This was the easiest car buying experience I've encountered. Maurizio was attentive, patient and kind. He found the perfect car for me! Manny, his manager was personable and helpful as well. I highly recommend Maurizio and this dealership. My Alfa Romeo is by far the best car I've ever owned.

Suzanne was a WONDERFUL saleswoman to work with. I gave her a call before coming over, and she had four cars that would fit my needs lined up for me upon my arrival. I test drove all four and fell in love with all four of them, it was amazing how well she was able to pinpoint my needs and wants for a new car and provide me with so many options.Ended up with a beautiful Alfa Romeo Stelvio Ti Sport. They stayed FAR past closing (2 hours past) to allow us to make sure financing was secure and get us the car that evening. Def ask for Suzanne when you call -- she was the reason we bought the car, so considerate, kind, not pushy at all and respectful of all our wishes. She also has been so communicative with the questions I have had since buying, only a text away!We will def be back to get another car from her!

Beware of this service dept. Incredibly unprofessional and shady. Quoted oil change price on my 2021 Giulia was $325 (Ed Morse Alfa in Brandon charges less than half that), forgot to order needed parts for my recall. They actually asked me, did we order the part? We don't just have that part in stock. I said, that's your job, you tell me.More concerning, I called Alfa Romeo Customer Care to request the next closest Alfa Service dept. They directed me to Ed Morse in Brandon, and said they do not have an authorized service center at the St. Pete dealership. Very concerning.

Let s start from the beginning. I called to schedule service for my vehicle, informed them I would be dropping it off after hours. Received the confirmation of my scheduled service, where I again informed them I would be dropping it off after hours. Upon arrival of the dealership, yes after hours, the entire parking lot was gated/blocked off. I had to leave my car on a side street behind a hospital with the hopes it wouldn t get towed, and run in the pouring rain to find the key drop location. Never once was I informed the lot would be completely closed and where I should park my vehicle.I left to go out of the country for 9 days, upon my return I was informed that they still hadn t even determined the root cause of my air conditioning issue. After 9 days?!? I then had to stay in a hotel and get an Uber because I didn t have another form of transportation scheduled.Finally after 11 days they found the problem. However it was communicated up until that point that they were certain the AC issue would be covered by warranty .well now they are saying it won t be and that I was responsible for the full cost of repair. Not ideal, nor do I believe it, but fine, please just fix it.Weeks go by from start to finish. No one answers calls, no one answers texts, no one provides updates. I called 4 times in one day and each time they stated they would call me back within the hour and nope, no call received. 16 days my vehicle was in service for. I went to pick it up and it was filthy, they couldn t even wash it for me? And I had a nice new scratch on the drivers side door. This is a Maserati dealership and this is how you treat your customers? Seriously the worst service experience I have ever had, and I am putting it nicely.

I had the unfortunate experience of losing my high mileage/ beloved Volvo C30 R Design to a timing belt issue, even though it was replaced only two years earlier. I was in a pinch and found a 2013 FIAT online at the Maserati dealership in St. Pete. Suzanne called the next morning, and picked me up at home to go look at the car. Although I was not a prospective buyer or high commission, Suzanne and Jared (the sales director), treated me like a high-profile client, and gave me an unbeatable price on the FIAT. Yes, I'm aware they were motivated to move the unit, but I feel they went above and beyond to get me mobile again at a price point that couldn't be beat.I highly recommend Suzanne if you're a qualified Alfa or Mas buyer, or you're looking for a regular used car. She is super likeable and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Jared called to follow up with my purchase which was a nice finishing touch. If I ever become a "person of means", I'll be going back to Maserati St. Pete!

Absolutely disgusted with the service I've received from this dealership. Let me paint you a picture: I bought my car from them just a month and a half ago, expecting at least some level of customer care. But when my car started acting up, did they step up? Absolutely not. They won t see my vehicle for five days. And to add insult to injury, despite my persistent efforts I've called them six times in a single day I've received zero callbacks or answers. To top it off, they have the audacity to refuse a loaner or cover rental expenses while they take their sweet time. This level of neglect and incompetence is beyond appalling. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this dealership at all costs.

Not a great experience at all.. bought a used Alpha Romeo Stelvio, less than 6 weeks the car had to be towed back to the dealership as it had issues. Sadly the dealership had no parts and held the car for two weeks offering no loaner as the excuse was out of warranty. You'd think for a reputable company they'd take consideration the vehicle was just purchased but no sympathy no courtesy and no one ever calls you back to follow up on what when or how on your car. Dealership NOT recommended.

The team at Alfa Romeo St Pete is the best! After a bad experience at another dealership Jared and Leo made sure we were taken care of. They had everything ready for us to walk in 30 minutes until closing and drive away with my sons dream car! Effortless and pleasant! Thank you!!

This was one of the best car-buying experiences I have had in a long time. I just leased a 2024 Tonale Veloce, the vehicle is outrageous ! Salesman Mauricio Mosiello is the ultimate professional he has full knowledge of the vehicles that he sells and can answer all of your questions about them. I recommend that you contact Mauricio if you are interested in purchasing an Alfa Romeo or Maserati vehicle, he is the ultimate Italian import vehicle salesman with a matching Neopolitan accent.I would also like to give Kudos to Managers Ricardo and Manny, they were also instrumental in sealing my lease deal.The dealership is top-notch and features some exquisite Alfa Romeo & Maserati vehicles for sale.

While my initial encounter was fantastic, the encounter I ve had since then, have been much different. This is the second vehicle I ve purchased from this dealership but clearly, it s under new ownership.When I purchased my vehicle, I traded in an Audi that they should ve paid off at that point. Fast forward almost 2 months later, I received a statement from the finance company showing a past due balance for the October payment, plus fees, and the payment due for November. I contacted the finance company who informed me that there was no payment made, thereby making me responsible for the vehicle. The dealership had made an error and sent the wrong payment amount, and there was no follow-up past that point. After receiving the past due statement on 11/2, I contacted the dealership and the person I spoke with said she would get in touch with the finance department and someone would be calling me, which didn t happen. The following day, 11/3, I contacted the finance department at the dealership, and spoke with the finance manager, who assured me he would get to the bottom of it and call me back. In the interim of him calling me back and me showing up at the dealership, the payment was made through their Alfa Romeo store, on 11/3. I was told at that point that the payment was made on 10/27, but if that was the case, there should ve been a $0 balance prior to 11/3. While I know mistakes are made and things fall through the cracks, it was him not being 100% forthcoming. It wasn t until 11/7, that I had a $0 balance, which makes sense if the payment was made on 11/3, not 10/27. Unfortunately for the dealership, the finance company could tell me everything that had been done and all communications they had with the dealership. I do get bored and have a tendency to trade a car in about every 2.5-3 years, but I guarantee I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership or any of its sister dealerships.Fortunately, the service department hasn t changed and is still just as stellar as it was before.

brought my Alda romeo stelvio to dealership to see why power steering went out, they said it would be a $250 diagnosis fee which I gladly paid. After a few days of not hearing I get update on app saying it's going to take longer to diagnosis and will be an addl $700 I didn't approve it and showed up there and she said never mind no addl money is needed (seems shady) Few days later after checking on it she said still checking on it and miraculous I get another alert they said to fix power steering it will be $7500! I said no thanks and will come by and pick it up. Had a friend recommend a mobile mechanic and he came over and checked out the car and within 30 mins found out that a ground wire wasn't attached correctly and fixed issue and did it alot cheaper and quicker then dealership. Went back to dealership to request refund on original incorrect diagnosis and Seth came up with every excuse not to issue refund. Had a 30 mins phone conversation with him and didn't get anywhere with him so I said hell with it and just chalk it up to a loss. Posting this review just so others in future are aware of horrible service we received from them!

Just sit right back and you'll hear a tale, A tale of a fateful trip,that started from the internet and ended with a 2024 Alfa Romeo Tonale, delivered to my doorstep by Taylor from Alfa Romeo St. Petersburg. I was so disappointed when a local Orlando dealer did not what to sale me a car. Soon after that I got a call from Taylor, who had seen my online inquiry. She was amazing! She worked with Jared to make me an irresistible offer that I couldn't say no to. They handled everything online and made the process so easy and fast. The same day, Taylor showed up at my home with my new Alfa Romeo Tonale. I was over the moon! She was so friendly and professional, and she explained everything I needed to know about my new car. This dealership is great!!! They made my sales experience easy! They are extremely friendly, helpful and not pushy. Even when I took my car in for service they treated me the same like when I purchased the vehicle. My appointment was easy, staff was helpful and extremely friendly. The waiting area is comfortable and the restrooms are pristine. My previous experiences with other dealerships has been they are friendly until they make the sale. Once you are in finance they play games with pricing. Then no one will even approach you after you sign. This is not the case with this dealership. Customer service is their ABSOLUTE priority. It also doesn t hurt that their luxury vehicle are way better equipped and priced then other luxury brands.

I agree with everyone here that the service department is very bad. You often can't get someone to pick up the phone. I've asked to have the same thing repaired on three different occasions and they never did it while the car was in their possession. Completely different excuses each time. The appointments don't seem to get prepared for the work that actually needs to get done. Pretty poor for an aspiring luxury car dealer.

Buyer beware......what started off as a nice, communicative transaction ended with undisclosed damage to the car prior to the sale and inability to drive car as temp tag expired and no replacement shipped. The staff is super friendly up to the point of sale, anything you need after the paperwork is signed......forget about it. ZERO response from anyone outside the title clerk post sale. They delete all the negative posts on Facebook, maybe here as well? I cannot recommend this dealership.

Sales department, 5 stars; the easiest experience buying a vehicle. Service department, specifically the service manager Mike, gets -3 stars for the 4 times that I've called trying to resolve an issue with my 6 months old 2022 Stelvio Veloce and the 3 times that I requested Mike to call me back and he never did. My vehicle was brought to the dealer for a recalibration of the safety software and they completely changed my software, created more issues, features stopped working, ...and Mike, was dismissive to my insurance company and completely ignored my calls. I do not understand how such a disrespectful person can be a manager in a dealership of it's kind. Perhaps he only responses to the Maserati customers. I heard there's a dealership in Brandon, I will see if they have better customer service.

Truth be told I had a good buying experience for my BMW X3 and management honored their word to replace a key that was found to be defective when I discovered it didn t work with the car.
