We stopped in to get our valve stem replaced. We met Mrs Mindy and she treated us like family. Its so good to know there are still good people doing good business here. I highly recommend this place and if you see Mindy your sure to have amazing service.

Beyond excellent service. Canadian tourist who has been held hostage during travels. Picked up a screw in one tire. Did a rudimentary kit fix just to hold air. They got me in within an hour. Pulled the tire and did a professional internal patch repair PLUS switched out the bad tire with the front so I had two originals on the back axle for towing the TT, perfect fix and the bill was well within reasonable. I would recommend their business every day of the week.

Bought 4 new tires a month ago that weren t balanced/set right, 2 popped about a month after purchasing and I called to see why and what they could do to fix the problem, I was told that because I didn t pay for the hazard warranty that they couldn t do anything to help me and I d have to purchase 2 new tires and pay full price. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion and I was getting used tires for years without a problem, now all of a sudden it s a constant money pit. I would not recommend, seems like a scam.

First time visit!Today, I blew out my tire miles from any store...basically, I was surrounded by trees on both sides. . I had a blow out two days prior so I was already on my spare tire. I had an a very important appointment this morning that could not be missed so,I had to start walking with my blown out tire. The closest tire store was Vannoy's which was 5 miles away. A retired vet, who saw me walking with a my tire, stopped to give me a ride the rest of the way, thankfully. While purchasing the tire, I told the man assisting me, John Buck (who I later found out was the manager) about my hellish morning I was having and how I nearly had to walk 5 miles to get a tire. After purchasing the tire, John told me that he was going to give me a ride back to my truck. I was shocked because it is a rare occurrence that someone goes out of their way, out of the goodness of their heart to help a stranger ...It is even more rare for someone to help another while working ans be able to leave work in to help a customer. I am beyond grateful that he did, because I was able to make my appointment. It began storming shortly after John got me back to my truck..Had he gone out his way for a stranger, I would have had to walk miles in the rain, got soaked, and missed my appointment( which would have caused me problems all weekend) Today, John Buck helped me in more ways than he knows and for that, he gained a customer for life. Thanks so much John

Was working in the area when the battery and brake lights came on at the same time. Called them first thing in the morning and they got me right in. They were very prompt calling me with what they found in Lee's than an hour of dropping off the car. They did an excellent job following up with keeping me updated. 5 out of 5 would take my car back.

6.5 hours with my truck and they didn't even get it on the rack. Amazingly slow for a quick tire change

They do bad business here and over charge for work they did not do ....and vehicle wasn't fixed properly ....go support small local business....don't give your business to these people. SHADY.

They over charge for labor took them close to 4 hours to do the job got charged for 7 hours regardless don't recommen this place

This past weekend, while traveling from Montgomery, AL to Melbourne, FL, we experienced a blowout on one of our camper tires. Not feeling safe about the other three, and especially with our spare now in use, we made the decision to replace all four tires for safety sake. We went to one tire shop who was unable to help us, but they called Vannoy's and John at the West 9 Mile location told us he had four tires and it would be no problem to replace them on the spot. When we got there, his team immediately went to work replacing all four (and the wheel for the blowout tire that was bent) without delay and had us our way in less than an hour ... for a VERY reasonable price. These guys are the absolute best and if you are anywhere near their location and need service, I would highly recommend you go see them. Thank you to their entire team!!

Very busy tire shop. They do great work and go out of their way to help customers. I've used this location twice and have been very happy both times.

Walked in because I had nail in my tire. The representative in the front advised me it would be 40 minutes which I thought was excessive since they were not busy, but decided to wait anyways. They had 4 lanes and only working in two of them. 1.5 hours is too long to patch a tire

Every time I've used Vannoy's it's been a good experience. They always have the size tires I need in stock. And they don't hold me up any more than necessary

This place blew my mind this morning!! They truly were a blessing!! I had a horrible experience at pepboys yesterday... I explained my horrible experience and the guy said come on in, we will get you fixed up!! They will forever have my business... I recommend these guys 1000%!! If you're going anywhere else you're wasting your time and money!! This place is amazing!! This is exactly how customer service is suppose to be!!

There's only one thing better than coming in and getting best, friendliest, & quickest service ever....That's when somebody misses the mark and then takes the time to track you down, apologize, & then make things right!That is an important quality that's in very short supply in the World today..I've never had a bad experience with ANY Vannoy's location I've done business at until recently.At the end of the day, reaching out and apologizing earned way more respect from me than if everything was perfect.They definitely earned future business from me and I'll be happy to tell anyone else how much more I respect Vannoy's after this unfortunate encounter.Mistakes happen! I'm not perfect myself. Thanks again you guys!

I dropped a tire off at 11:30 and informed them I would be back around 2:45. This didn t seem to be an issue. Upon arriving back to pick up my tire I was told it wasn t ready that I would need to wait longer. I watched employees chatting and working with no sense of urgency. After 10 minutes of watching slow paced working, I inquired if my tire was currently being worked on. The woman replied, No, they had to finish the one on the rack and one more then they would get to mine. I took my tire to Tire Kingdom right down the road and was provided with quick and and efficient customer service. Vannoy s banks on their returning customers (which we have been) and care very little about the customers or efficiency of their work. Tire Kingdom will now be my go to tire place.

The professionalism and quality of work is unmatched. We used to take our cars to a local competitor but this place treats their customers with respect and honesty. They always quote a price prior to approving work and work to make sure that is their best price.

If you don t have half of a day, don t even think about bringing your car or truck to this place, called in advance. Hour to hour & a half tops is what I was told, two hours in my truck hadn t been touched and it wasn t about to be with two vehicles ahead of mine in the stall. Telling people on the phone who dropped off vehicles yesterday that they hoped to have their vehicle done by 6pm. I came to get a rotate and balance. Just shoot me straight and don t waste my time. Left without getting service at all

I m from out of town, hit a curb and had my truck towed to vannoy s. they were unable to work on it (it s a toyota tundra with a 6 lift so i wouldn t expect them to be able to do certain things to the truck), and although they couldn t fix it they were able to diagnose it, reccomend a shop that could, and let me store it there for a week without charging me a dime. Good people there and i sure do appreciate em

Tire has a nail in it, just needed removed, patched and put back on, to scared to drive on interstate with tire pressure going down. I m 59, in Pensacola and I need to pick up grandchildren at 5pm in Milton(1 hr 15 minutes). They said I would have to wait till almost closing at 6pm to get it fixed. I now know not to use this store if I gave an emergency! Another tire store moved me ahead and got my car in immediately, that s customer service, and shows they don t wNt an older woman alone getting on interstate to drive!

I visited Vannoy's yesterday after work for the first time. I had a nail in one of my tires, the one on the front driver's side. The gentlemen who work there were all very professional, quick, and kind. I wasn't there long. I had the best experience! I thought I was in for a headache, but they patched the hole in no time.Definitely worth it! Thank you, guys!

I checked in for oil changed and told I am the next one because not many customer yet, then customers coming in after few minutes so I ended up 3 customers done for oil changed too and my car still in process after almost 2 hours waiting.

Nice folks. We were traveling and had a tire problem. Family of 4 and a dog. So we had to sit and wait. Yes they fixed it. BUT it should not have taken just over 2 hours for a valve stem fix.So IDK was it lack of employees or what....

These guys are amazing! Saved the day! Got me a specialty tire on pretty much no notice on a Saturday! Unbelievable customer service and bailed me out of a bind while traveling. Many thanks to them for being so accommodating to my dogs as well. I would send anyone I know to them! Wish they were in the area I was traveling to as I would be a life long customer. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

I have used this location 5 times for a variety of services (tires, oil change, brakes, alignment).The customer service is great, performance is prompt & complete, and accommodations decent. This location is on my short list for car services in/around Pensacola.

went in for a flat repair and was told my tires were dry rotted and they couldnt fix...even though 6 months ago i had a flat repair and every tire was looked at ...the tires were replaced by world ford 5 years ago and they fixed it tonight ..they said my tires were not dry rotted and who ever told me that was lying and my tires were fine..i only have 30000.miles on them ..im not happy with the lady who told me this ...i will never come back to that store on nine mile road at the i-10 off ramp to the left next to the car wash ...ya all just lost a customer...

I really didn t want to write this review, but maybe it will help in there training. I ll spare everyone the details; but the main part is I went in for a simple oil change. 2 hours later I get asked, mam, do you ever have trouble getting your car to engage in gear? No, I have never had an issue, why? Well we can t get it to engage and there s been a recall on that for your car. I m thinking great!! Just what we need right now. Come to find out....they drained my TRANSMISSION FLUID instead of my oil!!! Y all...I lost my mind....and to boot....they don t keep transmission fluid there; so they had to call and wait for it to get there. 7 hours LATER....they finally had my car finished for my oil change. On their behalf, they did make it right and comped me for everything and had done a complimentary car wash...but this is unacceptable. Training is a MUST at this place. I will never be back.

I ve always taken my vehicles and trailers here. I had problems with a patch they did that kept leaking from someone they fired a while back and they ordered me a brand new tire for free. They also rotated and balanced my tires for free several times now because they know I ll be back to spend the big bucks on all our truck and trailer tires. Great customer service and usually pretty quick. Manager has great customer service as well.

I was provided with stellar service here. I had a flat and was told it was a 30 45 min wait. I had them go ahead and perform a rotation as I was due anyways. Since I ended up waiting over 1.5 hr because they were so busy, they told me there was no charge for either service. They just told me to remember them next time I need new tires. Absolutely, I'll be coming here from now on! Thanks

I m 58 and have done my share of dealing with tire shops and garages... vannoys, specifically this location, absolutely knocks it out of the park. I m not a big review guy (older and lazy ) BUT they deserve my time and this opportunity to let folks know how good they are. And FAST. Fast is a big deal these days and 95% of the time, they ve gotten me in and out while I wait. Not one of those places you have to drop off the vehicle all day until they get to it. Their prices and also super competitive. I really don t know how they could do customer service any better!
