Savannah recommended this location to me after I didn't have a good experience at another location. This location was so professional & so helpful! Jay was the employee to test my car for me & you can really tell he loves his job! He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. He educated me on the test step by step, the numbers, even the part itself. He also made sure that the issue was the correct issue by testing my car twice. I could not thank this team enough, as I was starting to feel defeated with other locations telling me different things. I live closer to other locations, but will be going to this one from now on!

Yesterday, I needed help, my vehicles battery failed and i was desperate.After a phone conversation with a helpful employee, she consulted the manager who reasssured me she would do her best to get me back on the road.With speed, a smile, and good wishes, the whole experience made my day! They were all pleasant and very helpful.I'm grateful

Excellent customer service by far. I went in for a battery for my Ram and the gentleman Rick was assisting me. Not only did he educate me on preserving battery life, he allowed me to use a $10 coupon from another auto parts store and saved me the core charge of $22 in return that I bring back my old battery, saving me $32 right up front. The store was clean, well maintained and the employees exemplified great customer service. I will definitely return for more business at this location. Thanks to the team at Advance Auto!

My particular attendant must have been green but was able to get me what I needed, at a cheaper price, and get me a rebate. Very satisfied with the customer service.Dec 2020They were able to find my specialty bulbs. They couldn't help with my break line but sent me to a company that took care of me. Great job guys

I purchased a bottle of A/C Pro Recharge as my air conditioning was blowing warm. Turns out I need a new compressor. I did not use the A/C Pro Recharge as evidenced by the non-pierced cylinder. The counter person said she could not tell how much was used and could not return the item. I removed the cylinder from the safety spacer and spray handle showing the cylinder seal was intact. She again stated she could not make the return.

Branden was so helpful. He guided me to the correct product I didn't know I should have been looking for. Branden even went the extra mile!! Came out to my car, and taught me how to use it. Clean store. Friendly staff. Excellent service. I would recommend to family and friends, and I will certainly visit in the future. 2 thumbs up!

Purchased an alternator for my wife's Lexus ES350 for about $200. I installed it and so far so good. Lifetime warranty. The alternator was correct the first time and fit fine. I difficult job on this car, many things to be removed. I just hope it lasts. Service at this store has normally be good.

I was told by Bruce that he was the store manager, and that he was not given me the core charge on the battery I brought back. The battery was paid for in debt, and not only that the person I changed the battery for was with me when I purchased the battery, and he told Bruce that he would be sending me back with receipt. No one ever told me that I could not get the return without the card when it was paid in debt

I called ahead to confirm they had the auto windshield wipers i needed. Very friendly and professional and confirmed they did.When i arrived, staff was friendly, helpful and also installed my wipers!Can't say enough about how i appreciate excellent customer service

Destiny was very helpful with my battery issue. Luckily it was under warranty, so I got my battery tested, replaced, and installed quickly, competently and all with a smile. The crew there on 8/26/2019 in the evening really took care of me, and were very pleasant.

Thought I had an alternator or battery issue with my jeep. The Service Rep Jesse came out and showed that the battery connection was just loose. He was able to secure the connection and reinstall the battery and saved me a ton of money as another store suggested I go through with an entire electrical diagnostic. Very happy.
