The Service Center was great. If not for my interaction with shady Sales Team member, this would be five stars because the service experience and Service Advisor, Hope, were fantastic. A person approached my car and asked to take a picture of my VIN to which I agreed thinking it was part of the Service to scan my VIN. Then he asked me if I thought about trading in my car to which I curtly replied "No". He didn't disclose he was taking a picture of my VIN to try to buy my car. I wouldn't have agreed to it if I'd known the reason. This occurred within 1 minute of me pulling into the Service bay before I'd even met with Hope my Service Advisor (who was fantastic). The sales person didn't say thank you, just walked away in a huff--nice touch AutoNation Pinellas Park Toyota - make your customers interact with someone who pretends to be part of the service process then behaves like a jerk when you don't want to sell your car. I know I'm not the only one. This type of predatory behavior is unwelcome and super shady. If they'd approached while I was waiting for the car's service, and simply asked "You have a really nice car. We'd love to buy it from you. Are you interested?", then my response, and this review, would be very different.

The amount of customer service is excellent. Questions asked if they don't know they will get someone who can. Service dept. Is on spot, they treat you with respect and are honest about what you need. Even if you are late they will find away yo accommodation you.I love Toyota strong car . Purrs like a puppy,, runs great. Extremely economical for the use of my car.Service man Gary, is awesome. Polite honest funny and focuses on his customer needs for there car. But most of all listens to you.

Jerry and his crew were very accommodating and pleasant. The garage was full but they tried their best to change my car's battery under an hour with out an appointment. The price was aligned with other vendors. I was satisfied with the team's service.

Everything about this service was so easy. From the phone call to make the appointment after hours, to the service by the wonderful agent, Vladimir. He explained all that was likely. When I was offered additional service, he graciously accepted my decline of the more than just replacing the battery. I was very impressed with all of the checks that were made as to current condition of the car (tires, alingment, oil filter, and so forth ... so many things were checked). And I was stunned that all of this was done as a service at no cost. Thank you!

Routine oil change and tire rotation took 2 hrs, 45 minutes with an appointment. Appointment was made on line and when I arrived the Valet checked me in an deleted the appointment according to my service advisor, who told me if you just show up they tend to ignore you. I told him I had an appointment and he said, I know..I even showed him an email reminding me of my upcoming appointment. Was in last month with another of my vehicles and service was good so it is a hit and miss. I've had my vehicle lost 3 years ago and took them over an hour to find it. Been going to that same location for 35 years and the service was always exceptional now it's just not! Will be going somewhere else in the future, as this was the last time I'm allowing myself to be jerked around. Would recommend anyone call and make an appointment, don't make one on line. The Service Advisor said there was no way to monitor how many appointments are made for a specific date and time. Fifty could have that 10am appointment.

My Assistant Service Mgr. Dylan was awesome. The process of booking the appointment was not. I could not call and speak to anyone at that location. I was continually routed to their call center with promises of a call back that never came. I finally walked in to get my questions answered. In addition the barrage of solicitation texts and emails was annoying. If I ever want to get service done at Toyota again, I will call Dylan directly or walk in to make an appointment. Too bad that is the best was and least aggravating.

I purchased a used Tundra from these folks and wanted a thorough inspection prior to delivery. The dealership paid for some of the reconditioning and I paid for the remainder. I've used the service department many times before for my Camry and Corolla. I'm a dedicated Toyota client and will continue to use this top notch repair shop and dealer in future for all of my Toyota needs. Great job Ryan, Lawrence and Mo in sales.

Great!I had an issue with steering wheel and alignment and no one could help me. I visited a lot of shops and did alignment 3 times before Toyota Service Center.Toyota Service Center booked me by phone and I dropped my car after hours.They called me next morning, asked what my problem is and explained the work they are going to do and informed me about the estimate repair cost. Almost about at the end of the day they called me again with good news that my car is fixed and ready to go.I test drove my car and it ran perfect as it should.Total repair and alignment cost me nearly $500 and it is a little bit higher than average in areaBut it definitely worth it because you gonna be sure they do the jobI wish I reached out to Toyota Service right away and didn t lose my time with others shopsDefinitely come back if needed and recommend to others

Excellent Service! Kept me informed as to the status of parts and service, help of helped me with a rental. Got my car back a full week ahead of schedule. It looks as beautiful as it did the day, I drove it off the lot brand new. Will recommend to all friends and family and you too!

Hope is an amazing advisor! I can always count on her to get the job done! I needed a new steering wheel and it looks amazing! Hope always makes it so fast and easy to get the job done. Took the car in for service and got a coffee then look at the new cars on the show room floor. I was in shock to see the prices I saw on these cars...The cheapest car I saw was priced above $30,000...Out of my price range :-( The cars looked nice but I wouldn't be able to afford them. I'm very happy with the car I have and the service here is great!!! Everybody is friendly and helpful. I'll keep going to the service center to keep the car looking and running like new...Even have the car detailed there at "AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park Service Center" each year.Thank you very much for a great team at AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park Service Center...Leslie Ray

Boy, the auto industry has been changing for long time. At this location, the service center staff changes as often as someone changes their oil.Yes, the place is kept up with a nice seating area, but customer care is no longer there.Only reason I use this place for my oil change, it was part of my package when I bought my truck here.I can get better Customer Care from down the street than I can hear and I have bought 3 or 4 trucks from them.

I ve been coming to this location for warranty vehicle service for over a year now and I have been very impressed with the location overall and quality of service. I recently had a variety of issues with my vehicle, and Lawrence was very helpful and reassuring getting my vehicle in the shop and keeping me updated while the work was being done. I have peace of mind, knowing that when my vehicle needs service in the future, I will be taken care of here.

Yesterday I had an appointment for 2:30. I waited over two hours just for an oil change.During an oil change a few months ago I was told that I didn t have any free changes left. I said thought that was incorrect, they said I was wrong. I called in later to speak to someone else and I had two oil changes left. They refunded me, but it was clear they couldn t bother to look a second time at my records. Or maybe they didn t look the first time.About a year ago a light was coming on related to my hood, and they couldn t take care of it at that moment. Which was fine. I asked for it to be checked the next time and I guess they forgot or ignored the note I had written? Who knows. I decided it wasn t worth my time to deal with them.Purchasing a car from Autonation was a great experience for me. I would buy a car from them again, but not sign up for any extended service unless I could drop it at a different dealership.

In the 3 years I have been a regular to the service department, this was maybe the 2nd time I felt welcomed by the service staff.I hate my routine visits there. Most of the time the people are rude.This time I also indicated I might be interested in trading in my very good condition 2018 Rav 4 with a tow bar, sun roof and new tires.The offer on the trade value was a joke and insult.The salesman had asked for my credit rating my remaining balance and I gave those to him.The offer on my car with only 60000 miles on it was a couple 1000 under my balance due which is just at 15 now I know it's worth more than that.He also offered me a car that had just 18000 less miles than mine in the payments a $130 more a month and I had already told him I wanted to keep my payments about the same.He ran my credit because there's a hard hit and when I asked him for the information on who approved that line of credit in the amount he told me it's different for every car that you look at and because I was an interested in buying one he couldn't tell me!So my question was why did you run my credit when I was not interested in any of the cars you showed me if you only run the credit when I'm interested for each car so that means my credit would have been hit 5 times if I had shown interest in buying any car.That makes no sense to me I will probably not return to this Toyota dealership for my next car.And because at the service department it's only because it's extremely convenient I will have to continue going there but it's not because I want to if I buy another Toyota.I feel like the salesman assumed he could take advantage of me because I'm an older woman I let him know from the very beginning I would be picky and it was not no rush to buy a car and that I wanted to keep my payments about the same for him to show me cars that I was not interested in with the mileage almost as much as what I have and payments a $130 more was ridiculous that was the first turn off and then to tell me that cars with sunroofs have more value but then offer me less for my car didn't make much sense.I feel like he was trying to take advantage of me.

Yesterday, I had a problem with my Toyota Rava4. I asked to talk to someone who speaks Spanish; they introduced me to Alfredo. He is an excellent person, but the most important thing is that he has an excellent customer service. He gave his best to solve the problem. Those are the people this country needs to do things easier for everyone. Alfredo made my day!

Overall experience was ok. Truck had a slight smoke smell that was noticeable enough, told them to this would need to fixed I think all that was done was some airfreshner. So I ended up getting my truck detailed right after buying because it seemed there was no help with this after asking twice. Speed of service was good but another thing that contributed to my 3 star review was the truck only had 1 key and this was not brought to my attention until all the papers were signed. Make sure you have all your ducks in a row.

Went in for a 10k mile oil change/tire rotation. Apparently there was a nail in my tire. My low tire pressure light wasn t on (as far as I can remember) and there were no notifications in my Toyota app about low pressure. They replaced the tire without talking to me first or replying to my text asking questions. Service tech seemed shocked that I was asking questions when signing paperwork before leaving. Although I have a warranty and the replacement was free, I don t appreciate the lack of communication and it makes me wonder if there was actually a nail.

Went in for an oil change and waited for completion. They finished in the time they gave and left with an estimate of recommended repairs. No high pressure to do unexpected recommendations, but left with good information that I can now plan for. Waiting area was comfortable.

I spent several months looking for a new truck and visited almost every major dealership in Pinellas County. After researching my options, I submitted an online request to test drive a Tundra at AutoNation Toyota. The sales rep Antonio was great; my negotiations with him and the sales manager was quick and not pressured. I got the truck I wanted at a price and interest rate I felt was fair. Overall, my experience was A+.

Very satisfied with the process of buying our new truck. Everyone we worked with was pleasant and efficient. Marc Hernandez our sales associate was very knowledgable about the vehicle and had a great demeanor. Wasn't pushy, listened to our requests, and delivered. The sales manager Mike H assisted us through the financials and upgrades as well as the licensing. That was very convenient being able to do that at the dealership instead of having to go to the DMV. Imane in the service department assisted us with our upgrades and her knowledge and communication skills were spot on. Everyone returned our calls immediately and we always felt like we were their only customer. Excellent customer service.

Always have had good experience with AutoNation Toyota. Brought my '21 Toyota Corolla Hatchback in for tire rotation and balancing. Waited for car in lobby and made appointment to have my front window replaced due to crack caused by a stone. The glass repair company had rep in the showroom to assist me with insurance claim form info to approve replacement. Have owned a 4-Runner, Highlander, Avalon, Camry and Corolla all purchased as new or used cars from AutoNation. They take care of their customers.

I had a VIP service performed at Auto Nation Toyota which included an oil change, tire rotation and new wiper blades. They also checked & topped off all fluids. The service personnel were efficient and professional. They performed the services I requested and did not try to sell me anything extra. I will return when I need service again.

These guys treat you good. Nice place to wait. Free gourmet coffee. I've been to other dearships and the customers have to sit outside somewhere or stand and wait. Coffee would be the last thing on their minds. Toyota understands the importance of treating people with respect. The service is great. It doesn't take that long. I had oil changed, tire rotation and brake fluid change. The car runs great. It's a good experience. Fair price. I prefer going to dealer because they have the correct parts and technicians are trained on Toyota. Makes no sense to go somewhere else.

Service always takes an hour (or more) longer than estimated no matter what service you re getting or when you show up. They called me 5 times ahead of my appointment to confirm I was coming. This is after I had already confirmed. Thankfully our prepaid service has run out so I don t have to deal with this anymore.

The service was quick an friendly. All I was getting was a tire rotation because it under the Toyota care. The day before I had a leak in the passenger front tire. A tire patch is not covered under the Toyota car but it is under the Dimmitt care. I told them this and kindly asked them to make sure they swap them correctly meaning in an x fashion so when Dimmitt patches that tire later it is in the correct spot. The back drivers side. Well it was on rear passenger tire when Dimmitt found it. I am not sure if this is was intentional because I asked about it or if it was just laziness. This is one of the easiest things for a mechanic to do and they still didn't get it correct. I do not have a lot of faith in their work. If you go here, please check the work.
