually started to hand over my credit card when I thought to myself .hmmm you just lost $60 worth of gas yesterday on Rt 19 why are you handing over your credit card. I asked him do you really think I should pay you to replace some of the gas I lost due to the faulty hose you put on my card .in a nice voice, I was trying to stay very calm. He looks at me with complete disgust and says let me go ask the manager. He leaves the room for 2 seconds comes back and just says have a nice day ! It was sooooo rude. I just left at that point.It actually gets even worse but you get the drift from what you have read so far.BEWARE!!

Big Tires and More has always offered reliable service and fair prices. They always let me know specifically what issues my vehicle is having and all possible repair solutions. They work effectively and efficiently and I recommend Big Tires and More to everyone I know!

Big Tires is a very honest and helpful tire place. I used them in 2017 because of reviews for tires back then. I research everything I buy. Reviews, price & more. They asked me how much I drive & because I'm older & don't drive as much as I used to they offered me less expensive new tires. I had 3 estimates (which I usually get) & theirs was the most affordable for me.I highly recommend Big Tires. Thank you Big Tires.

I cannot say enough positive things about the service you receive at Big Tires. They are honest, considerate, efficient, and just super nice. I have gone there for emergencies and planed service and it's always the same: welcoming, professional, and helpful. They want to make sure you are getting a good deal and the right service for your car. I recommend them to all of my friends.

My car needed fixing so I brought it here. They let me have it towed there before a hurricane because I live in a flooding Zone even though they said they wouldn't get to it right away. Which I really really appreciated. They were great during the fixing process they told me all the parts I needed. And overall everyone there is just kind and nice as well. They also have really comfy chairs in the waiting room and a TV with a remote so that's a bonus.

My favorite place that I go to for oil changes. I've gone to many different places over the years and I've settled on this one. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They offer a variety of services that are reasonably priced and they honestly make sure that your vehicle is running safely. I always enjoy getting my fluids topped off and my tires rotated for free when I want to. The tires are reasonably priced too and can get wide variety! Never feel pressured or pushy with extra services.I like to sit down as I wait for my truck to get serviced and enjoy the magazines that they have on the table, watch the news and the bottled water is bottled water complimentary of this establishment. It's very relaxing, peaceful and the wait is enjoyable.

Outstanding !! Knowledgeable, honest and work was done in timely manner. Definitely using them for all my car needs. I requested a certain name brand of tires (certain place down the street wanted $75. more for each tire) they didn't try & sell me things I didn't need & my car rides great !! Mark was awesome and very knowledgeable. They are also a full service garage. Will be using this garage for all my car needs !! Thank you Big tires & more.Update 4/6/23Got a great deal on 4 new tires for my Toyota Tacoma. They are honest, have outstanding customer service and work is done in a timely manner !! They also did both cars synthetic oil change & give things a good look over. You won't regret going there for car or trucks repairs.
