Too much enthusiasm in rubbing out a light scratch on my 2002 Tbird's right front fender. Ooops! Went through with a 6-inch blemish. The original Ford black has naturally faded under the sun, so I knew I had to be super careful on getting my care repaired. Have bids from 7 pros who said they could do the job. Then I heard about Smitty. Drove right down, we talked, he showed me a Porsche he had just repaired and Bing! I knew I could trust him to do the job right. He wasn't cheap, nor the most expensive specialist. Two days later nobody ... and I mean NOBODY --would ever know the car's right front wasn't original and perfect. Good things are worth waiting for.

Mr. Smitty is so nice and knowledgeable. I pretty much brought him an engine in a bucket, and he put her back together and with a quickness. I would definitely recommend him and his lot for porsche parts.

Smitty restored 2 1966 Dodge Chargers for me. The first one was in 2000 and there was major rust and new quarter panels were welded on. I still have that car and it still looks perfect. The second Charger was completed in 2008. I showed that car 6 times and each time it won an award. I use Smitty for most all auto needs ... we have six vehicles and have had several fender benders. Smitty Fixed them all and they were great jobs.

The owner of this wonderful establishment is friendly and optimistic when it comes to seeing the 'ruby under the rust.' I would refer anyone that is looking to get their Porsche repairs done in Pensacola, FL to go to Smitty's Restoration & Custom.
