Sam's Tire and Battery Center exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Despite not having an appointment, I dropped off my vehicle at 12 PM, and they managed to fit me in for a tire balance and rotation by 2 PM. What's even more impressive is that they completed the entire service in less than an hour. I was out of there by 12:50pm!Their efficiency and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. The staff was courteous and accommodating throughout the process, making sure that I was back on the road in no time. This level of service, especially without a prior appointment, speaks volumes about their professionalism and dedication to their customers.I can confidently say that Sam's Tire and Battery Center is my go-to place for all automotive needs. Their prompt service, quality workmanship, and friendly staff make them deserving of a 5-star rating. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and efficient tire and battery services.

I got my tires that are really worth the money and service and their kindness of explaining the right size and type of tires made me feel alot better while shopping there...I appreciate their work.

Great at selling tires, good luck getting a nail in the tire fixed. Maybe get to you if you come in and wait... Otherwise it'll be 3-4days for and appt

1) Floor employees were helpful, friendly and profesional.2) Sam's Club; Apparently does not make appointments for tire installation. They expect people to just come down to their store and hang around all day until they are first in line. Seriously. Who can do that? Who would? -3 stars because I had to pick up my tire order and go driving around to find somewhere else to mount them. Discount Tire took me right away and I was done in an hour. Go there until Sam's changes thier asinine policy.

Honestly a terrible experience. I ordered tires online through Sam s.com and the tire shop had no record of my order even though I provided them with my order number, name, and member number. They referred me to the customer care generic hotline. After 30 minutes on the phone with home office Sam s Club the lady told me I was good to go and the shop would call me with an update on my order. 5 minutes late this shop calls me again and a different tire associate is on the line and we go through the entire process again! No record of my order. This place is too busy and understaffed to even attempt to keep up with the demand. Customer service both at the location as well as the home office were subpar and didn t seem like either knew what was going on. Hopefully my tires come in and then this will be the last time I use this location for my tire or any auto needs.

CHRIS is awesome! Great customer service and went to the nth degree in a timely manner to address an issue I was having with one of the four tires I had purchased there. Chris is a great asset to your team!

Ridiculously slow! I had an appointment at 1pm. They told me it would take an hour and 30 minutes. I checked back at 2:15 and they hadn't even started the work on the car. They said it would take another 35 to 45 minutes. I didn't pick up my car until 3:30 two and a half hours after my scheduled appointment time. They seem ridiculously understaffed and desperately need more help. Get it together Sam's.

No one answers the tire center phone . I ve been trying to get tires from sams and this is my 4th attempt calling in the last few days.

Waited 30 minutes in line to drop off car for a schrduled appointment. Staff friendly, just seems undermanned.
