We hired Scratch Off Auto Repair to repair our Ford E-250 work van. The van was accidentally knocked out of park and rolled into a tree so, we were paying out of pocket.Sharon gave us a written quote and it was the best price we found. She said they could get us in the following week. They were recommended to us and have a history of great reviews - we accepted their quote and scheduled the work for the following week.Sharon told us it would take approximately 1 1/2 weeks to repair and she was true to her word. Being that it is our work van time was of the essence as it's not out making money if it's in the shop for an extended period of time.The work they completed was amazing - our van looks absolutely fantastic and we did not have to spend a fortune!!We requested the hood not be replaced and to have the existing hood repaired (the damage was only to the front corner). Sharon explained to me it will not be perfect but will look pretty good. Since this is a work van I was good with that. Sharon explained that some of the other parts were not repairable and had to be replaced. I requested used parts if available and she honored my request.I could not be any happier with the completed work, the hood turned out much better than I expected !! The passenger door now opens perfectly and the replaced parts look brand new.The customer service, professionalism and attention to detail is top notch. Sharon is great to work with and, in this day & age, that is very difficult to find.I highly recommend Scratch Off Auto Repair and if I ever need body work in the future (even if I'm going through insurance) I will most definitely return to them for my repair work.Service: Body & Trim

Scratch Off did an amazing job replacing my bumper and fixing my back spoiler at a reasonable price. They ordered the parts, painted them, and then I brought in my car, so I didn't have to spend any additional time and money with a rental. My car feels and looks like new!

Dinged rear bumper. Scratch off removed the whole bumper and did a wonderful job painting it for about $400. I am very pleased with the work.

Great experience here. Had to take my brand new Tacoma in for a touch up for a small but deep scratch. Price was extremely reasonable and the job was done well. Beats paying $700 (actual quote) from a dealership for entire repaint, unless your into getting robbed. Also, Ms. Sharon was extremely sweet and made sure I was satisfied with the work done. The paint was peeling off the top and trunk lid of my car. They matched the color and the iridescent clear coat perfectly and had it back to me in five days! I recommend them highly.

Scratch-Off Auto Repair REALLY did me a solid. I brought my vehicle in with some damage to the driver side fender, and when everyone else was charging me prices through the roof, they quoted and fulfilled a repair for me that costed nearly a fourth of the price of others. I dealt mostly with Sharon who gave genuinely great service and seemed as if she was just as concerned with getting my vehicle affordably fixed as I was.Service: Body & Trim

Ms. Sharon is really nice. I needed touch up paint service. For some reason the paint on my white car was having issues, so they were not able to provide the quality of service usually provided. Therefore, Ms. sharon didn't charge me. They seem very honest.

Probably the most honest people I've ever met. I messed up the front end of my car pretty badly (nearly totaled it) and I had a co-worked suggest taking it to Scratch Off. Best advice I ever took!! It was only in the shop for about a week and a half. The whole time it was there, Sharon, the lady in the front office, called me about every few days to let me know what was going on. If I couldn't answer the phone she would send me a text! They looked around and found parts for the best deals so that it was more affordable for me. The day I picked up my car, I actually drove it to the parking lot across the street from Scratch Off because I noticed my oil was low and I wanted to check it before I drove off. Sharon saw me pull over and called me to make sure I was okay. I told her my oil was low and they called me back to put oil in my car!! I love these people and I HIGHLY recommend them.

Price paid for on the spot touch ups on some small paint Knicks was terrific. Not like having a smooth paint job which would cost a LOT of money just covering up visible small dings which getting a full paint job not needed. I was well pleased!!! Pensacola, Florida.
