We bought our second BMW from Sandy Sansing last week and had a really great experience. Chris took us out for a test ride and did a great job explaining the features of the vehicle. After the test ride we set down and talked numbers and not one time did I feel that I was being pressured. They gave me a fair number for my trade and I was satisfied with the overall deal that we negotiated to. Everyone at the dealership was really nice and the showroom was super clean. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Chris and Sandy Sansing they treated me with the upmost professionalism and again was fair.

I had been car shopping for two weeks, visiting 10+ dealerships along the way. Sandy Sansing BMW was by far the best dealership I visited, and it was a breath of fresh air.I had arrived to test drive a particular car, and in the process the salesman, Chris, offered to have me test drive another car to see if I liked it. He was very professional and we were able to start the process.I had to return to work and Chris was great communicating with me over the course of the next day as we finalized the deal and I prepared the funds. When I returned to sign and get the car I was in and out quickly, and I couldn't be more please.Sandy Sansing BMW has not only made me a likely BMW purchaser in the future, it was also the best car buying experience I have had in 15+ purchases.

We had a wonderful experience. Lori is great. We ordered our BMW and Lori kept us updated and communicated regularly. I felt that she was just as excited as I was. The best experience I have had buying a car. I will definitely buy from Lori and recommend her to family and friends.

Really nice employee at the service desk. She shared my concern over the costs at my oil change visit. I didn t expect it to be a $500 visit but she clarified a bit of the costs. Wish they had better breakfast items while you wait. Years ago they showcased a local bakery and that was really nice for a Sat AM treat. The car wash was a nice touch but the vacuuming was not too great at all. I was informed that it was just a courtesy wash and vacuum as if not to have any expectations. Again the service lady checking not was extremely helpful and kind and went above and beyond to help me out with questions I had about programming my phone into the car after an up date.

I have bought two Mini Coopers from Sandy Sansing BMW Mini of Pensacola. I loved my first car and am getting to know my new one. Ben Brooks at sales and Andrew, the mgr, made the buying process simple and enjoyable. Ben pointed out all of the features of the car and was very helpful and professional. There was a point where I was unclear about the added in amount for interest but Andrew cleared this up for me. I plan to stay as a repeat customer of Mini of Pensacola. They sell a great car and are organized and trustworthy. They also had a great deal on a 125,000 mile warranty.

I love Sandy Sansing BMW. I purchased my X5 there almost two years ago. The sales experience was wonderful. The service department is great. Judy is so sweet and helpful. It is such a different experience from Tesla where my boyfriend is forced to service his vehicle.

I am rating a 5 because I am a dealer as well and understand the importance of reviews. Could things have been better? Yes, but the saving grace here was the General Manager Joe, his service manager Brian and the advisor Tracy. They listened to me communicated with me effectively and understood the direction we needed to go to get our M6 Competition back on the road, understanding the complexity of the one special order part that was not available anywhere. I assisted the team at Sansing BMW and between the above listed people and one heck of an A tech the car is repaired and on the road. Expensive but as a former BMW dealer I understand the importance of BMW service. Thanks team and remember when the new back ordered part arrives we will bring car back to put it on as discussed.

As a former technician for the brand , the service advisor performed her job very well and the service done to my vehicle was executed quickly and had no issues afterwards, this is a prime example of how a dealership should be ran! Efficient and well done :)

We have bought three cars from Sandy Sansing BMW. Each time has been a good experience. In addition, their service department is very good and doesn t try to sell you things you don t actually need (unlike other local high-end dealerships). We recently had a great experience working with Chris to purchase a used car for our daughter. I highly recommend.

I expect this type of mistake occurring at McDonald s not at a high-end BMW dealership.Went in for an oil change.Yesterday they said I needed the right motor mount replaced. Usually they take pictures and a video so you can see exactly what s wrong. I asked to see the pictures or video and they said they did not have them. She went back to talk to the mechanic came back and said that the right side mount was fully compressed and needed to be replaced. I expressed concern since I had it replaced in October of last year. I asked them to provide me with a picture and video so they put it back on the rack and called me back there to look at it. There are two mechanics looking at it and there was a mistake. The guy thought it needed to be replaced, but it did not need to be . Had I listened to their recommended repairs I would ve been out $1200 . And since when does it cost $400 to replace rear brakes?The mechanic did seem young and saw some metal to metal contact from when the mounts were bad. But it was odd that no video or pictures were taken. As I usually get them when they recommend repairs.The free car wash was exactly what I paid for.This is why I question everything!

I went in for my first oil change. Ben, the gentleman that sold me the car spotted me and came out and said hi and gave me a hug that was awesome. I always enjoy your nice waiting room. And you're good coffee. They were all really kind and the car wash was top-notch.

Cathy Haley helped me through everything today and was very patient explaining what was happening. Cathy has been the only tech I have dealt with during my many trips to BMW Pensacola. I think she deserves either a pay raise or promotion.

Bought a New 2023 M series BMW. Had the perma plate option added to my purchase. The detailers they had inside my car ripped my steering wheel. Brian. The service manager promised me a new wheel immediately. It s been 9 months and he still gives any and every excuse in the book to why this hasn t been resolved. I also purchased exterior badges through THEIR OWN service department to replace the ones on the vehicle. Literally the same badges except black. They refuse to put them on the car after telling me they would before I purchased them. This place is nothing but a bunch of CROOKS. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. You will regret it severely. Drive to Atlanta and go to United BMW and they will make sure you re taken care of the right way like a BMW dealership should. As for Brain. He is nothing but a liar. That is all. Use this place at your own risk. And look at this weak response by the owner. Won t even fix their own mistake.

Cathy and the service team are amazing. I won't make the mistake of not letting them service my car again. I got a video of the issues and a clear explanation of what it's going to take to fix it. The waiting are is nice and they offer shuttle services. Can't say enough good things!

The service was good but I needed new engine mounts on my X3. The car is only three years old! Engine mounts should last about 150,000 miles. I have 57,000 miles on my car so I was only out of warranty 7,000 miles. Had to pay $2500. It seems to me the engine mounts had to be defective. I m waiting for the service manager to call me back. I hope they will make this right. I don t mind paying for parts but I think they should pay for labor since clearly you shouldn t need engine mounts so soon

Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. My wife took the car while I was at work. It took 2 and a half hours to complete. They told her that they do not give loaner vehicles for that service. When at Sandy Sansing Mazda at a different occasion, they offered her a loaner for a much shorter service time. I feel that is quite ridiculous after the pricey maintenance package I purchased. There should at least be more consistency across Sandy Sansing services.

I brought my BWW to Sandy Sansing to have a tire replaced Repair Order 267922. The tire being replaced Bridgestone Potenza Run Flat Tire P225/40 R19 was purchased from Sandy Sansing on 17 August 22. The manufacturer has a 5 year warranty on this particular tire but the service agent, didn t investigate my warranty. The BMW parts staff provided a copy of the warranty information prior to commencing work. The repair representative found a knot on the inner surface of the tire which caused the car to shake during driving. This was a defective tire in my opinion because the tire is not designed to lose it shape. The potenza tire I purchased, also have a road hazard clause as well. Nevertheless, none of my issues were considered. This resulted in me paying full price of tire $345 and labor charges that brought my total to $409.58. The advisor failed to annotate key information regarding the tire that was replaced which could support any possible claim that I could direct to the tire manufacturer. Other than the knot, the tire had thousands of miles remaining. I have higher expectations from reputable dealerships and specifically BMW.

Met with a dealer named Lori. Terrific person and right down to the point. We figured out what I could afford, the miles maximum on a car I would allow, and what I exactly wanted. Found the perfect car for a great price. Also, I've had 2 terrible experiences with dealers before and I was so hesitant to try a dealership again, but Lori restored my faith in some dealers. Will never go to anyone else.

Cathy or Kathy was very kind and respectful! She called to give me updates regularly. After this 1st service my car ran great for a week and then completely died again.I called her today and she took care of the paperwork on her end. I m hoping they can fix the problem this time after spending $1,100.

I had the pleasure of working with Chris Allen recently. I came in interested in a vehicle I saw online. Chris was so helpful and friendly during out whole interaction. I never felt pressured or rushed and he genuinely cared and wanted me to be happy with our interaction and the car. Chris seems to truly care about you and your purchase and not just the sale as so many car sales people do. He followed up as promised and definitely kept his word. If we are ever searching for another car I would absolutely go back to Chris for that purchase.

This was the best car buying experience. They stayed late to help process paperwork and didn t force us to buy any extras that we didn t want. We got the exact vehicle we wanted and they gave us a fair value on our trade in. I would give more stars if I could. I highly recommend this location.

Chris Allen made my car buying (leasing) experience amazing! I ve known Chris since he was in high school but haven t seen him since then. I find car buying to be one of life s worst experiences so I ve been putting it off for years. My son told me Chris was selling BMW s and all of sudden I wasn t dreading the process. The service department is very weak. They are terrible actually. This is the second several thousand dollar repair I have done with them where Ive had to come back to the dealership and wait 4+ hours for them to fix the issue that I already brought the car in for. They did not even offer me a courtesy car or real sincerity for their issues. I feel their mechanics and techs are lackluster and insufficient and need some extra training evidently. BMW is better than that.The sales department and managers are excellent. I am on my fourth car from them and really have felt taken care of through the entire purchases! They get to know me and remember me when I walk in there, but as soon as I go to the service department I feel completely in the dark and like I am bothering them. This is a huge issue for me honestly.Sandy, you need to address this.

Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Serviced the car as required for 30K check up. No pressure to include additional services that could be performed at a future date. Definitely one of the better BMW service facilities that I have used over my 25 years as a BMW customer
