Had an estimate for a repair done. They were very fair and honest on the estimate. I went some place else first and said it would cost just over $2000 as parts needed to be replaced. Automation charged just over $200. To tighten the same parts that really did not need to be replaced at the time. Love this place and will not use any one else from now on.

Scott Mcdougal was our salesman. He was very pleasant. I appreciate his down to earth style as there was no pressure which I hate. Would recommend him personally as well as the dealership. We are very pleased with our new Camry. This is our sixth Toyota product.

I'm sitting here at Pinellas Park Toyota, waiting for the parts department to open. Their website says that the parts department opens at 7 AM, but they just told me inside that it does not open to customers until 8 AM.

So far I've had a good experience buying parts direct from Toyota with them. They do price match as long as it's not below there cost fyi so have ur part number ready and the copy of the OEM part being sold cheaper at another dealer.
