DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT go to this place unless you can afford engine repairs. I decided to give them a chance to earn my business and they almost destroyed my trucks engine. 1st they used filter pliers and crushed my oil filter, 2nd they shorted me a quart and half of oil. When I brought the filter back and explained what they did the manager blamed all the older employee of past and only offered to give me a free oil change. I would be insane to allow them under my truck again and never will.

Amazing service!!! I don t particularly like getting my oil changed, but this location made the process as quick and seamless as possible! They have great customer service here and explain what they re doing or if there are any issues. They even helped me with my license light that had gone out without me knowing and got it fixed even though I told them not to worry about it. I love the efficiency as it saves me so much time!

This was my 1st time going to Strickland Brothers for the 10 minute oil change but it will not be my last. The service was professional, thorough yet quick. Everything they did was explained to me and things they didn't need to do, they showed me and explained to me why my vehicle didn't need that service. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes as this was our 1st visit. And my services was less expensive than were I usually go. See you fellas in 3 months.

Upon my arrival on my first visit, the Technician greeted me and explained the pricing. They offered me a 25% discount for being a Veteran. The owner stopped over and said hi and chatted! Very thorough service! Not pushy I highly recommend Strickland Brothers! Five Stars and two thumbs up! Bravo!

One thing that really impressed me was there was another customer in the building who also could use an air filter replacement and he told her that the air filter could be replaced but it was not necessary if she didn't want to. It was borderline. A lot of places will just try to twist their arm into getting you to buy something else and they didn't seem to do this. This place had a lot of honesty and integrity.

I recently got my oil changed at Strickland Brothers at 5536 Mobile HWY Pensacola. Everyone was so friendly and professional! I was able to relax in my car while they worked and even enjoy a cold complimentary bottle of water while I waited. It was finished quickly. I will definitely return.

Excellent and fast service ! I highly recommend this team they for sure know what they are doing plus they are very attentive! They were quick, efficient and the price was reasonable for the current economy. Once the service was complete they are nice enough to to explain the service they did on my car. The staff was pleasant, the bay was clean and the service was quick. I will be visiting again and suggest it to anyone needing an oil change.

Fantastic experience. Though the system registered my car as a Lexus rather than a Nissan, they quickly caught the problem and rectified it. Prices are pretty average as well, but they do additional services like wiper replacement/light replacement. Overall, the technicians were extremely attentive and friendly. I ll go back every time at this point.

I go to the one on Mobile Hwy in Pensacola, FL. And these guys are Great. . Very fair & honest & kind. They don't try to upsell you, & respect whatever you decide as far as services& things. They even go above & beyond for their customers! And, if you have any problems, they do their best to fix them.They also have coffee while you're waiting, & have Christian decor. displayed inside, & & have New Testament's available if anyone wants.

The guys there informed me of things that needed to be done and the decision was left to me. They answered any questions that I had. They're work was done in a timely manner and done with professional accuracy. I will always take my care back there for my maintenance needs

Fastest oil change I've ever received. Customer service was on point. Called ahead and got a base price. Paid double that but also got extra services. All in all I recommend them over every other place in Pensacola. Also got car wash coupon car fax report and ride share discount. Very pleased. Thanks for taking care of the locals with integrity and pride.

This place is amazing. They fixed my breaker lights and replaced them and also gave me the honest answer about my headlights. Save me money as another shop wanted to charge me for something that was not wrong. Also they do great work on oil changes.

I was very pleased with the service I received. The employees were attentive, and made sure to do whatever they needed to do to accommodate my oil change. I drive a newer model Mercedes and I saved so much money being able to use their services vs going to the Mercedes dealership. I will be back.

They changed my oil, tag light and air filter in less than 20 minutes. Fair prices and very friendly staff!! Also gave me some discount cards to give out to my friends. Highly recommend!

Came in when it was slow, they greeted me and were very kind. Explained best options for my vehicle and gave me a good price. They offered me a free doughnut and gave me a military discount. Waiting area was clean and presentable and so was the restroom. Offered a new cabin filter with no pressure. When I said no, they cleaned the debrie from cabin filter and didn't pressure me to replace it. Had the tires rotated, one of my lug nuts were messed up when they took it off.. They replaced it courtesy. Reason is unclear to what was wrong. Was told it wouldn't screw back on. Everything was done in good order. I recommend this place and will return.

Josh was top tier and very professional! The shop looked very clean and everything was well taken care of. He alerted me of additional maintenance that needed to be done, but was not pushy at all. I love this place! This was my second time using Strickland's and both times I received amazing customer service, fast service and a free water. They take care of everything! They check my lights, tire pressure, and filters with my oil change. Best service around!!!!

I missed my oil change at pep boys this morning, went to grab a bite to eat and saw the advertisement for a free car wash with oil change. Sparked my interest immediately. The experience was very well.
