I just went to change the oil. They said it would be ready in 40 minutes. 2 hours passed and they didn't even move my vehicle. They changed the oil of the 3 vehicles that came after me. I said why didn't you do my car? no answer . The clerk waiting at the cash register is disrespectful. I wanted my key, I do not want to receive service from you. I lost 2 hours there for nothing . Bad experience.Services: Tires, Oil change

Manager told us to wait about 1,5 hour. I was waiting for 4 hours for the tire repair. After I grab a car I noticed a fresh scratch on the wheel from the repair man.

Bait & Switch!? i came in for the $54.88 oil change. The price is posted at the front door in bold print <see picture>. Once my car was ready Walmart tacked on an additional $5.64. Cashier said it was for more oil. I called back later that day about the charge. The auto center cashier called for the mgr. He didnt put me on hold, he just held the phone while waiting. i heard him explain my situation to her. She told him "get his # tell him we'll call him back". after a few seconds she took the call. she was the assistant to the store manager. She said it was for oil and the extra charge will not be refunded. My car has black grease on the hood, fender, and everywhere the mechanic touched. I had the cashier & shop manager look at the condition of my car. shop manager said 'we dont fix that'. Now i must have my car cleaned. Next day.. I was called by the lady who claimed to be the assistant to the store manager. said she was told ' i had a finger print' on my car (a finger print).she also said the mechnic put THREE fender covers on my car before working on it. She said she is refunding the charge for the entire oil change, then told me to NEVER COME BACK!!" LOLService: Oil change

Hands down one of the worst car experiences ever. I was quoted an hour for a tire patch and after 2.5 hours, I asked about the tire and the lady at the desk said it ll be another 30 min. he s fixing it now. Then when I asked her if they could just put the tire back on and charge my for their time, because I didn t have the time to wait, she walked away as if I didn t speak. Every time I come up here, she always seems to have an issue.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! We went into the automotive center on Sunday and they only had 3 of the 4 tires we needed. The man that "helped" us said they get a truck weekly and they should be in the next day... we can order them, so we said ok. Then said we needed to do it online. SO I went online and order 4 tires. They canceled 1 because it came back as only 3 in stock.... so i had to place another order for just 1 tire. It made me schedule 2 different appts. I tried to be courteous and call store to let them know I had 2 appts and wanted to make sure they knew we wouldn't be at the 1st one... well NO ONE ANSWERED the phone after ringing for 5 min, a store employee answered and transferred me to auto.. it rang another 5 min no one answered.. this went on for 2 hours. Finally got a person in auto and she said manager wouldn't be in until 1030 (it was 9 am) so I called back at 1115 he was conveniently on a "conference call" I asked to be called back. He called me and told him what happened and he was rude and said I shouldn't schedule an appt until all tires were there. I explained it would be shipped IT MY HOME if I didn't and I want to drag them to the store. He told me to call back Thurs to confirm other 1 arrived. I did so, had SAME experience with no one answering phone. Got the same incompetent staff member as before and couldn't answer when tire would be in. Told me to call Walmart online - did so and they couldn't answer either (PLUS NO ONE at Walmart online speaks good english and don't understand what you are talking about _ EVER!) SHe couldn't answer when it would be in either. She tried to give me the stores # again. Still have no clue when tire will be in and hours wasted. Not worth saving a couple hundred dollars. GO ELSEWHERE for automotive service!

I brought in my SUV to have 4 good tires swapped on to new wheels. My instructions were very simple. There was a good tire on a rim that had a cracked weld in the back of the SUV. I wanted that tire put on to a new wheel and I wanted the drivers front, drivers rear and passenger rear tires put on new wheels. The passenger front had my spare tire and rim, which was a spare and very obviously smaller than the rest of the tires. I wanted that put back where the spare goes. After over an hour I observed the technicians taking the very obviously too small spare tire off the spare rim and putting it on a new wheel. I told them that wasn t right and was met with an attitude. After over another hour they sent me on my way. Later that night my tpms sensor went off and I woke up to a flat tire. After looking at the tire it was obvious the tire had rips in the sidewall right above the bead that were not there when I brought the truck in. I went to put my spare back on, only to find out that they never put the spare tire back on the spare rim, they just threw them loose into the trunk of the SUV. I called the manager and she immediately insinuated that I might have picked up something in the tire after I left. I reminded her that the sidewall was ripped, I didn t pick anything up. Put enough air in the tire to limp over to Walmart and the same manager accused us of overfilling the tire when it was flat and that must of caused the sidewall damage. They then told us the leak was caused by a leaking valve stem and not the sidewall damage. They replaced the valve stem and refused to put the spare tire back on the spare rim, that they took off when they were not supposed too, because the tire itself was older then 5 years. So now I m left with no usable spare, sidewall damage that wasn t there before I brought it in and fingers crossed that a leaking valve stem was the issue. Do yourself a favor and don t bring your vehicles here, $120 to be left with more issues.

This review is mostly a complaint ! (PLEASE PULL CAMERA FOOTAGE TO SUPPORT THIS COMPLAINT)I arrived at this specific Walmart Auto Center and was a little taken back by the service. I arrived at the Auto Center slightly after 6:30pm Central (Google says they re Closing time is 7pm) only to NOT be greeted. Instead, two elderly African American men looked at me as I arrived and then proceeded to go inside the building, completely ignoring me which I was extremely surprised because I ve never had this encounter before. Each time I arrive to this Walmart Auto Center for service, I m always greeted by workers eager to assist me. After sitting in my car for about 5 minutes, I proceeded to get out of my car and enter the building to get assistance. No one came out to greet me and and after a couple of minutes, an elderly African American male greeted me and stated that they were closed and finishing up on the last vehicle. I was simply trying to get an Oil Change, which usually takes 15-20 minutes at the most whenever I ve gotten an oil change. The gentleman stated that they were closing at 7pm however it was after 6:30pm when I arrived. To be completely honest, the entire situation came off as if no one wanted to be bothered with servicing me in which I felt was rude due to the fact that I arrived prior to the Auto Center closing ! Now I have to come back AGAIN to get a simple oil change when it could have been handled at the time I arrived, especially since there were no other vehicles waiting to be serviced. This was disheartening!

They treated me a lot better then I get treated at the Foley store. It's always two and a half hours to do anything there here they said we will get your car done ASAP and it was done. Thanks

Doubtful that we'll use them again, despite their convenience and close proximity.Pros: walked in with no appointment, got accepted, out 90 minutes later.Cons: lazy worksmanship, some minor money grabbing. See attached photos; car was taken to the carwash 2 days prior, and now has greasy handprints all over the driver's side door handle and hood. On a white car it stands out, ignoring it shows blatant lack of attention to detail. Which makes me wonder, when they drove the car out of the garage to the lot, is there now oil all over my black steering wheel and interior? Finally, with their top quality synthetic oil, they want us back in 3,000 miles. Good synthetic oil should last at least twice that mileage, so I see that as trying to take advantage of those less knowledgeable.

I, personally, had a positive experience overall. I had a dead battery and called to see if they could fit me in two hours before they close. They told me to come in right a way in which I did. They told me to drive my car up and I handed them the key and went shopping. After 30min I came back and paid with no problems. The staff stood out to me because they were very friendly and extremely polite. I would definitely come back again.

Pleasantly surprised. Brought my 2020 Tahoe in for new tires today and we were in and out in an hour. We had the store order the tires we wanted about a week in advance and they were delivered quickly. Once they let us know the tires were there, I made an appointment so I would be in and out. They made the whole process a breeze.Service: TiresService: Tires

Average experience with slow staff. Ended up going to another store for faster service when I showed up at open and they stated it might not be till afternoon to get to me as the second car for the day.

Two hours to repair a nail in a tire. Car sat in lot while other cars came and went with no updates while I'm sitting in the waiting room. No explanation of delay or repair. Very poor people skills with the service advisors. Good price but good price won't bring me back when service and basic courtesy is so poor. Go to another service provider like Pep Boys or Goodyear.Service: Tires

I am giving 2 stars only because the employees were nice...when i pulled in there were only 2 cars there and both were being serviced, yet the wait was almost 3 hours. They only had one oil filter that would fit my car, did not have the oil I wanted, no cabin filter. They argued withe over the oil bc their computer said They let air out of my tires thinking they were overfill but I have high performance tubeless runflats, not even a month old, they are meant to be overfilled....so I ended up with a knot in the sidewall and had to order new front tire. They took my lexus valve caps and gave some Bobo basic black bicycle caps, it was almost $50 to replace the valve caps.

Tires are on and balanced well. No wobble in the steering wheel. It did take 2 hours for 2 tires though

Understaffed. I've been there 3 times wanting to get my tire checked to see if it's repairable or if I need a new tire. Everytime I've been (both morning and afternoon) I was told it would be 2-3 HOURS wait just to check it. If you're that understaffed perhaps you should consider taking appointment's! I don't know anyone who has 3 hrs. just to get a tire checked.

It was a painful exhausting ride driving here but Ryan K and the automotive tech made my drive and wait worth it. While we did have to wait due to it being crazy busy we were provided top notch service. We drove to the one on Creighton and was completely ignored. The Creighton tech didn't acknowledge us at all and we were the only car there. I will drive out of my way to get all the basic service needed. Excellent team

I go to get some new tires that their website confirms they have. The little Asian lady lies and says they don't have them. I go home and order them online and magically they are ready for pickup the same day. The lady lied because they were on the second shelf and she could not physically get a 37 pound down. She had to pull someone else off their job to do hers. Walmart, why hire an employee like that? There isn't another place in the store she can work at? Then to add insult to injury she insults my intelligence by telling me in broken English how difficult it would have been to get them. How many customers do you think she has done this to? How much money has she costed this Walmart auto center?????

Called before I arrived because the tire I bought last month blew on the freeway. They refused to take me a 6:02pm because the works wanted to go home. They suppose to close at 7pm.

Call before you go, the hours posted online need to be updated.Overall, the service was okay. I wasn't "in & out" either, there was a decent wait time. This place isn't my 1st choice for a simple tire replacement, considering how pricey it was. It was only a matter of convenience at the time.

My car was fine before they did an oil change. When they brought it out after it sat for 15 20 mins, they didnt tell me that they messed up the gears. The guy who took the car in the first place was the one who did it and he didnt even want to come talk to me he went under a car and hid until I was done speaking to the manager. He touched something he wasnt suppose to and its very upsetting.I dont trust this auto care. Now I cant get my car out of first gear, and I had to get it towed. Dont come here.

12/8 8:07 am. Checked in with the customer service in the tire line. Told that only had one type of tires in the size I needed, then said let me make sure they are still here. I asked about the wait time because of the recent reviews. I anticipated at least 2 hour. Got told well the car next to you has 2 tires then I cant say if yours will be started before the 9am appointment comes in, so 2 or 3 hrs. I accepted that for they are a bit busy. What got me super frustrated was the fact the this point of contact is speaking to the cashier in automotive complaining that they are back logged already and just not sure if he was going to stay all for his full shift. WHAT! REALLY?? . I sat thought about it then went to the front of the store and let a manger know. Where is that customer service? The manager promptly went to the tire center. Well 10:11 am and I am patiently waiting. Will update post later when I see my tires and vehicle. So they checked me out at 11:12 and I then watched while my spare was put back underneath vehicle. They pulled it out, and I went to leaveLooked in the back and the techs, yes techs never put the tire cover on the spare up underneath. I proceeded to to go ahead and do it myself for I was frustrated to no end. The cashier happened to come out to talk with a tech, so I told her that they didnt put spare back correctly. She said oh ok.I truly feel sorry for the manager of Tire and Lube, for Charles and some of the others seem as if they are there to just collect a paycheck. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE Very disappointed

I'm seeing a lot of bad reviews here, however my experience was not bad at all. Granted, I did have to wait a little before my car was serviced but not so much that it really bothered me. The actual oil change took about an hour and no longer and while they did it, I shopped around inside Walmart. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I have no problem going back for my next oil change. The price is half the price of going to my dealership and that alone is motivation enough to miss out on the stellar quality and free donuts you get at the dealership.

Price verses your time. Two hour waits are common for tires. An hour for an oil change. Service crew is as slow as a slug. Best to drop off vehicle and return later. Tires do cost less, and they can replace tire pressure sensors. Oil change for full synthetic is $45 but only includes 5 quarts. Staff inside the store are thick as bricks. I called to ensure that they retained an old tire to use as spare, but when i looked for it, it was in the recycle pile.

My car sat in the shop for 4 hours just needing a tire rotation. Do not recommend coming here if you are looking for a quick service. After leaving the shop, my check engine light came on as well.Service: TiresService: Tires

My experience with the men that work at this Auto service was not one I will EVER choose to experience again. I strongly recommend going anywhere else for Auto care! They were dismissive and rude, half the time wouldn t even make eye contact with me and spoke to my boyfriend, rudely, when it was my car and my money paying. Our 2 to 3 hour wait turned 5 hours for one tire. And I left with one less hub cap that they swear wasn t there fault. Never got the hub cap back. Awful experience.
