Now that the new management is there, it's greatly improved the customer service and the volume of repeat customers, they truly went far beyond the standard guidelines and I appreciate that. I might add that the young lady at the highway 90 new(Firestone)store that you opened up definitely needs to improve her IPC skills. I personally hear from around the county for several months from numerous previous customers.. They will not go there because of her attitude. She's in the wrong line of business of customer service...

Had a blow out traveling through the area on a time crunch. No other store in town had the size that we needed and would be down for the rest of the day. We let them know of our time crunch and they were able to replace our tire in house and get us back on the road in 20 minutes. Not to mention extremely friendly staff and he informed us of a coupon. I would rate it 10 stars if I could.

I have used this particular Tires Plus several times. The first time was a when I had a problem with my car and I was suppose to leave town and no one else was open yet. They have been honest and straight with me including when they have referred me for work they could not do. I had my 1997 truck towed this time because it wouldn't start. It started right up for them. But they said the battery was toward the end of its life. I choose to have them replace the battery and the fuel filter since it has been quite a while since I'd had it done. They worked on Saturday to get it done and it was ready for me to pick up Sunday morning. I appreciate their timely turnaround.

Everyone is so friendly, accommodating, trustworthy and work very quickly. I have gone to this store many times and refer all of my friends! They even feed me a delicious lunch, best place to go in Pensacola :-)

I recently dropped by on a Sunday as I had a flat tire that could not be repaired. I had to buy a new tire and have it mounted on my rim. This was a Sunday and two hours prior to this business closing. They did not give me any problems, and were top notch and fit me in!!! I would highly recommend them!!!! Tammy K

Troy and the entire staff provided excellent care for my vehicle. I approached them with multiple issues, which they were able to diagnose and fix, resulting in a lot smoother ride for my truck. In addition, their pricing was competitive. I highly recommend.

Our car was beyond their servicing and therefore they did not charge us but instructed us of what needed to happen to remedy our issue. Very friendly staff.

Very nice staff and quick to wait on you. I needed a certain tire to replace one that blew out on my 5th wheel. I was told they could have it the next day for $320. Amazon sells the same tire for $263 delivered in 5 days. I needed to get on the road in 2 days. So I told him to order the tire. Later that day I was called and told my tire was sold from that warehouse and would need to get it from a different warehouse. Now my tire is delayed a day but I could still leave on time. The next day (a Friday) I received another call saying it was delayed again and wouldn't be in till Monday. Now I'm going to miss my leaving town date. Thankfully the campground had a opening. Now the tire is being delivered the same day I could have received it from Amazon for $60 dollars less. He was apologetic and nice but I still wasted $60 on the tire and $105 on a campsite. Time to find a new tire store.

Excellent customer service and fair prices. I started taking my Camry 3 years ago and wouldn't even think of taking my car any place else. I also see they are very honest. This is, by far, the best auto shop I ve been to! The guys here are incredibly professional and caring. They are honest and will do whatever they can to help you out. Their prices are very reasonable, there s absolutely no surprises or hidden fees, and I ve never had a problem with wait times or promised times. I went there a few years ago, at the recommendation of a friend, and have never gone anywhere else. They ve done work on my car from oil changes and tires to brakes and wheel bearings. I even pulled in there one day because one of my windshield wipers wasn t moving. The guy looked at it, determined the bolt had just come loose, tightened it and sent me on my way. Didn t charge me a dime for it. I can t remember everyone s name, but one of my favorite guys there, who has helped me a lot over the last few years, is Shawn. Super great guy, very caring, understanding and honest!

They are usually pretty good put I ve recently got a tire replaced and was supposed to get a new one and my rim mounted and the rim came off and I m missing one so I guess it wasn t mounted correctly

Just stopped in because my Tire light was on. Pulled up to the bay and they checked all the pressures and gave me a quote on future tires. And this is where we are going to get them from now on. Excellent service.

I think Tires Plus on North Davis Hwy is THE MOST reliable, dependable and honest repair and tire store in Pensacola. I've been having all of my car repairs and tire purchases done there for years. I've recommended several new customers. I recommend you have your auto or truck work done there.
