I purchased a work truck in January from Ward Motorsports. Very happy with the price that we negotiated and the quality of the truck. They were also great after the sale answering some questions and taking care of my tag and title requirements. I would highly recommend this local family-owned business to anyone needing a good pre-owned vehicle.

Found a nice 2008 Jeep for my wife as a birthday gift. They have a good selection of used Jeeps and I found one I know she would like. They are good people and very friendly. The deal was seamless. I had to fly in and drive 7 hrs home. The truck was everything I expected. The dealer had all my paperwork ready. I couldn t have asked for a better, smoother transaction. Was a pleasure to do business with them.

Initially I was very very happy and excited with my purchase of my 2018 Ram Big Horn. It's a gorgeous truck and runs great but shortly after buying it my exhaust pipes literally fell off and we're hanging off the brackets and my check engine light came on due to an O2 sensor. Upon inspection I can see where an O2 sensor was spliced in with what I assume is the original O2 sensors connector. I did call in and got the understandable sold as is response, just with as much money as I spent and these not being huge fixes but big problem for me I guess I was expecting something other than sold as is.

They certainly have good looking cars until the gates are opened and some lady approaches you to show you whatever you want . Can t name the price, miles, years, etc about any car on lot. She s checking their outsourced website (that takes a week to upload and delete postings). Tells you that one just got detailed when it looks like they just bought it earlier that day. I m upset to say the least. I could never recommend anyone try to deal with these people.

Great place to buy a vehicle. No pressure while looking and made the financing extremely easy. Great guys, great prices, would suggest looking here if in need of a new car, truck, or other vehicle type.

Chad was professional and courteous. We were able to trade in a vehicle at a great trade in price. Unfortunately the vehicle we'd set out for wasn't a good fit for us there. Chad let us test drive as many vehicles as we wanted and we were able to get a decently fair deal on another car. So far, no vehicle problems out of this car.Will return, I feel at least I can be open and blunt with this sales manager and get a fair deal.

I had been searching about a month and a half for a truck. It was for my fianc� and he is very picky not to mention he has never financed a vehicle always paid out right. He had approvals from lots here all the way to Mobile. Kristie at Ward's was the only sales person to follow up every time they got a vehicle close to what he wanted. She was able to find him every feature but one and he is so overly satisfied with her customer service as well as his truck! Thank you so much and we will definitely refer our friends and family.

Did not have the car we were looking for, but they found one in a few weeks. Fantastic car, great price. Chad patiently went through all the systems that old people don't understand. My wife returned the following day and Chad happily repeated the process because I wasn't paying attention...except for the sport driving button. Sending my daughter to purchase a car from this company. Very refreshing to do business with trustworthy caring professionals!!

Just bought a Subaru Forester from them and they are absolutely amazing people! Very transparent and honest about the process and the history of the cars. Kristie was so helpful and even bought my mom a gift when we came to pick up the car!!! Don t go anywhere else for a used car in Pensacola!

Salesman was very rude and condescending. He mocked us for what we were looking for and said that what we were looking for would be impossible to find in our budget after we expressed being concerned about a check engine light on one of his trucks.Happy to say that we found our truck elsewhere.

Extremely pleased with the service and vehicle Chad Shiver help me with. He help me find the right truck at fair price and worked the best deal I could ask for. I had the vehicle checked out after I drove off the lot and it's exactly what he said it was with no hidden issues. I would recommend Chad and Wards Motorsports to anyone. Thanks for all your help!

They recently sold me a car with a busted head gasket. Buyer beware!! If you have a couple extra thousand dollars to throw at a car that they say is mechanically sound then starts having issues as soon as you leave the lot then by all means go ahead. The attitude that was given to me afterwards was "Well in Florida all cars are sold as is." Do not recommend.

I purchased a 2008 Kia Spectra from Jason and couldn't be happier! Friendly and fast service with the paperwork! I was able to have the car checked by my mechanic and it was in excellent condition. A great car for a great price! I definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable vehicle for a reasonable price!

I loved going to Wards Auto on Blue Angel Parkway in Pensacola. My husband and I brought a Land Rover from Chad. He was very professional and very patient. I never felt pressure from him in any way to buy anything. We will be buying our youngest son a vehicle soon and we will be going back to Chad

My fianc�e and I have been trying to get a used vehicle for a very long time now and we haven t had much success with any other dealership. Mike and Chad here at Ward s really saved the day for us. They were willing to work with us and even stayed an hour after closing just to make sure we were able to drive off the lot with the vehicle we needed. They had every bit of paperwork copied for us and made sure we had everything we needed. They even helped us find the best insurance company for us. They helped us get an insurance quote that was nearly $500 cheaper for the initial down payment. Not only do they help us find a vehicle but they won t be on that they helped us as genuine human beings. I suggest that if you re in the mood or looking to buy a vehicle take a ride down to wards motorsports and you will not leave unsatisfied. Whether you get a vehicle or not their hospitality is overwhelming. They are very non-judge mental and they are wonderful people to work with and they love to have a good laugh. Overall they are just great human beings and they know exactly what they re doing when it comes to buying a vehicle. More importantly they don t take advantage of you. They have you in their best interest. If it was possible for us to give them six stars instead of five we totally would LOL. Thank you Wards Motorsports ! And most importantly thank you so much Chad and Mike! Y all are the best! And we LOVE our 2009 Nissan Frontier. -Kerri&Lauren

We bought my son a 2006 Ford F-150 for 13k asking price was15k. We asked if anything was wrong with it and we were advised no. My son had the truck 6 weeks and it started having issues so we took it to our mechanic who we ve done business with for years and he told us the vehicle has an exhaust leak, bad brakes, rotors, and a bad transmission. I then asked my mechanic if it s possible that they knew this truck had issues when it was sold and he told me there is no way that they didn t know since Wards mechanics looked at the vehicle before it was sold and the issues are obvious. When I called Wards to advise that they sold us a lemon and that I wanted all the paperwork from the vehicle the man told me they didn t have any paperwork on the truck and he didn t even apologize for the issues. I am absolutely disgusted and I would never recommend anyone buying a vehicle from Wards. Nobody pays 13k for a vehicle knowing it has a bad transmission and many other issues.

Sold them my bike because I found the bike I wanted somewhere else. Smooth and easy. Everyone seemed cool there. I'll deal with them again in the future I'm sure.

Bought a 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage on June 13th. She was great and appeared to have no issues. All fluids were the right levels and everything. No lights were burnt out or came on.Imagine our surprise when she sputtered to a stop on June 25th on our way to visit NY for 2 family graduations. We got her towed a few miles down the road to a shop to find out she had no oil in her at all and that the rings on the pistons of one of the cylinders were broken!Now we're not only back to where we were before with only one working vehicle but we're stuck in a car loan and have a $3000.00 minimum repair bill ahead of us.Make sure you are either a mechanic or take the car to one for a full inspection before buying from this dealer!

I had my first experience with wards motorsports two weeks ago when I purchased a dodge ram 1500. I had found the truck on their website which is very easy to use and when i showed up Michael Lewis greeted me and answered any questions I had. They did not try to sell me anything and gave me a fair trade in. I would highly recommend wards to anyone looking for a quality vehicle.

Tried to make a deal, even took the car home and left the trade in at the lot.Our credit union called us and said they were not able to loan the amount they wanted for the vehicle so we had to take the car back the next day.The guy who ran that lot was one of the most unprofessional borderline aggressive people I've done business with.I sometimes wonder if he treats other customers that make him unhappy that way.
