I cannot say how grateful I am for the people that helped me with my flat tire here. The customer service was amazing. The people were so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this location 100% to any friends or family I had that needed any service tire related. Very grateful this was the closest place to me when I got my flat.

Tire Kingdom on Brent lane in Pensacola is one of the best examples of customer service that I have seen in some time. I discovered I had a tire going flat on my way to Mississippi for an appointment and pulled into this shop; which was very busy at the time. I explained my situation and the response I got was, let me see what we can do. They went out their way to prioritize my job and get me back on the road in a short amount of time. The lady helping me showed such compassion to my situation and truly touched my heart!! People caring about people. Highly recommend this shop and I will be back.

I had a tire repaired at Tire Kingdom on Brent Lane in Pensacola. Sirron the manager and the tech John were both very friendly and personable. I highly recommend coming here. The prices were very reasonable and the service was excellent and very fast. I was highly impressed. Thank you!

Awesome, fast service. Been here a few times and today had an emergency drop off to get a tire checked out during rush hour. Had a team member take a look literally seconds within me arriving and they got to work right away.

Needed air in my tires after a cold snap, but couldn't find a pump that worked at any gas stations nearby. People at Tire Kingdom were able to air my tires up immediately, and also let me know I had a nail in my tire, offered to patch it right there for me. Everyone was real nice and the place had a bright, warm lobby. Definitely coming back.

These guys are awesome! My truck's front end was shaking terribly when it got to a certain speed after getting tires mounted from another shop. It turned out I just needed an alignment my tires re-balanced, no more issues thanks to Evan and Raiden. They have great customer service and professionalism. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs an alignment, or tires balanced. 5 stars all around!!!

The staff working on 3/10/2024 was great. They were professional, approachable, and helpful. They assisted me promptly, patched my tire and had me back on the road in 20 minutes. Thank you all so much!

They were super helpful. My tire had a nail in it and quickly went down. We would've had a flat tire soon. They got my car in, repaired my tire and had us back on the road in no time. All on a Sunday. Very grateful for their help so we weren't left stranded.

I came in on a Friday night and the entire staff was friendly and ready to help me. I left the car overnight due to the time and when they called in the AM they said I needed an alignment ($100+) which I agreed to. When I picked up the car, the bill was $-80 less than expected because they found a rebate for me without me asking! I'm very happy with my tires and would highly recommend anyone to try of their top tier products, services and amazing staff!

Visited today for the second time after being turned away by the dealership. I was able to go online and set a same day appointment.The staff was very friendly and professional. Service was provided in a timely manner for my oil change and replacement of my windshield wipers. I will definitely use their services in the future.

MY first time coming to this place since my I am having issue with my tire and glad I chose Tire Kingdom. The waiting area is very clean and smelling good. Service was fast and the staff are very friendly. I will be needing 2 new tires soon so I will be coming back for that service!!!! Thank you Tire Kingdom

I just spoke to the store manager over the phone. She clicked on me four times and now she s indicated that my son is a liar, so yes I m very upset about the store and I will be reaching out to corporate and I m hoping that her Area Director will give me a phone call . My Son spent a lot of money yesterday to get his stuff done the correct way. The one thing that I would never tolerate that somebody called My Son, a liar

I needed four new tires and made an appointment. I was expecting an hour or so turnaround time, but Sirron had us in and out in under an hour. It was quick and easy and would definitely recommend for anyone who needs a new set like I did.

This is my go to shop for all my 2020 Ram 1500 Rebel maintenance. The management and staff always make time for my vehicle and questions. They routinely service my truck in a quick manner but never skip out on quality work. Great spot for your vehicle needs!

Life saver!! Late on Sunday afternoon, heading out of town, I needed a patch on my tire. Everyone around was closed but thank goodness Tire Kingdom stays open on Sundays and they squeezed us in.Just a side note: It smelled so good in there too. Smelled like walking into Bath and Bodyworks.Customer service 5 stars!!!!

My experience was excellence. I stopped in because my tire pressure light was on. Sirron checked me in and had my car inspected. She came back shortly after and told me my tire is ok, but I messed up the rim and that why I have a leak. They showed me the problem and offered some advice. I will be going back soon.

Sirron is amazing!!!! The whole team provided excellent customer service from start to finish! She was welcoming, communicated effectively and helped me through a stressful car situation. I was in and out within 45 minutes! The staff genuinely cares about their customers and the store was clean. Highly recommend!

I had the best experience considering I had to get brakes and a tire. Sirron and Evan were the best!!!! Everyone was very friendly. Communication and customer service was unmatched. I live in Milton but I'll be back for all my car needs and will recommend them any chance I get.

I just want to say a huge thank you to this crew I came in right when they were about to close and they still took us in and took care of our tire that had two nails in it and they were really professional about everything and really took care of us. Awesome service. Didn't try to gouge me with unnecessary repairs.....Beat out the local competitors' price by over $400, and I truly feel that the work was a higher quality than said competitor.
