A friend recommended their shop and I stopped by to discuss my apparent thermostat issue with my Jeep Cherokee. Working with John was great, he gave me several possible scenarios from lowest cost to highest and recommended the least cost option to see if that would address the issue. I asked for possible appointment times and he said let s squeeze you in right now! Thermostat was fixed and so far so good. All my car repairs will now go to tire trust. JW

These guys are great! Had large screw to remove and plug. Even when very busy, they got me out in about 10 minutes. The national franchise down the road said it will be a few hours. I highly recommend this place.

Am struggling and this place is totally understand thanks to them I should be getting my vehicle very soon when I get my taxes. Am dam near homeless living in a hotel, my son in the hospital am embarrassed to ask for my clothing but one guy John,John is making me feel alright thanks tonthe owner for helping me ouy and thanks for the prayers. I hope to have the vehicle part this coming week when my lady gets her check am out of work so to a concussion protocol and when it rains it rains . Thanks for been understanding

I just remembered my experience here when someone asked me for a mechanic recommendation. I just moved to Pensacola back in June and blindly called Tire Trust in a panic for some emergency repair & maintenence. They were super nice and told me to come on down ASAP. They got it all taken care of quickly, the price was right, and everyone was super chill & nice. If I wasn t moving away this would definitely be my permanent shop.

Dropped off my truck yesterday. Jon Jon gave me several choices for tires. They do Excellent work & very fair prices. I would recommend them if you need tires or any type of vehicle maintenance. You will not be disappointed.

I ve taken my cars here for the last couple of years, and they ve always been very helpful! They don t try to charge you for services you don t need, and are honest about what your vehicle does need. John John has been so kind and considerate. I highly recommend this establishment!

Dependable and always takes the time to help when I have car or tire issues. Mark, Jon Jon and the rest of the staff are always so kind and helpful. I ve had a few nails in my tires over the years and TT was recommend to me by another shop in town. Today I found my tire completely flat, so I called and spoke to Mark to see if they could fit me in (as it was after 2pm). As always, he said bring the car in and we will get you fixed. Only took 15mins and they wouldn t let me pay. Highly recommend!

I went to them for an oil change yesterday and now my car is leaking oil. It's a semi slow leak but a leak no less. You can tell by the pictures that the drive port only has fresh oil stains which is a clear implication the leak did not happen until my oil was changed by this company. also, they added coolant to my car but for some odd reason it is hotter under the hood than it has EVER been. Would not recommend. Mechanics are known for causing problems to vehicles to get repeat business. I'm a single mother of a 15 month old who just left an abusive situation. Spending money is not something I'm in a position to do. Find somewhere else.

Great job for the past 4 years. I feel lucky to have found shop like this at the rates for the oil changes and mechanical work all around.

One of the more courteous and efficient auto repair shops in the area. They were fair and honest with what needed to be done, while also being understanding. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
