The shop manager was friendly, But he was a little slick, told my wife he could fix the car by buffing out the scratches, but once it was in the shop, he said it had to be painted, which increased the price. Work was good but not great. But he did throw in a good full inside/outside detailing, which helped.

This is the second time using Terry for my daughter s car, I originally went with Terry because he was the only one without a waiting period of several weeks. The fact that I am a returning customer should speak for their work.

Went here for an estimate. Thinking about repainting my car, so I decided to get a quote from here. I've used Terry's Paint&Body before and was very satisfied. They take their time and making sure they get it done right the first time. I believe you will be satisfied with their work. When I do decide to repaint my car, this is where I will be taking it.

Be careful of Terry's verbal contract. I got in a accident that wasn't my fault so the insurance was going to pay. The short of it ,terry told me the paint will match. The paint didn't match when they finished, terry changed his story and told me that the paint won't match because of the material difference on vehicle! I then had to come out of my pocket to get it right!!. Honor what you tell people terry simple customer service!! Won't do business there again even if im not paying!Service: Painting

Called the business. Was told they didn't have time to do the job I asked them to do, which was align a hood, and hung up on me in mid sentence. Guess the full body stripe paintjob once it was aligned wasn't good enough to stay on the phone for. Very poor customer service

Best in Pensacola if you go anywhere else that's your fault cause they take advantage of u for that money. Terrys is all about the customer service an making sure his work is the best on the roads ... ty terry I really appreciate all that you have done for me
