Stopped in while on a road trip, and I ve always had a good experience at this chain. This place took forever. 3 guys working, and they all did 1 car at a time. Plus they were all high as a kite! So much for drug testing employees these days I guess. Hopefully they didn t mess my car up! I will look at other options next time I m in the area.

Before you pull into the bay, you re greeted with a cold bottle of water and introductions. Staff was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. They also gave recommendations. Very professional they will see me back. We shared a conversation about my love for a certain basketball player, and my personal opinion of his brother. We shared a few laughs after my comment. I would recommend the Navy Blvd location. The experience was awesome!!!

Well, It took about 30 minutes total. Told them I didn't want an air filter and the still removed my filter. Paid for high mileage synthetic oil and I think they gave me regular oil with a 3000 mile life span. My sticker says 3000 miles. Pretty sure full synthetic is 5 to 7000 mile life span.

This place takes great care of my vehicle. They are courteous and knowledgeable, telling me what they are doing and never making me feel like a "woman" who knows nothing. Both me and my car are happy!

I didn t have to wait long and was served a cool bottle of water during that time. Pulled into bay and John was my service representative who was polite and informed about my car. Didn t try to upsell me while providing me the details about my last oil change. Work was done expeditiously and was on my way in no time!

Very courteous team and they made sure to check the filters and everything I asked. It was a good experience. Their synthetic oil is good quality so I recommend that if you can afford it. Just as good as the mobil 1 synthetic

The guys at this shop are on the ball. They're quick, attentive, & make sure you understand all the options they offer - specific to your vehicle; which is great for the layman (or anyone really). They also offer very generous discounts for veterans, which in my experience surpassed the discount percentage I've received anywhere else, ever. I'm not sure if it was a promotion, or an ongoing deal, but they gave me 25% off my oil change, which was already priced below the other couple of places I got a quote from. I'll definitely make this my go to for oil changes. Thanks!

There was a little bit of a wait. But before i can leave a positive review i need to wait till tomorrow and talk to a manager or someonr in charge. I bought my car 2 months ago, and its always had freezing cold ac, but when i start the car after the oil change. I get nothing but hot air or outside air, i need to have it checked in case something accidentally got disconnected

All the technicians were very courteous and respectful. Even when one of the techs got zapped by an exposed electrical cable they relayed the problem to our attention for correction. We praise their attentiveness and will be using them in all future oil changes. They also pointed that we needed an air filter but were didn't carry ours do to age of our car. We have corrected the problems and are very grateful for their help and attention to detail.

I went in with no oil hardly in my car having missed my top off time. The mechanic was so kind and helpful to make sure I left knowing my car was ok and taken care of. Also, he found my windshield wipers broken and made sure I got them fixed even giving a discount! I am so pleased with this location

First time going to take 5 and I'm very impressed. Luis and Dalton were the technicians that took care of me. Service was excellent and so were their attitudes. Besides the oil change, I really appreciated the safety check when all work was completed. I think it's important to acknowledge great work and these guys are damn good at what they do.2nd time having my oil changed here and it was still a great experience. Marvin, Billy and Doug were very professional, knowledgeable, quick and had great communication. All fluids were checked along with wipers and tire pressure. Whoever runs this place does a damn good job. Great work gentleman!

Very helpful. Had my oil changed at a competitor a few weeks ago and light came on indicating oil change needed. The guys here checked everything for me, even topped off all my other levels and reset my oil change indicator. Great service since i was 5 hours from home.

I could not get an oil change. They said they couldn't undo the bolts because they were out on too tight. They were afraid of breaking it. The manager said the corporate office was supposed to call me within 24 hours to tell me what to do. A of right now, I have yet to hear back from corporate. Sad to say that I am not a very pleased customer right now. I had and oil change in December 2023 at Take 5, and am due for another one. Clearly dissatisfied right now.

I really loved the service and attention my car got from a team of people at Take 5 Oil Change. Besides getting my oil changeit and a new oil filter, it was also brought to my attention to change out two other very important filters that I did not even know about. I am so grateful and feel happy and confident that my car is properly taken care of. I got a great deal with the coupon. I highly recommend this place. They are fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. So sweetly before I left they also washed my windshield and took a rag and wiped all around the hood where they touched.. Thank you very much Take 5 Oil Change team. I will be back again and again.

One guy was so rude I had to leave. I came in and he yelled stop! (with attitude) then told me to back up. I came in again trying to listen and he threw up his arms and said do u got somewhere to be or somethin? slow down! He looked at me like I the most disgusting thing he d ever seen. I genuinely didn t think I was going fast so I m sorry if I was but he could have been less mean. I wish I got his name but he was middle aged, overweight, homeless and dirty looking, beats his wife type vibes. The other younger guy with longer hair was super nice though. Went to lube fast instead and had a great experience.

I had a quick, pleasant experience here. The two gentlemen who I dealt with were absolutely fantastic. Jonathan was especially helpful, and unfortunately I am drawing a blank on the other man's name but please feel free to reply with it so you, too, can get credit for such amazing service. They were extremely polite, knowledgeable, helpful and were an absolute pleasure to talk to. I wish some other places would mimic this level of customer service and care!

I came in with my Audi Q7 which is not your average oil change. Rich was my technician and was very welcoming and knowledgeable. He reset my oil indicators, tire pressure and kept things moving. Thanks for the awesome customer service Rich!

I felt valued, being informed of everything going on. My consultant explained the options clearly and advised the best options for my car even showed me the new air filter far superior than what I had. Did this on a wimm and glad I did!!

I just moved to Florida two weeks ago and I needed my first oil change. I took a chance and went to Take 5. And it was a great chance. They were professional and kind. There was a wait because all three bays were full and everyone was working so hard. One thing that impressed me was despite the line everyone who pulled in stayed. This says a lot about how good and professional this business is. I was greeted when I pulled in, informed of the wait time and offered a bottle of water. They were efficient. Moving the cars out in approximately 10 minute intervals. When I pulled in I was offer options for my oil without pressuring an upsale. This is the first oil change that I was not told I needed a new air filter. The mechanic showed me the filter and said I could go another two or three changes before I would need one. They change my oil fast and efficiently. I just bought this car and I didn t know how to reset the maintenance monitor. The manger cameOver and tried several different methods until it worked. I really appreciated the professionalism of Take 5. And as a woman who knows a lot about cars I appreciated them not trying to sale me a bunch of services I did not need.
