This place has gone downhill quickly!! I used to LOVE coming here for all my tire related needs. Now, the customer service is subpar, the manager Mike G. lied to my face, and the workers are stretched thin.1. I only have 4 tires on my vehicle, but somehow, in their system, I have SIX road hazard warranties and still end up paying an arm and leg for my services.2. The older lady that works the register has THE WORST attitude and countenance known to man. She was ringing me up the other day, the manager came and told her once she finished with me, she needed to work the freight cart that was near her. She got so upset she stormed off immediately and never finished ringing and bagging my items. Some young girl had to come do it.3. I showed up at 5:30 needing two new tires. The workers informed me that they were working on 2 vehicles (4 new tires for one, 2 for the other) and would not have time to get to me before they closed at 7. Said that Mike G. made the decision for them not to take anyone else for the day. I go inside to talk to him. I'd noticed a slit in one of my tires, so it was pressing that I get it repaired. He tells me they had much more work to do than the guys outside had already told me. I didn't feel like arguing, so I let him slide.4. When I went to make an appointment, I was told that even though they open at 7 and the system has appointment slots for 7, I couldn't make it for 7 because there was no guarantee anyone would be there to service me. 7 is the only time that works with my work schedule, so I had to arrange pick up and drop off during my lunch break in order to be serviced.4. When got there to pick up my car, the guy who was supposed to put the information in the system refused and two really young, really silly girls had to try and figure it out. They messed it up twice before I intervened and told them to go get whoever was supposed to do it and bring him to me. When he finally came in the store, he was visibly frustrated and making slick remarks to the young ladies while doing his job that they were trying to help with...These last few weeks have BEEN A NIGHTMARE!!!! I HOPE THEY GET IT TOGETHER SOON!!

I took in 1 tire, not even attached to the car, to have a new one put on. We'll, it took a little over 2 hours for them to do the job...1 TIRE!!I've also never seen a group of technicians look like they absolutely hate their job.If you're in a rush, DO NOT go to Walmart for any kind of service.

I generally do my own maintenance, but I had a issue and needed a quick fix and they took car of if for me quickly and professionally. Walmart gets a bad reputation but why pay 40 dollars more down the road for the same service and same garentees?

They were busy and short handed in automotive. We were there for an oil change but they were needing to shut down early because of it . Got my kitty treats and then we had to wait for the guy in front of us to get his tire situation dealt with and paid for. Associate was running back and forth trying to keep up all by herself on the register, she was nice though and didn't seem to let it fluster her much.Lots of construction going on, inside and out. I really hate that they are going to self-checkout on almost every register. Thought 9 mile was getting rid of them but they just spread them out more and got rid of the live checkouts. I like seeing a friendly face and light conversation. Sorry, started on a rant there. Hopefully things will get sorted.

This location has the best Auto team, from start to finish they excelled expectations and provided phenomenal service. Based on their performance and level of customer care they secured our business for routine maintenance. Also, Joyce was awesome! I purchased new tires for my car online. When I purchased the tires, I scheduled an appointment on the app at the same time. I scheduled my appointment for 7 am on Saturday October 1st. I arrived just before 7 am for my appointment. When I arrived there were about four cars in front of me that had not made appointments. By the time the technician got to checking me in it was around 7:20 am. Since Walmart said they would hold my appointment for 15 minutes, obviously that 15 minutes had expired while the technician was checking in the other cars. When the technician finally got to me, I told him that I had an appointment for 7 am and he told me that I was not on his schedule. I explained that it was probably because it was past the fifteen minutes from my appointment time and he did nothing to try to resolve the issue. He just said that he was sorry but I was not on the schedule even though I showed him on my phone in the app that I had an appointment for 7 am. After I was checked in it took them 3 hours to just bring my car in to be serviced! It took another hour for the tires to be installed. I had to wait from 7 am - 11 am when I was told when I ordered the tires that it my appointment would be from 7 am - 8 am. I was very disappointed in how I was treated at the auto center. It was not my fault that they didn t check me in until after 7:15 am which caused my appointment to be removed from the list. I was there when I was scheduled. I would not recommend getting tires for your vehicle at Walmart unless you have hours to wait even if you make an appointment.

Went in to have 2 tires replaced. The woman at the counter was extremely rude and refused to help or even listen to me. She told me they would write up my order outside, but there was no one outside to do so. When I informed her of this, she rolled her eyes and refused to give me an answer. Needless to say, I walked out and went to the Walmart on Creighton. I will not be returning to this location.

I go to this place all the time, and yes, there have been small problems, but the manager always takes care of it. One of the best places in Pensacola to get your oil changed and not feel like your being robbed or bullied into getting a service you don't need.

Walmart has the slowest tire center ever! Was here at 7am (when they opened) and was the first person here. They didn t move my car in until 7:30am and didn t take my tire off the car until 7:50am. There was no appointments or people a head of me for service. At 8am my tire was on the stand no one tending to my car. Finally got checked out at 8:44am. Almost 2 hours just to get my tire plugged!

Drove in in plenty of time for them to plug my two tires which somehow had a screw in each. They refused because it was close to closing time. As I write this review they still have time to plug my tire. I drove in 15 minutes before close. There is no one here as in customers.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I will NEVER come here to get my oil changed! I sat in line for 10 minutes then got out of my car and stood beside it while this woman walks by at least 3 times without even acknowledging me or letting me know I ll be right with you . Then I go inside and let them know I needed an oil change, the guy said, pull your car up and someone will take your info, I told him I have been in line for 20 minutes now. Finally I waited another 5 minutes before I drove off. So glad I didn t waste anymore time there just WAITING. How do these people still have jobs with the way they treat their customers, I don t care if it s just wal mart , it s common courtesy.

The folks in the automotive department were extremely nice and understanding or our family emergency and put a spare tire on the rim for free. It was an unexpected thing and knew were in a big hurry to get on the road and fixed us a spare on rim for free.. thank God for such grateful people..

Professional and curious, not usually my first choice but I was in a hurry, needed some tires badly and they had some in stock, went ahead and got my oil changed too. Walmart on 29 care center was great.

I have never had an issue at this Walmart auto center. When it is an oil change they tell me how long it will be before I commit, I like that. When it is tires they tell me how long and it has been spot on.If I do have an issue I will take it up politely with the manager, if that does not settle it or if someone is rude then I will take it up the ladder. I myself will not rant but will post if I cannot get satisfaction.

What I bought was electronics but they were very small items so I checked out because I parked in the automotive area..... And this was on highway 29..... heavy set black woman well if she just wasn't a little effing ray of sunshine when I did ask about tires she shot me a look that said I just don't want to be bothered with you and I don't want to bothered with your questions

Went there for an oil change this morning. I was the 5th vehicle in line and stood around waiting for over 2 1/2 hours. They have 2 bays for lube and oil but only use one since there was only 2 guys doing the oil changes. Since these two guys stood around chatting, playing games with each other and then going to the vehicle they had the hood up on and used their cell phones, it took them over 1/2 hour per car. I will NEVER make this mistake again!

I bought 2 tires. The representative called to say the tires came in. They were not taking any more customers because they were closing in 2 hours. I was told they opened at 7 am. I was there at 7 the next morning. The first bay opened at 7:20. I was 3rd in line. My tires were completed at 10:30. It was rediculous.

I didn t get everyone s name today but after 5pm today my tires went flat while I was driving on the interstate and I pulled off to the nearest tire place I thought of. There was a long wait however everyone was so nice guy even tossed the football back and forth with my son and they had checked all the tires and I left feeling very relieved after being so beyond frustrated. I wanted to thank you guys so much for helping me

Young lady very helpful I didn't have the receipt for my dead battery and she was very nice about it and just pulled it up in the system.

I dont know where to start. I guess. With the good , they were open. That's it. Everything else makes me say why are they open. The Walmart on hwy 29 in Pensacola FL has the worst customer service. I sit in the car lane 25 minutes, a lady walks up and says "yeah" I tell her I want to get a oil change. She just walks off for 6 minutes, then comes back to tell me it's a 2 hour wait. Mine you I'm parked right in front of the door like im next with no car in the oil change stall. So like a idiot I say why 2 hours it's 8:20am with no one ahead of me. She huffs and says" that's just what it is right now" no explanation just do I wait to wait. I said no thank you and left.The store is ok, but the auto center? Pass. 3.8 employees must have rated this place.

I called about a tire change about an hour and half before closing. The representative failed to tell me that they would stop taking work an hour before they closed. I drove at 20mph on a flat to get there at risk to my vehicle. When I got there it was still almost a whole hour before their closing time, but they refused my sale anyways. I won't be coming back.

Auto center takes WAY too long for simple oil changes. I would have gone somewhere else had I known it would take OVER 2 HOURS (writing this as I am still in the auto center waiting for my car). Oil changes take a max of 20 minutes. I come here for tires and walmart is fairly quick with tires in my experience but this is ridiculous! I am so mad I want to get up and take my car somewhere I'll receive quicker more considerate care!! However my car has been drained so I can't leave. I guess at walmart it takes over 2 hours to drain and replace oil and change a filter!!! Will not be returning.
