Went there to have two like new tires installed that I had purchased off eBay. The cost was $35 per tires plus tax and tire disposal came to over $85. Called Jerry's tires and that same service would have been less than $35. The service was fast and friendly but over twice what it should have been. Will not be going back, unfortunately.

In a process of replacing my AC compressor clutch, he broke a piece of my compressor shaft and denied it. I don't think he has proper tools for complicated jobs. He is only good to replace tires only, not complicated repairs.When I brought a new compressor to his shop again to be replaced, he wanted to charge me more than he originally quoted me. I should mentioned that he was very rude.

Tran's automotive & tire is a great place to have your vehicle serviced. He replaced my tire in 20 minutes. It was at a very reasonable cost as well. Highly recommend.

Took my aunts car to get a tire. He pulled the old tire off and tried to give me another tire with less tread. I asked how old was the used tire he stated that I would get maybe another 6 months b4 having to replace again. I asked if he could jus put my old tire back on and I was going to jus buy a new one. He then charge me $ 75 and kept the other tire. I was willing to give him something for his time but that was ridiculous for less than 10min. Rip off so many other places to choose from

I've been to Tran's automotive several times for tires. Always fast, friendly, and affordable. Never a problem with the tire I get. If you're looking for a good used tire, mounted and balanced, this is the place.

Such great people. When I went it was father and son working. Both were friendly and professional. Prices were the best in town, and I like spending my money with locals over a big corporation. They stayed busy while I was there but they got people in and out pretty quick. Took them a while for my truck because I got the flat stuck in the spare spot underneath. But they never put my job to the side to get to the next. If I ever need tire services while in Pensacola I'll definitely be back here. Great people!!!

Called Friday 4:40 pm, (it's a nail salon, they have to go give him the phone, don't understand how a business doesn't have it's own cell phone at least for $50). he said he had 2 tires the size I needed. I asked how late he's open. He said 6:30. I said great and sent wife up with the truck less than an hour later. She gets there and he tells her he's closed. I call him (the nail salon) again and ask what's up. He says sorry, I got another job to do. Nice. Trying to leave tonight on 700 mile trip, and got a bad tire. I would have had time to go elsewhere.

I have bought used tires from here 3 times the first time the tires seemed perfectly fine no issues and lasted a good long time.... the 2nd AND 3rd time I purchased 2 tires both times and the last 2 time the tires had knots in them and were of poor quality. I know you are taking a chance with used tires that is why I gave them that second chance and bought them a 3rd time and STILL knots in my tire. I won't be buying here again. I work way to hard for my money. Nice man... bad tires

I want to have some tires put on my rims I brought my own tires he kept 77 with the right size I kept going back getting different ones I think you just want me to buy a new tire then he charged me 40 bucks and then went back another time on Christmas Eve emergency was closed he tries to charge me 80 bucks to change two tires on my own tires I brought so I just found I just found some what movies are in I guess but it was completely rude and I'll never go back there again I don't care if it's Christmas Eve New Year's Day I don't care never again it's highway robbery

I received excellent service and was in and out in 20 minutes, two tires changed. At other tire shops I would still be waiting to be seen. I will recommend this shop to everyone. Awesome service

Amazing fast service!! We had a nail in our tires waited 30 mins at pep boys to be told another 45 mins wait!! So we called Tran Automotive 5 mins down the street and they had no wait!!! Finished our tire in 20 mins and very low price!!!Great service! So grateful we came to Tran Automotive!!!

I called at 5:59, had a 30 second phone call with the owner, pulled up at 6:07 he changed my tire in 10 minutes it is 6:17 as i post this comment. Best tire service i have ever had

Highly suggest this man! He put on a used tire that looked brand new and followed every step to make sure the tire was road safe,no punctures, and quickly installed! Thank you!
