I have had my vehicle sitting for almost a year! Multiple "mechanics" have come to diagnose my car with no true answers. I got my vehicle towed on Thursday afternoon and by Thursday evening, Stuart's had an answer for me at the BEST price! By Friday afternoon, I was back on the road and running. Very honest and the work is done right. THANK YOU! He is highly recommended and received a life long client.

I had a great experience with Stuart s Superior Transmission. Stuart is very knowledgeable and has years of experience. He s a very personable guy and great to do business with. The transmission went out in my 17 F250 and he installed a new heavy duty towing transmission. My truck drives and tows even better than it did before. Stuart had a quick turnaround and was able to get me back to work quickly. I wouldn t trust anyone else with my work trucks. Best transmission shop in Pensacola!

Love Stuart's! I went between a few in the area, but after a recent incident. They gave me the facts about my car, they were flexible, and understanding. Super down to earth honest about what actually needed worked on vs what I could save for later being tight on money. They have always taken great care of my car, and always keep me updated on everything.

Stuart is the to-go-to Mechanic in Pensacola and I would drive from Panama City (2hrs) if I had transmission needs. My son is a student at UWF and used him to get his 2019 Chevy Silverado P/U back up in running after his transmission failure. I was skeptical at first when my son said he diagnosed the issue over the phone and a new transmission was in order but he was dead on and had a new one on site and replaced within a week. Since then my son has taken his truck for unrelated issues and Stuart gives him free advice and fair options ensuring he is taken care of. My son has a great sense of character and feels he can go to Stuart for an honest opinion and top notch service. Nice for him to have someone to go to that's looking after his best interest.

I have used Stuart Superior mechanic for many years in scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of my vehicles on several occasions. I have experienced nothing less than excellent customer service from them. Stuart have always serviced and fixed my vehicles in a timely manner as promised. He have always done a great job communicating with me about the status of my vehicle. I will continue to use them for the service and repair of my vehicles in the future.

Stuart and his shop are great. I was in Pensacola from out of town and my vehicle broke down on a Friday. Stuart was recommended by a local mechanic and he got me in same day. He was able to get the vehicle repaired and back to me the following Monday. He kept me up to date every step of the way and literally saved the day.

I was so happy the service I received at Stuart s. I have a 1998 Cadillac Eldorado. Finding someone to work on it, is a job in itself. He got her right in and then told me it was the hose . Stuart was so honest and nice. He could have told me anything. I wouldn t have known. But, I am thankful my neighbor suggested him. I am also suggesting him to anyone who needs their transmission looked at.

The service was amazing! My car transmission fluid randomly leaked and I had no idea what was happening! Stuarts took me in the day of no questions asked!! Stuart s was extremely communicative through the whole process and honest which I appreciate! They were able to fix up my car within a day and an half and give me an honest opinion on next steps! I have been doing business with Stuart's Superior Transmission for several years and it has always been a great experience! Stuart is very honest and always gets my vehicles fixed and back to me in a timely manner. I have recommended him to several people over the years and they have all had nothing but great things to say about him and their experience at his shop! If you ever need any transmission work, Stuart's is definitely the place to take it!

I was in Pensacola visiting when my check engine light came on. My usual mechanic Larry at Adkinson s referred me to Stuart s place as 1 of 2 places who work on transmissions that he trusted. Stuart was able to order the parts needed (luckily just a solenoid instead of the valve pump) and gave me an estimate of $700 for parts and labor. I did have to wait over a week before they could get to it because of how busy they were. I let him know I was from out of town and he was able to get to it once I dropped it off.They repaired it at a lower cost than was estimated, was able to get it back to me the following day. When I went to pick it up, he mentioned he noticed the key was turning but the car was not cranking up all the way. And that if it continued, it could be an issue with the fuel pump. I was able to drive home, but once I got home, it was having that issue even after adding some gas. I called and he said he d be happy to double check their work the next day, which they did and were able to show me where they removed a part to get to the transmission. They also noticed the AC compressor was making a noise when starting the car with AC on, something that could be pulling energy from the motor. They did a thorough inspection then I went back to Larry to have them take care of the issue.Stuart was very personable, communicated in a timely manner, went the extra mile to double check everything, pointed out other things to look out for, and was able to shave some dollars off the estimate. I was really happy with their customer service and work! I d highly recommend their services!Services: Transmission, Engine repair

Took my 2006 Honda accord to Stewart s to have a clutch replaced. These guys did an awesome job. I got my car back quickly with no issues, and they were very friendly. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Our suburban transmission went out on us on a vacation to Pensacola. Stuart and his crew got us up and running in one week, kept us informed, price was better than other shops quoted. 3 year nationwide warranty gave us peice of mind. Highly recommend

Took my car in to have someone look at my 700R4 transmission since it wasn't shifting. Stuart looked at it as soon as I got there. After a five minute adjustment the car ran perfectly on the test drive. I took it home and drove around more and still runs great. Stuart was extremely nice and professional and really knows his stuff. Highly recommend Stuart's! Will definitely be back if I need something else on the future.

Came here because Bobby Likis said I needed a new tcm after spending $12,395.62 for them to "repair" my car, so I got my second opinion here, my car doesn't need a new tcm, Stuart ran a computer check in front of me to prove it and did a test drive with me as well. This place is trustworthy and they can prove it, besides an amazing caring customer service, thank y'all so much

I was starting to have transmission problems in my 2008 Toyota Highlander. I called Stuart s Superior Transmission due to the great reviews on their google page. When I called, I talked to Stuart himself. He told me over the phone what he expected the issue was after I briefly described it to him and even gave me a rough estimate of parts and labor costs. From what I could tell from the phone call, Stuart was a knowledgeable individual with a genuine drive to run his business well. Because of this, I chose to have Stuart s Superior Transmission work on my car. They were able to find a used transmission for a fair price and overall spent around $4,100 with labor included. The communication throughout the whole process was exceptional. Stuart would personally send me updated invoices and info about the status of the vehicle. He even offered to replace a CV Axle for no labor cost, which was just an added bonus. I would highly recommend Stuart s Super Transmission for their professionalism, friendliness, timeliness, and value!Service: Transmission

Stuart was very nice and professional. He had my car in and out in a timely manner. He was quick to give me a recommendation on a tow company who took great care of my car during the transfer. As I was picking up my car Stuart was very detailed in everything he found and what all he had to do. He even took care of a minor thing that I didn t know I had wrong and he fixed it out of kindness. I hope to not need anymore car services but if I do I will definitely use him again!

I have known Stewart a long time. We have taken several of our company vehicles to him in the past. My plumbing van transmission and needed to be replaced. We disscussed the issues and once we got it sorted out, he had the vehicle back to me in a week. The price was very reasonble and included a new torque coverter.Would have been quicker but I knew how busy he always is and was fine with the turnaround time. He also found I had a bad ignition coil and plug. We took care if that and he even provided me a free oil change. I have been driving the van for several weeks now and it drives and shifts perfect. I highly recommend Stewart's Transmission shop. You will not be disappointed with the courtesy, professionalism and knowledge that he has. Plus he explains it terms that you understand. 5

First repair.Mine was a small job, but Stuart was kind enough to work me in. He did an excellent job was very courteous interesting and fun to talk to about our vintage cars. Very professional, responsive, takes a personal interest in your vehicle and doing a good job. The two men that I met that worked for him I could tell we re knowledgeable and qualified and very professional, too. I will be recommending him to anybody that says they need transmission work.Second repair.I have an older 1966 mustang and would not put her transmission in anyone else's hands.
