Had them do a spray in bedliner for me.i had the box latch stuff in truck and black letters for Tailgate in my truck. They did bedliner and installed the other stuff no extra charge. Really appreciated that and they did a great job.

Excellent service, courteous, and very competitively priced! I had a side view electric mirror replaced, and they matched the paint perfectly! Same job at the dealership was quoted for over $400 more than what World Ford did it for.. Highly recommend them!

You wouldn t believe how great my truck looks after I had a bad wreck. James took great care of me. When my rental car time ran out, they scrambled to make it drivable and promised to have the rest of my parts in and replaced at my own leisure. It took a little while but we finally got everything together and my truck is better than new. I m very happy with the service James has provided and the professionals here at World Ford Collision as a whole.

I brought my Expedition up for a post accident repair. Needed headlight and fog light replacement. Bumper was intact, some minor scrapes. Told the guy don t need to replace the bumper. Took them a week to repair the truck. Of course they replaced the whole bumper and had to paint it. But because it s an old vehicle, parts are discontinued according to the guy. Have a bumper on my car that doesn t even match! But instead of calling me to inform me and seeing if I wanted to go through with the repair, he made the executive decision for me. I am not happy with how my truck looks. It looks tacky.

Took my Ford Explorer to World Ford Collision after hitting a deer, which caused quite a bit of front end damage. They did an absolute beautiful job with the repairs you would never even know there was any damage!!! The advisor always kept us updated with the progress and my vehicle was repaired in a very timely manner. They handled everything with my insurance company and would not accept anything but OEM for the replacement parts. I would highly recommend World Ford Collision in Pensacola for any body work/repairs you may need.

Great customer service and the work done was exceptional. I have had other body work done to my cars from other companies and I would have to say the customer service, quality of work and the completion time was the best I have experienced. My car looks great and you can't even tell what part was repaired and painted to the non repaired/painted parts of my car. No swirl marks from the buffing of the paint, as I have experienced before. I would definitely use them for all body work in the future. Thank you so much for making this a smooth and seamless process. Also, the communication on the status of my car was always given and I didn't have to call once, due to them keeping in touch with me every step of the way.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Dropped car off. 6 days later I finally received quote. Estimated time of completion: 10 days.19 days after drop off they say car is complete. Go in to pick the car up, and there is paint dripping from the bumper... it's all misaligned. And to top it off, they used after market parts without telling me. Including bumper, sticker applique, tail light, clips. They took the car back a few days later, ordered the parts. Finally come to pick the car up again and you can see the holes were they tried using a pull system to do body work on the quarter panel. And still not aligned correctly. They claim to not see what I'm talking about and say "nothing can be perfect" and say there is nothing they can do for me. They have almost no communication with the customer. You have to call them 95% of the time if you need an update.So in the end. Would not recommend this place, unless you just want after market parts slapped on with no eye for detail.

I didn t have a great experience at all there . My car was being covered through insurance and was recommended to come to that shop. Upon arrival I was supposed to have a rental car there and they never contacted the rental company until I got there which delayed my day by 4hrs waiting on cars to return due to availability on a short notice. When it was time to pick my car up it was junky and plundered through my belongings where stolen without an explanation I had unknown shavings all over my trunk and back seats and to top it off when I put my car in reverse to leave my car turned off. This was a horrible experience to sum it all up . I would it recommend this place they had my car a month and few days for the repairs and my paint doesn t match the color of my car my trunk is still misaligned and communication about car was very vagueServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Second time I left my car with them. Second time it has taken almost a month to get back. Matter fact my car is still there. Ask for updates and get promised for that day never hear back. I try to understand the supply issue, but was told two weeks ago they had the parts. And here I am still waiting. Need to drive out further into get better service.

The experience as a whole was not a good one! The communication in the beginning was sub par at best, I was told I would be called back with updates and info multiple times with no return call. I was also originally told I would get my truck back in a week and a half because it was minor damage (I hit a deer) well almost 6 WEEKS later it was ready I was told it would be washed and cleaned, it was not. It looked like Ray Charles was given the task of cleaning the truck. I will say that everything got fixed correctly and completely that was as damaged just the process and promises could definitely use some work!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car's rear bumper was smashed in by a hit and run driver, in the parking lot of the building that I live in. It happened in the middle of the night. I went out to go to work that morning and discovered it. Broke my heart, I love that little car. . Called my insurance company right away to file a claim. They suggested World Ford for repairs at the Collision Center. Got an appointment for 2 weeks later. I was so embarrassed to drive my car that way for 2 weeks. That was the only issue I had with that company, the wait time for the appointment. I took it in, was approached right away. The guys were very professional and kind. Got my rental car for me right away. In and out quickly. Took a little over a week. I was notified by email when it was ready. Went in, paid my deductible, left my rental right there with them. I was in and out in 10 minutes.They made it all so easy for me. They did a fantastic job replacing the bumper. Washed & vacuumed it. It was like the whole accident never even happened. I brought my car in because I knocked the roof antenna off my car. I was given a quote and told someone will call me once the part came in. I called a week later after hearing nothing, and was told oh, the part is here. You can bring it in I dropped off my vehicle and hadn t heard anything about picking it up. When I called to check, they said it would be done that afternoon but it would cost a little more than what I was quoted for extra body work. I agreed.I went to pick up my car, paid, and then saw that the work done was not great. My husband and I voiced our concerns that the antenna was very wiggly and there was a big visible gap between the cap and the roof. I was told that it must have warped in the sun because the man coordinating with me said he had made sure it looked good before I picked it up and that it didn t look like that. I was offered a refund for the body work.After MONTHS of giving me the go-around, I never received my refund. I stopped in and was basically told well we did the body work so why would we refund you. .it was THEIR offer to refund the body work. When I followed up, they acted like their hands were tied. Awful customer service and awful repair job. Would never return.

Doug was great and continuously fought to get my hood decals that no one could find. Car is better than expected!! Tommy was my adjuster and he provided really, truly, a great experience. I have an Acura with a pearl paint exterior and I can t even tell the difference from new to old. Would definitely recommend anyone taking their car for major body work and paint jobs. Thanks Tommy! You really made my experience, at World Ford, a good one! Everyone did a really wonderful job there.

Truck in shop for over a month, after waiting 3 weeks once appointment was made to bring truck into shop. No updates from contact person at Ford. Got updates from insurance representative, who did a great job keeping me informed. Had truck back for a month now, still waiting for plastic molding that goes around the top rail of the bed. I will not use again, nor would I recommend using them. At one point while ford had the truck I stopped in to check on progress because it was still sitting in que to be worked on and was told that the person scheduled to repair truck was on vacation. Since truck was still very much driveable I don t understand why I couldn t have been using truck for work instead of using a rental vehicle. All they had to do was give me two days heads up that they are ready for it and I would have had it at repair shop.Overall, just not a good experience.Service: Body & Trim

Worst experience EVER, took my vehicle in for body repair, NOW I have mall my brake sensors disabled, and of Course I'm being told this isn't "THEIR" FAULT...this place is filled with such BS. Attempted to communicate with the GM, but I'm not important enough for Mr. McDonald. incompetence with deceitful behavior

Because of the experience we had during our last visit we decided to use World Ford Collision for this repair. Phil was great to work with. He kept me informed of everything that was being done to my vehicle. The only complaint I have is that our passenger side mirror did not get painted as I had expected especially with how much it cost to replace it. However, Phil did say he would take care of it later.I also had a great experience with Brandy in your service department. She was one of the nicest and most courteous people you have working there. You need more employees like Phil and Brandy.
