If you want a real mechanic that doesn't over charge, that's honest!? See Chuck the proprietor, like me he's a bit of an azz-hole, but i like that, straight to the point, (he's had to deal with stupid way more than the norm) been here for a long minute.I'm from California (not bragging by any means) i have been here going on 7 years come February, one always has a need for a good mechanic, eventually. Taking to s local this guy pills up turns out it's s friend of the local i befriended a few years back.I was In need of a mechanic and the universe provides. Meet Chuck, from RPM.I trust him implicitly. And if he can't fix it or it's not worth fixing, he's not afraid to tell you. He's not an "up sale" kinda guy either. The sooner he fixes your ride the sooner ur outta his hair. HehehNote: no relation, just an honest and loyal customer.

I don't believe this is A REAL AUTO REPAIR SHOP ! It appears to be with the 30 or so cars parked around it. My car was leaking water took it their, they called me & told me my radiator had a hole in it and needed to be replaced. 5 hours later they told me it was ready. I've never heard of a place you can drop your car off and have your radiator completely replaced that quick, 1) there is always cars a head of yours 2) they have to order the part etc...got there and Chuck, the owner hands me a bill $175.00. labor alone would normally be more then this let alone a NEW radiator. Yes I asked him was it a used radiator & he said "THEY ONLY USE NEW PARTS". On appearance it did not look new, so the next day of course it was still leaking, so I took it back 4 days later & Chuck acted as if he didn't recognize us at all and I told him my car was still leaking and he was like "what did we do to your car" I said y'all supposedly installed a radiator he said "was it a new or USED one?" I told him that he claimed they didn't use used parts. They took it into the bay and we waited on the bench out front for 2 hours for them to replace a simple radiator hose, then got home to see all they did was splice the old hose together VERY sloppy. Don't Trust an Automobile Repair shop where all the mechanics drive bicycles.

I've known Chuck for 35yrs...He is very honest and professional.I Called Chuck at 8:30am brought my truck to him at 9am ...He called back at 10:30am Picked truck up at 11am....AWESOME SERVICE. They have always performed satisfactory repairs on many of my vehicles.

He's had my S-10 for 9 months now. Just needs a head. I found a head and paid for it and had it delivered 4 months ago. Now he has lost the bolts. I've also paid$300 for parts. Not happy.

They worked on my car 3 times to help try and resolve an issue it had. 2 times they sent me back to the auto parts store to exchange a part because the first part they requested wasn't right. I finally got the right one and now the mechanic is saying he doesn't want to work on my car because it's a green car. I'm a little confused here. He's already been in it doing the same thing 2 times, and now all at once he doesn't want to touch it. It's to replace a mechanical pulley on a serpentine belt. It's replacement will not damage the green system. However it will help it run more efficiently. I know this because my son in law is a mechanic at my car's dealership in Washington State. Unfortunately he's to far away.So they start work but don't finish it and leave Senior Citizen Female without reliable transportation who is trying to live off disability. Shame on them!

Absolutely sprung I will be giving this automotive mechanic shop my business. I'm breaking up a long-term relationship with my last one. These guys are honest dependable and eager to fix you and it seems to be very affordable so do I appreciate affordability and dependability yes and you should too

I was directed to this garage by a nearby auto store. They explained why my check engine light came on. They reset it for me and also explained what I needed to do if the light came back on. They didn't charge me a dime for their time. I was very appreciative. The gentlemen I spoke with were very friendly. If I need any repairs in the future, I will go back to them.

Nothing like having a good stepfather to raise you up and automobiles restoration and much more. He's been in my family all my life his name is Chuck I'm greatly condone my knowing he just lost his son sorry for his loss thanks again guys

My woman's Nissan was acting funny. She requested a diagnostic test. They tested it, nothing came up. Cleaned up the battery for her. Didn't charge her anything and was in and out. Thanks Chuck!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, BatteryServices: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

Great shop, and honest mechanics! Was quoted $85 for a repair, and even though it took longer than they originally thought the price still remained the same. Would recommend them any day of the week.

Takes to long to fix vehicles also isn't customer friendly need a to know people have to make the money to pay him or at least have a loaner to use will he work on your vehicle if not fix He should Refund a portion of your money

If I could give 0 stars I would. This shop is beyond awful. They are completely rude and unprofessional. I brought my car there and was told I had a few in front of me. 3 days later my car is still in the same spot not touched. When I asked about it he was rude and walked off in the middle of me talking to him. I called everyday asking and got told to quit calling. Finally on the 9th day I got mad and ask was. He said I told you there was a few in front of you it could be next week before I get to it. A few is 2 or 3 not almost 2 weeks worth of cars. This place was a waste of my time. I went to precision turn instead and has it done in 1 day. Never go to RPMs their unprofessional and rude. If you want your car done right and back in a timely manor go anywhere but here.

Are you scared somebody's going to lie to you about your car's repair... Or are you scared somebody's going to overcharge you for a small repair? If so you might want to try.. it feels kind of good not to be lied to you or taking advantage of...

Great Price-Very Honest Mechanic Shop at RPM...They have lots of work and always busy, but get the job done in a reasonable time manner...If your looking for a great Mechanic and honestly this is the best shop to bring your vehicle... !!!

RPM was referred by another automotive repair biz but I wish RPM was my first choice. They fixed my issue quickly and it was affordable.
