Excellent customer service, and give me the best price in town. I wanted the Goodyear Endurance ST tires installed on my camper. Kenny the manager ordered them up and told me to come in the next morning at 7:30. I was there bright and early and the crew got started immediately. All 4 wheels including the spare was swapped out and done in less then an hour. Good people to do business with.

Kenny was super! He helped me out of a bind. Great store. Awesome selection.Fast Fast Fast. Prices are better than Vannoy s Tires across the street. Give them a try. I m happy I did.

Have bought tires at this location before and have been loyal to this business. On my way home from work I noticed my tire pressure was severely low and rushed to Tires Etc. for help. I arrived before closing and the gentleman at the counter refused to even LOOK at my tire because they were closing soon. They will not have my business ever again. That type of customer service does not earn or keep my loyalty!!EDIT: I went right across the street to Vannoy s and not only did they fix it, they fixed it in under 10 minutes! Now THAT is customer service.

First time here I brought my 2017 bmw 650i to install 4 rims on my tires these guys did a great great job no scratches at all on my rims at all really happy ill be coming here from now on I'll put some photos here soon

It s been 2 months since I put my suspension spacers on my struts and springs on my 2000 pathfinder, my car is nothing special and very old so I was worried about doing the small lift but these guys did a great job. Amazing service, amazing price and amazing people. They treated me with respect and the hospitality was fantastic. Car drives amazing and I have had absolutely zero problems.

Most reviews are good, but I must be the lucky one. Not only did the poor alignment totally destroy a brand new set of tires with no compensation, I was actually charged for the second alignment. So I m out tires & paid twice for alignment. Not a good experience in my book.

I was traveling down to Gulf Shores, AL from Enterprise, AL so I called nearly every tire shop from here to there getting prices. Tires etc. had the best price by nearly $300 from the most expensive. The service was great and fast! Had me back on the road with 4 new tires in less than an hour. Definitely take a look at these guys!

The crew here is awesome! Kenny was so helpful helping me find the tires I needed. Especially since I flip-flopped a bit on the actual tire brand a few times. He kept his cool and remained professional and that impressed me! I was in an out in roughly an hour. Easy peasy! Will definitely keep coming back.

Got a flat on the way into town. A local recommended Tires Etc. Staff was extremely nice and very helpful. Prices were very reasonable and we were in and out within an hour. If I lived in the area this would be my tire store. They also offer oil changes but we did not utilize that service.

Wow i went here yesterday because me and my aunt had a blow out on the interstate walk in to ask them about the tire it was a old lady in front of me she was asking him about a tire sensor or something but as clear as day im right behind her im 6'0 295 guy i know u see me this man walk from behind the counter walk right by me he didn't ask me what i need or nun just walk out the door me walking right with him sir excuse me sir i have a question......he look at me is that your car move it i got to move my customer truck and u in the way i ask about the tire before i tell him the size we don't have it will be an hour very unprofessional so i give them a -1 out of 5 stars go to tire city

Took my Van to get service 12/13/2021 they did an alignment supposedly but less than 24 hrs my van is pulling to one side horribly I could literally get into an accident dealing with this. I HAVE FIVE KIDS and this is putting us in harms way. Even through this pandemic people still have no compassion and all for self and ripping you off by any means. Went back bright and early the very next morning they claim that it s because I m needing another part which that part is NOT causing the pulling to one side as it is. They never did the alignment correctly and refusing to correct the problem. This company is greedy and has poor customer service and NOT at all for the clients. I advice anyone to take your vehicle elsewhere because they don t have the decency to even try to correct what is wrong. TIRES ETC.ARE CROOKS BE AWARE

Had a brake problem no other shop could give me a good resolution for. This shop figured it out quick and gave a really fair price 10/10 recommended

Friendly quick and very helpful. I was getting a patch put in my tire and saw them help a few customer and seem to go the extra mile with them. Seeing that in a local shop makes me feel good about going there. I will definitely be bring my vehicle back when ever it needs something.

They were great here. Called for a specific tire and within an hour or so it arrived. They got me out of there in less then an hour when installed.

Couple lights popped up on my Jeep dropped it off for them to look at it and they were able to fix and did a great job. I like how they weren t trying to over charge me like Precision Tune.

tires ect. on 9 mile is awesome! i buy lots of tires and have done business with many. once i built started buying and doing business with tires ect on 9 mile i never looked anywhere else! great people from the office to the work force and its locally owned!

Good deal on tires but my car started shaking like crazy after I had new tires put on. Took my car into another shop to diagnose it...the tires were not balanced. Last time i go to this shop for tires if they cant even balance them correctly.

I got an awesome set of brand new Nitto tires for cheap! The staff is VERY knowledgeable and will let you know if you could be in danger with a failing auto part. When you visit, just ask for Wyatt and he'll take care of you!

Saturday May 29,2021 @11:20 I took my car in for tire sensor. He walked around my car found the problem told me" ma'am the left rear sensor is out the other three are good. He pulled my car in the bay the young guy took my tire off supposedly replaced the bad sensor. Next he goes around my car checking my sensors again I question them they tell me oh another sensor has gone bad. Please tell me how is that when the first mechanic told me the other three are good. I get in my car drive off TPMS Sensor light still on. Tire ETC Pensacola 117 East Nine Mile Road is a big rip off
