Driving south heading towards rain and the windshield wiper on my ford F550 separates flapping rubber as it smears the windshield. O'Reilly Auto Saved the day that day with the correct 22' wipers in stock. The staff were friendly and helpful too. I would highly recommend for your automotive needs.

Went in for a replacement alternator...under warranty and left with a brand new one.Got home gave her a spin and she was froze up.I called up there and they said it was on a clutch and that it's activated by the computer...lmao.The manager didn't believe it so he ordered another one,turned out they are retarded.Junk parts.Upon taking the alternator off my truck,the pulley was spinning on the shaft,doing nothing.Clutch.....lmao!

Very fast, efficient, knowledgeable service...even when looking for very small items. The store and employees were friendly (but not overly friendly) and displayed the professionalism that I expect when visiting a business.I'm a satisfied customer and will recommend to my family and friends.

Horrible behavior at the store in Perry Fl the service at the store is ok but the language from one of Assistant Managers and someone from the back of the store will make a sailor blush. If you can go in this store and be out in 5 minutes and not hear someone cursing you are lucky.

They are always sooooo helpful in here. I have advanced Auto to thank for sending me over there because they didn't want to assist me. It always exactly what I need, a good price and I am in and out. Favorite parts store in Perry!

Nice people my wiper blade broke on the drive in the pouring rain. This was the first auto parts store I came to. The clerk tried to fix my old blade but it was shot, sold and installed a new one 15 minutes I was back on the road. Great service.

Could not be happier, I am heading out of town in the morning and wouldn't you know it, my brakes are shot, but thankfully the rotors and pads were in stock AND I saved 15%Highly recommend!!!!

I was passing through and had a bad battery. The Assistant manager installed a new battery and he was so professional. I even tried to tip him and he wouldn't accept. What a man and what a company. I will go to O'reilly's from now on. I believe the name of the assistant manager was Darryl but I could be mistaken. He had gray hair.

I will have to say they are great, broke down bringing a cancer patient home and Jerry and Josha were great, they did everything possible to get me back going cudoss to both of them thanks again

These people are lazy crooked thieves. I lost time and money because they are too lazy to check and make sure they sold me the right part. I paid $250 for a fuel pump. I never left the parking lot and realized it was wrong I tried to get my money back with receipt to purchase part to fix work truck today from another store they said it would take10 days to get money back or they could give store credit. I dont need $250 store credit to buy junk from them. I need them to do there job right. They should have double check before they sold it to me. I also know of another friend of mine who bought a starter paid cash had recipt and they did the same under excuse it has electronic pieces in it and could have been messed up. The part wasnt ever out of the box but they gave her brother in law the money when he returned it. Crooks that tried keeping single moms money. Orielys should make sure when hireing people they can do there job its not rocket science or brain surgery.

the employee's are helpful 7 out 10 times you get the wrong part and of course you never know it untill you already home and go to put it back on

Went and bought brakes, they gave me the wrong pads after taking the old ones off, anyways took them back and they swore they was the right ones.. anyways I just returned them and went elsewhere and got the right ones. You wasted my time, my gas and added aggravation to the company that was putting them on for me..
