Exceptional customer service across the board! If I could give Vannoy s more than 5 stars I would. I am a returning customer, but yesterday I showed up early (prior to business opening) for a rotate, and balance. Scott and the staff acknowledged me immediately. A few minutes later he took my information, and the vehicle was back being worked on. He was kind, professional, efficient, and I was in and out of there in a timely manner. As a cancer patient with chronic fatigue, I appreciated their kindness, and timeliness so I could go about my day on limited energy. Highly recommend this business and staff to anyone! Thank you very much, Scott and Vannoy s!

My car needed an alignment so I called vannoys and they said they could do it. I went in, fully knowing my alignment needed to be fixed. I m also gonna preface by saying I drive a 2013 bmw 328i. They had worked on my car for about 30 minutes, came back in and told me there was nothing wrong with my alignment. Instead they said that my tires were separating and falling apart, trying to warn me not to drive my car because ny tires were literally FALLING APART. I kept asking them what that meant and if they could show me and they wouldn t. They told me it would be 700 dollars and that I needed new tires. As one would, I freaked out but I didn t trust them. I headed to firestone where they told me they couldn t do an alignment for bmws, and no other shops around the area would except for sandy sansing bmw, where I then took my car. Sandy sanding bmw said my tires were not coming apart or separating, it was just my alignment. I m only giving two stars because the guys at the front were nice, but they tried to take advantage of me. They could have just said hey we can t do an alignment on your car, and I would have been on my way. But then again, I am also a 19 year old girl, a lot of auto shops think they can take advantage of young girls and their lack of knowledge . Very unprofessional.

Well. I hit a curb and I was worried my tire had a leak. I swung by and they tested the tire and checked it's pressure, told me it was good and sent me on my way. Quick and efficient customer service! Josh could tell I was in a hurry and got taken care of FAST!!!

I called ahead and was able to come in same day with service completed within 30 minutes. Needless to say, I'll be a lifelong customer. Their family-oriented customer service is second to none.

Took my car to vannoy's in Pace to get an alignment, they did the alignment.But was told I needed to get some front-end work work done. After work was completed.This time Vannoy's in Pensacola. Had alignment rotation and balance completed on on the the vehicle. Alignment is still not right. Balanced tires? They are still bouncing. Not a great job from where I'm sitting as I'm turning my car to the left so it don't pull to the right. Kicker was told car pulls but straightens out when up to speed. Not happy.

Just had some work done on my vehicle by vannoy's. me and my cousins front end parts replaced on them. very reasonable Pricing. No over pricing here. and great Service They had me And my cousin In-and-out less time then what they said. Highly recommended. Always had good experience with vannoy's. Thank you guys.

Wow - so disappointed. Wanted to compare prices on tires and a brake job, but this company doesn't post ANY PRICES FOR ANYTHING they provide on their website. My time is very limited. Having to call and speak with someone on 5 different types of tires is just ridiculous. I will look elsewhere - where transparency is a standard.

Great customer service! My wife has had a slow leak in one tire. I called at 12:45 today to see if they could check it out. Was told "Sure. Bring it on in." Got there at 1pm. By 2:30pm they had diagnosed the problem (a small nail lodged in the tread), patched the tire, and sent me on my way. No charge. Needless to say, I will be back and I will give them all my tire business going forward. Thank you.

Literally the best tire place ever! Locally owned , service plus when you buy 4 new tires I m waiting to get my complimentary tire balance and rotation , also they are checking my alignment ! I m going on a road trip next week so this is perfect! The waiting area is very clean , they open early and close at 6pm .. plenty of reading material while you wait or you can have a coffee the seats now have these lumbar cushions in them which keeps you comfy .. who cares how long it takes sun shining through the front windows on this chilly morn ! The manager is thorough but not a hard sell on anything else since this is complimentary He knows I will be back and by my records he knows I ve been coming for a very long time the 9th Ave location is my favorite location by the way .. I wouldn t dream of going anywhere else ..Can you believe this tire rotation and balancing is free quarterly with 4 new tires !!!

Staff was polite and helpful. All I needed was a patch because of a slow leak on my tire. I showed up without an appointment and I was out in 40 minutes for less than $20. I was hugely relieved and incredibly grateful they worked so quickly. Great job! I recommend them 100%.

I got brakes there earlier this week for my high-mileage 2003 Honda Accord, and it went very well. Both the people I talked to (front desk and also brake tech) were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I felt the price was fair and the quality was high. I'm going back for tires in 6-12 months, and I'd feel comfortable recommending them to anyone. Brakes are solid, and I'm glad I went to Vannoy's. I'll be seeing them again for sure.

I cannot say enough good things about Vannoy's and their employees! I pulled into the parking lot and was almost immediately met by an employee asking how he might help me. Less than 10 minutes later they had my van pulled into a bay, and within an hour I had four new tires, and an alignment done. Great price, great people, great service!

Manager Mike and his employees are absolutely honest and the best business I have ever dealt with. They make sure everything is exactly done right and taken care of. I have had enormous amounts of bad experiences with shops in the past who only want to make the money and not serve quality customer service. This location exceeds my expectations every time and is the only place I deal with. Nothing but postive experiences any time I have walked through the door. On top of that, the customer service is phenomenal. When I pulled into the parking lot for today's visit, I was greeted by a very sweet and professional women who documented the reason for my visit and she took my keys and immediately took my car to be serviced. Thank you all so much for allowing me to experience what true business is supposed to be done!

You can tell they care about their customers and their experience at Vannoy s. I have left many car repair places feeling like they had just taken advantage of me and I will say have never never felt that way leaving here. I always feel I got great service and a great deal. What nice people and what good service. Went there with a tire issue and it was fixed immediately with no fuss. What honest people! This is my second trip to Vannoy's and it's great to find a car repair place you can trust. UPDATE: Went to Vannoy's for a battery. They could not have made it easier. Scott on 9th Avenue met me in the parking lot -- smiling! The car was instantly whisked into a service bay. The job was done in a few minutes. Thanks folks, great job.

Please know your car issue before going! I spent $92 for an alignment, wasn t fixed the first time so I went back and the manager said he test drove it and all was good, left and it still wasn t fixed. Talk to another place and come to find out, it wasn t even an alignment issue in the first place!! So upset I let them take that much money from me. Really struggling to find reliable and honest car places in town.

My mechanic recommended this place to check out a slow leak in my Jeep tire. I d never been there before, but I trust the mechanic shop nearby. I called them and Shannon invited me to come in. A few minutes later, Shannon met me in the parking lot in seconds after I parked. Their service bays were busy and there were 5 other customers in the waiting area. Within 2 minutes I saw Shannon drive my Jeep to the service bays area. I was there about 30 minutes from the time I drove in to the time I checked out. I WILL be taking my 2005 Jeep there from here on. Thank you, Shannon. And thank the guy who found the nail so quickly.

Vanoy's is my new tire shop of choice. Here is why. After three months of dealing with one of the big box tire stores (after 6 weeks waiting for tires to be shipped) and changing my tires with three different sets of tires because of a shake that never got resolved by the big box tire store, Vanoy's fixed the problem in an hour. What did they do you might ask? All they did was balance the tires and discovered one of the tires was out of round. Every time the big box store replaced tires and balanced, they never truly balanced the tires. We are not sure if it is a mechanic issue, balancing machine issue, or combination of both. What we do know is a set of tires that were installed and balanced by the big box store less than 24 hours ago were anywhere from 1.50 to 2.0 ounces out of balance on every tire and the right rear is out of round. Shake is gone but I have a little wheel hop that will get repaired when the big box store replaces that tire. I will not have the big box store balance it but they already agreed to replace it and will be looking into their balancing problems. Vehicle in question is: 2020 RAM Limited with 22" Eagle Touring. If you want tires installed by a service center; go to Vanoy's. Family owned and are truly experts in the field.

I have been using this location for 3 years every 5k miles... have had roughly 27 oil changes performed here and bought 2 sets of tires as well as the lifetime alignment. I love Vannoys not only for their fast as possible service but also their nationwide warranty. It has saved me thousands when im across the country hit a pothole and alignment goes out. These guys know i love my car and treat her very well. Thank you Team 9th Avenue Vannoys!

The staff have always been friendly and helpful. There are no appointments and usually a few people being serviced at any given time, but they're quick at what they do. I had tires shipped to them and they were installed and my wheels aligned within an hour of me arriving with my car.

Been here twice. Once to get a tire patched and once to have my tires rotated. Great customer service at great prices. Tire patch took about an hour since I came at a busy time of the day (around 4pm), but rotation took about 20 minutes and that was at 12 on a Thursday. Highly recommend!

We visited in February, I'm just getting around to leaving a review but, my blew out on the interstate (thankfully I had a spare) we were seen pretty quickly for how busy they were, everyone was extremely nice, and the service was great. If I'm ever up that way again and need service, I will 100% be back..

Great service- great people. Recently had my brakes done on my older Mercedes and was in and out in no time! I am always happy with Vannoy s. My husband would never dream of taking our vehicles anywhere else and I agree- it is important these days to trust who you do business with- I don t want to be an expert in tires or brakes or really anything automotive! I just want to hire or find the best to do what they do best- and for us- it is Vannoy s. Thank you to Jeff and his entire team of professionals!

We had a blowout on our boat trailer on the way to vacation. Luckily this place was only two miles away from where we were on the interstate. They changed two of our tires for us and had us back on the road in 30 mins...for a great price too. Excellent customer service! Thank you for saving our vacation!

Brought my partners car in for new tires a couple days ago, we always come here. The place always seems busy constantly but a nice lady came up to me and asked me what I needed. We went inside and she got me all setup. It wasn't 10min before my ride was back there. Everything done and in & out in 45min max. That's what I'm talking about. Thanks for the work fellas and a special thanks to Heather for all of her help. Nice to see a smiling face greeting you. This is the reason I come here and do not mind spending a little more. They treat you like family. Good people, good business.
