Stopped by yesterday to get a patch in my tire. Everyone was super nice. They were busy so I did wait about an hour and I was fine with this as I was told when I got there about the wait. I would recommend to friends and definitely come back for future work.

Walk-ins fcfs. The staff is welcoming and get you in and out as quick as possible. Time frame will depend on workload. Great crew!!

I was shopping for 4 new tires, alignment, and having new ball joints installed.After calling around I found Vannoy's on Michigan Avenue to have a fantastic, can't-be-beat price! I set it up to all be done on a weekend.I arrived just after opening on a Saturday (Labor Day weekend) and they got my vehicle right in. The tires were already there waiting and were promptly mounted on my rims & balanced. The mechanic worked quickly to get the lower ball joints installed but we hit a snag with the uppers... I still had factory control arms and the Moog ball joints wouldn't work.Since my vehicle was on the lift torn apart the mechanic had me drive HIS vehicle to swap out the parts. Once I returned he jumped right back into it getting the control arms changed on both front wheels.My vehicle is now on the alignment rack.I must say... Yeah I've been here for 4 hours but that's on me as I chose to wait knowing it would take some time (which is completely fine).The guys working here have kept me informed of the status and progress along the way.The waiting area is a comfortable temperature and there's fresh coffee as well as a drink and snack vending machine available too.The restroom was clean and I had no complaints there either.A very good experience all the way start to finish.I highly recommend this Vannoy's Tire Pros location for EVERYTHING.Fair and competitive pricing, friendly and knowledgeable employees, shop guys aren't standing around they're steady working... Very VERY good location!(Oh and they now do oil changes here too!)

Recently stopped in to see if I could get my brakes checked. Knew I needed the back ones done, wasn t sure about the front. They told me the front ones were ok still, and they confirmed I needed my back ones replaced. They were busy but still managed to get me in same day and finished up the job in a couple hours. I even asked for an estimate for price and it was right on the money. Friendly, speedy service, and professional. I would stop here anytime I needed some work done on a vehicle and I would recommend to others to stop in and see if they can help you. Thanks for the service on my vehicle.

It feels great to have new parts on my car nd done right! If you don t know where to go and trust .Come see Tim and the vannoy s tires crew they are professional hard working and friendly . The quality this crew brings is what is lacking in so many companies today. You guys deserve 10 STARS!!!!! The GM Tim never gets aggravated with helping the customer and takes his time finding what your car needs because safety matters when it comes to your vehicle. Thank you Tim and The Vannoy s Tires crew!!!!!!

So I bought a used 2015 Mitsubishi mirage de a year ago. I inspected the tires before I bought the car and they looked good. No cracks, barely any wear, and they also had the little on the tread. I m not a tire expert but the looked really good. The first 3 months, I started to feel a vibration that got worse. So I found a bubble in the front tire and check the other tire found a small bubble. So I tried to find 2 165/65 R14. Not one where I lived had them and I was told they are special order. One of the places I went said they can order the tire and it will take 2 days to get there. 2 days later they got it and it cost 350 for both. They did my tires and I was fine for a year.So aunt asked if I could drive her to Pensacola, 600 miles. Well everything was great then I started to feel that vibration again and knew it was one of the rear tire. After driving 300 the vibration got worse so I stopped and put the donut on and drove another 300 miles on the interstate. When I got to Pensacola it was late so I went to sleep and the next day called. Well Vannoy s tire was literally right across the street where I was staying. All that was going through my mind was I needed to special order them and cost over 200 for the tire.When I called them up and asked if they had that tire. They said they didn t have it in stock but can have it with in the hour and cost out the door around 130.I can can say thank you enough. I really thought it was going to cost over 200 and I would have to wait. Thanks again Vannoy Tire and I know that if I get a flat in Pensacola again I will be calling y all again.

I had intermittent shaking in the front end, I thought a suspension component was bent, loose, or worn out. I got the honest, and far cheaper answer that a tire was out of balance. They could've hosed me, and I never would've known. So I got my tires diagnosed, balanced and rotated for a great price! It took a little longer than expected, but I came in at the last minute, and they were short staffed. Even so, I was out the door in 2-3 hours. Highly recommend!

The staff here is lazy. They will wait until they pull your car in and put it in the air to tell you they don t have your tires and now you must wait an hour for them to be delivered. After you already waited an hour and a half. Had the lazy counter boy gone out to the parking lot and looked at my tires when I checked in, (like they do at every other tire shop in the country)they would have been onsite by the time they pulled my car in. They claim they re understaffed but, being a little more proactive would probably solve a lot of their issues. I would recommend any other vannoys but I wouldn t suggest coming here unless you have absolutely nothing else to do that day and don t mind watching a bunch of idiots play with each other and give customers condescending answers to their questions

First time visit wanted to buy from Locals at the store in Warrington. Oil Change, Tire Rotation and Windshiled Wipers for a 2020 Buick SUV. After 2 hours of waiting a few of the customers mentioned that the man was having a real hard time with the winshield wipers. 20 minutes later I heard an "exclamation" "I Figured it out"... My name was called. All the customers were very friendly, I had my Service Dog with me. "Thank You for my service they all said as I left." During Saturday's huge rain 4/15 the windshield wopers just flew off of the car leaving my wife stranded."Special Operations Group Special Activities Division (ASI B4) Laos, Central & South America, Eatern Europe, the Soviet Union, Iran and Afghanistan. I had a tire leaking air yesterday in the middle of my Home Health Care route. Having just relocated to the area, I was directed to Vannoy's Tires on Michigan Ave. Within 5 mins of my arrival, Taylor Laurie and Tom Overson assessed the tire and had it in the garage for a patch due to a nail. I was just about to call my patients to reschedule my remaining visits and again these guys exceeded my expectations and had the tire repaired and I was back on my route. I was very impressed the personal, professional and courteous treatment I received. I will certainly choose Vannoy's any time I need tires in the future! I had a bit of work to do on my car but they were all over it. 4 new tires, a ball joint replacement, and an alignment. It took a few hours but they were also very busy with multiple customers. I'm very happy with the work done and the customer service provided.

Staff is friendly and has a good sense of humor! I have had to go here on 2 different occasions recently, and this will be the only place I go to for quick fixes and tires! Great service!

They have the tires you need and if not they will try to get it for you, they do more than tires,check them out Multiple locations.

After tire rotation they didn't even perform (because of a lock on the tires) they gave me my car back in rough condition. I had a white car they left disgusting black oil handprints all over. Since I was unaware that my used car I purchased had locked wheels, I didn't realize they lied to me the first time I took it for a balance and tire rotation. They said they completed the service and after I took it back, the tires didn't seem different. It was because they weren't. They could never even rotate the tires. Lied. Never bringing my car here again. Terrible service and disgustingly unethical. That was a $118 service they did NOTHING for AND put black oil handprints all over my car. I should SUE them.

Went in to have brakes done, got there at 7:15 and one of the employees came out to see what I needed done. 20 minutes later he came in and said brakes look good and didn't need replaced. WOW, had brakes done there 2 years ago and they are still good. Now that's what I call honest service, other shops would just do the work and take your money, but not these guys. Thanks again Vannoys, highly recommended for your auto service needs.

Been coming here for years. Just brought my new truck in to get tires rotated. They didn t make me wait at all, knocked it out fast, friendly great customer service, and then they gave me my keys and said no charge. I said so think you have this confused with my old truck you did not install tires on this truck. (They do free rotation/balance on their tires every 5k miles). The gentleman looked it up and said yeah you re right, we ll work it out next time you come in. So, no charge. This place is a rare breed in an age where customer service has become a lost art. These people work hard and fast, another lost art in todays society.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! I was recommended this specific location to patch my tire, I had a huge chunk of metal stuck in it AND I had locks on my wheels that the previous owner put on the vehicle without providing me with the key -__- They were able to get the locks off and patch the tire in a fairly fast timing with how busy they were! Tim and all the other guys were extremely friendly and gave the best customer service. Will definitely be coming here for all my tire needs! Thank you!!!! Yall are doing a great job!

We were traveling from NC to Navarre Florida when we had a brake problem. I just had the front brakes serviced before leaving NC. We heard a noise from the front right wheel, so I stopped to check it out. One of the brake bolts was missing! This caused the brake assembly to rub the inside of our rim creating a dangerous situation if we continued. We tried to call the local Ford dealership thinking they would have the bolt in stock and could quickly take care of us. They could not get to us for the next two days! It was after this call that we came across Vannoy's Tires on West Michigan Avenue in Pensacola Florida. It was late in the work day, about 4:30. I talked to Tim Overson about our situation and he immediately put us at ease. He said that he could take a look at it. I gave him the keys and he took the truck back. After about 10 minutes I saw the truck out of the bay and Tim was checking the brakes. Tim backed the truck up to the door. Tim informed us that a bolt had most likely not been tightened and it had worked its way loose. He also told me that the inside of the rim was scraped but not enough to worry about. He then opened my wifes door and said, "You have a good vacation". I asked Tim what I owed him and he said, "Nothing, I had a bolt that would fit in the back". I was blown away! Tim was a blessing to us, very professional and helped us in a time of need. We were probably obviously stressed as we were trying to stay on schedule for plans in Navarre. Thank you Vannoy's Tires and Thank you Tim! You saved our vacation!

I give them more than 5 stars because they are the best. Tim and Eric are who we deal with when we need anything. It's very hard to find mechanics or tire shops that you can actually trust with your vehicles these days. They are fast paced, very intelligent, friendly, trustworthy, loyal, honest, great customer service, and treat you like family when you are there.

I always come here whenever my car has tire problems. They are friendly and service your vehicle quickly. This is one of the few tire shops I trust and I would recommend this location specifically for their staff led by Tim, as well as getting the tire warranty.

these people have no knowledge about cars at all they try to sell everyone a camber kit for a simple alignment, I know I already have adjustable camber bolts from factory. do yourself a favor and take it to Hawaii tire, they got it done in 30min no complaints

If you're thinking of taking your vehicle to Vannoy's for service... Stop thinking and just do it! Word of mouth is why I went there and I have no regrets! I took my car because there was a noise in the front end. They said it was the tie rod and changed it. I was still hearing a noise so I took the car back and they checked it again but guaranteed that they had checked it the first time in the car was safe to drive. Turns out it was just a little squeak from my strut tower that has nothing to do with any mechanical issues and the car is safe! They could have easily told me there was several different things wrong and I would have let them fix it. Fortunately, they are honest, professional and very friendly and I will always recommend them and go there for my vehicle service! Thank you Vannoy's... "The wheels on my car do go round and round" thanks to you!

I highly recommend Vannoy's Tires on Michigan Avenue!! The staff is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable! They're also friendly and efficient! I felt very confident in my decision to choose Vannoy's, as I am new to Pensacola.It was a great experience all around. Thanks guys for a job well done! Just an outstanding family business!

My final visit to Vannoy Tires store on Michigan was the most surprising visit I've had at any tire store.As I watched activity in the shop (habit of mine),I saw a lot of immature chatter and arguing going on between workers and not much work happening on my truck and other cars. Suddenly, a couple of the techs began yelling at each other and one threw what looked like a screwdriver at the other and hid behind customers cars in the crowded shop. Couldn t believe my eyes! I mentioned it to Tim, the manager, and he went to the shop and had a talk with those involved.I went back outside to watch the progress on my truck. The tech was putting the wheels back on, drove the truck off the alignment rack after 4 new shocks were replaced. I didn t see the tech rotate and balance the wheels, as requested. I asked if it was done. Nope. So 1 of the 3 things requested was accomplished. I was afraid to ask for the rest to be done.Untrained and immature shop staff (not technicians) convinced me to go somewhere else. Tim is a very accommodating manager and he needs good shop staff. Does anyone know if any? Tim could use the help!!
