Place is hit or miss on pricing for parts. Went looking for a relief valve for our Bendix air dryer. Quoted $100 more than Peterbilt Mobile. Ended up getting the part from Covington Heavy Duty at the same price minus the 150 mile trip out of state.In this current market, we drivers have to shop around.

Transmission went out on my way back from Texas headed to GA. They told me it would be a month at the least before I could possibly be rolling again. But when I tell you Chad Retherford of the service dept. stepped in and from that time forward he nothing but professional. He was more than willing to help, very patient, and always calling to give updates. In a time like that, his hospitality was very much needed. I really, really appreciate everything he did. Thanks again Ward International. And especially Chad.

I took my truck to Chad after being run around by several others shops and was up and running 100% in just a couple of hours. You won t find anyone more knowledgeable or anywhere near as nice!

I highly recomend Ward International Pensacola!Chad Retherford in the service department goes above and beyond! I have trucks in Pensacola 7 times a week and whenever I have a problem I call Chad and he has always been there to help! Thanks Chad!

Chad is THE MAN!!! He got me back in the road in 4 hours. He gave the BEST service and checked in on me every so often. I can t thank him enough! Bring your truck and bus to CHAD!!! You will not be disappointed. Thank you Chad!

I took my personal bus to Ward because they are "The International guys" my bus has an international motor. I was promised by the service department manager that the bus would get right in and be checked out. I'd have a prompt estimate.... Two weeks later nothing but promises of call backs. Mechanics whose wife's make money so they choose when to show up to work. In the end they refused to work on my equipment. The service department that doesn't pass all the info onto the mechanic. The mechanic who looks at me like a deer in the headlights when I ask questions and he's never been given the info provided. Was told that protection would be used to prevent grease transfer. Nope. Grease in two large spots on my brand new $116 rug. Thanks guys. Just tell people in advance don't waste our time. We aren't corporate business you aren't interested. Your service manager got awful wide eyed when I informed him of what I had available if I had to. Sorry not sorryParts guys y'all are great...

This place used to be my go-to spot for international parts. But as of lately, prices have doubled. It's now cheaper to go almost anywhere else. I found a dealer in Jackson that will ship me the parts to Florida cheaper than I can go to the store and buy them.

Great place and friendly faces... first time going and they treated me like ive been going there for years... everyone was nice and very very helpful had my parts in stock and my truck is 25 yrs old will definatly use them for all my big truck parts

Called 3 days ago and ordered a part. Not in stock part. Imagine that. Anyway, when to pick it up and it hadn't even been ordered. Not good for an OTR o/o. Told them that I would be back in a month to pick it up.

It was a sad sad experience most dealers try to work with O/O had a check engine light on asked to have it checked out after 5 hours of waiting had to leave. Can't believe in 5 hours they couldn't hook a simple computer to my truck just to tell me what the light ment. I am a fourth generation I H owner and fit the first time in 15 years I will take my IH to a private repair shop M Schmitt

Broke down on a Thursday and all shops could not get to me until Monday. Chad called me back and said he would work the truck in. He got the truck checked out and the part over nighted. Had me back on the road by noon the next day. Thanks Chad and the crew.

Absolutely horrible dealing with the parts department. Very difficult to run a repair business dealing with these folks. Do yourself a favor and find another dealer if you need parts.
