I searched everywhere for a tire after having a blow out on my Mercedes. No one had the tire and it was the weekend. Finally Monday Mercedes tells me to call Vannoy and they had it! They made it such a smooth transaction. Thank you again for being so awesome and handling the situation so professionally.

Shelly, Alan, and the entire crew at Vannoy Warrington are all extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I purchased new rims and an aftermarket brake kit online for my Tacoma. They mounted 5 new BFG KO2s and installed the brake kit. While they were installing the brakes they discovered that my original brakes were still in good condition and instead of just installing the new brakes, they called to let me know I could save money by keeping the originals. I load down the truck fairly often so I did end up having them install the new ones anyway, but this was my first experience having a shop recommending saving money. They completely stand behind their tires and all of their work. I am more than satisfied with my experience at Vannoy Warrington and will definitely be back. Thanks guys!

Once again, the crew at Vannoy's in Myrtle Grove saved the day. Over the last 3 months I've unfortunately had to buy 2 tires and get 2 tires repaired between 3 different vehicles. Vannoy's has quickly and happily got me back on the road. Consider them 1st with your tire emergencies.

The manager Anthony is very rude and $95. For a oil change wow won't go back asked to reset oil light got more additional rudeness from Anthony.

Always good service when I go in there. Fair prices, nice, welcoming staff. I go there for many of my car maintenance needs and they have the best customer service this side of town. Heads up depending on the day and time you go there can be a wait because they don't do appointments.

Went in for rotate and balance because I bought the tires there. Their store on 9 mile put the leveling kit on and alignment. The guy who did it didn t put a tire on the balancing machine. He didn t check air pressure. They lifted my truck up on the radius arms not the frame. When I asked her up front about the balance she said Big all terrain tires don t matter if they re balanced or not We don t balance them. The other guy up front went to ask tire changer if he checked the air. Stated they did. I watched them not do it. They didn t! I went in at 8:14 and got out at 10:55am.I ve spent 5-6k there over the years. I ll NEVER SPEND A DIME THERE AGAIN!

These guys were awesome. I had a nail in my tire, I don't live around here, and only come over here to work. I couldn't drop my vehicle off or wait 5 hours for a shop to maybe squeeze me in. They got me in straight away, are super kind, it's a clean place, and got me in and out in 30 mins. Plus the price was fair. If I ever have any trouble with my vehicle while working over here I am coming back here for sure.

Told them I needed 1 tire got there right wen they opened told me three hours not a honest shop if ur local I would stick to local shops like jerrys

Unfortunately I got a flat tire in May but I was so grateful that Lee was able to replace my spare for me even though it was just before closing time! Very accommodating and great service... Will definitely come back here in the future!

What great customer service! We were in a bind with a blown out tire on one of our trailers. By the time I walked back to my truck after leaving the rim with the shop, I had a knock on my window to let me know the new tire was mounted and ready. Thank you guys! You have earned a new customer and our recommendation.

Went in for a nail in my tire. They were courteous and profressional. I was in and out in 30 minutes or less. They had coffee and a snack machine for customers. I wasn't there long enough to need either.

I took my car to have front end looked at because it was driving bad. I told them I had to leave first thing tomorrow morning and drive 4 hours. He said it's the rear tires and showed me quote for 2 new tires. But instead of looking at the front end they want me to buy tires. Very disappointing that I had drive 4 hours with bad lower control arm and sway bar. I took my car to someone else, now it drive good.

I was from out of town had a nail in my truck tire that couldn't be fixed. They gave me great deal on a new tire so I bought 2 for the back. Great business very friendly staff. Would recommend them highly.

I edited my rating due to damage to my "free tire change"!!! It was my birthday night and after arriving home I discovered they threw my spare tire in the uncovered portion of the back seat spilling rubberized roof coating through out my back cargo area!!!! I contacted the assistant manager Brandy via phone call & text with pics since the manager(Scott) was out.. He never returned my calls and am having to file suit now! The damage done by an incompetent employee from here is estimated at around 1500.00.. Brandy should have Scott's job!!!

Again I had an issue with one of my cylinders it my V-8 Ford F-150. I took it to Vannoy's, and their Ace Mech. Repaired & solved the problem without breaking the bank. Job well done. Highly recommend Vannoy's, all their stores are great!!!

I've had several 5 star experiences with Tim and his crew on Michigan Ave. Quick and friendly. I've now brought 3 different vehicles and 1 camper to replace tires and will bring all rides in for fresh wheels there. Many thanks friend! -Shawn

I needed 2 new tires and they were reasonably priced. I was able to select the time to bring my car in and when I did it was promptly taken back! On the phone and in person I was treated with such kindness and respect. The store was extremely busy which made me think that I had found a reputable tire store!

We've had decent service when going into the shop for a tire repair. Today, I tried to call for a quote on a set of tires and was left on hold for over 10 minutes before hanging up.Vannoy's is the only tire shop that didn't have pricing information on their website and we wanted to support a local business rather than a big box, but the lack of care for a potential customer has lost our business. A simple request to call me back, if they were that busy, would have sufficed.Too many tire shops to choose from in this area.UPDATE: I called the business today, as they requested. The gentleman who answered was apologetic and informed me that he will be speaking with those who answer the phones, on how to interact with customers.While I do believe he was sincere, both with talking to the employees and with his comment that he hopes we would give them another chance - he ended the call without offering to get me the quote I had initially called for in the first place. If the company really wanted my business, you would think that the question of whether I had found the set of tires I was looking for, would be asked. That way, if I hadn't, the company could have offered to give me the quote I had originally called for, before being left on hold with no assistance.

Marco at Vannoy's was incredibly helpful! He helped get us the best deal, and went above and beyond in repairing our suspension system. Marco quickly evaluated our vehicle, gave us a quote, fixed our car, and had it back to us in less than a day. We also appreciated that we weren't required to pay until after our car was fixed. We highly recommend Vannoy's!

I've been having so many issues finding 5.30-12 tires for my popup camper and they had 3 in stock to replace my dry rotted old tires (just purchased the camper).Fantastic communication and customer service. They gave me realistic expectations and the price was perfect. So happy with them!

I had an excellent experience here today! They were outstanding in customer service with a warranty on a battery that was purchased at another shop in town, and gave me NO issues at all (unlike the original shop I purchased it from and paid to have install it). The original shop wouldn't even take the time to help me and stated it would be days before they could assist me. Vannoys was on point, super friendly, and took a million pounds of stress off of me as a single mom with a bad battery. Highly recommend them and will be back for every service I need in the future! Thanks guys!

was charged for services that were not done. Mechanic obviously is not competent in his duties and managers obviously need to over see and communicate better with the mechanics as they sent me out the store charging me for work that wasn't completed.

The people are extremely friendly, but you shouldn't go there thinking it will be a quick and easy experience unless you are a 'regular'. I say because today I stopped in with a bit of an emergency so I understood why I wasn't immediately seen (I showed up a little after 8 and they open at 730). They were already very busy and by the time they got to me I had been waiting 2 1/2 hours. I was told to come back at 2:30 to get my new tire put on and so I did. I then sat for another 2 1/2 hours waiting for my new tire to be put on. Meanwhile, people that came after I showed up were seen before me and it seemed like my car key was continually shoved to the end of the line even though all I needed was a tire put on. Customers would come in with way more complex problems than mine (break issues, trailer issues, alignment issues) when all I needed was my tire put on. Some customers would come in and long conversations were held and while I normally wouldn't really care, the fact that I'd been waiting for hours made those conversations really bother me. The receptionist, who was running around like a crazy person, was constantly being pulled away from her duties or having to answer phone calls and it seemed like chaos for her. She really could use some help. She was amazing and very kind but she is in dire need of someone else helping her. Again, the service was fine but the wait time was excessive as all together I waited roughly 5 hours.
