Needed my axles replaced on trailer, dropped 1 off Monday for a template and both we re ready on Friday for pickup. Cost was great and service was great, will never use anyone else!

Before I found Robs , I fully expected my wallet,to be very very hurt. That was not the case. Here s what I will say. Every business that deals with the public in any way, shape or form does so in the same manner that Bob s does and you ll have a successful business all of you They have it going on they re real they are pros it s what everybody should be. Nuff sad.

I needed a trailer electric brake system and my new bumper license plate lights installed. I don't think Google will allow me to enter people's names so I'll just say his name sounds like race. He went above and beyond. And, the price didn't hurt. This is a great business who you need to support. It's the only place I will be using in the future.

Over the last several decades I've built and repaired many trailers, including custom works for family and friends. Rob's is my go to supply for all of my parts and sometime advice needs. They are a full service facility, repairs, up grades and maintaining your trailer is there specialty. I've referred many folks to them for bigger projects and they're all happy with Rob's.

Excellent job on Blue Ox faceplate and wiring harness install. If you want to deal with people who are polite, above and beyond helpful, and know their stuff, this is the place to go. Shout out to Shawna, who rocked it with communication, professionalism, politeness and enthusiasm. Grant, technician, did an awesome job and went thru everything about the install and how things work before turning it over to me. Highly recommend these folks.

Awesome customer service. Very friendly, professional, and efficient. They got me in within 2 days (waited for a part to be shipped) and installed our hitch in about 40 minutes. The dude even offered me a drink while I waited. We were moving cross country so needed cargo room and took a lot of stress off getting that done!

I just left Rob s and couldn t be more pleased. I pulled up with a heavy equipment trailer that had lost all connection which meant no trailer brakes. I was told that they were running three weeks on repairs, but the young guy working said he could take a look at it. Long story short, he rewired my connection and replaced a tail light. Excellent quality and service. They are fantastic at what they do and well worth the wait.

Dropped my trailer off said it would be two weeks out. Two weeks later after no contact from them, called two more weeks. Two weeks later went in person and again two weeks out! Two weeks later after no contact, I picked my trailer up took it to Humphries Hitch's and got it back completed in a week! Save yourself Time, heart ache and money go somewhere else.

These guys were super friendly and flexible. Was able to get fast service on my travel trailer and learned a lot from the technician about the process. We full time RV so the flexibility and extra help and info were really appreciated. All at a great price and fast.

My experience at Rob s Hitch Center was so amazing! Chris was not only kind and considerate, but patient and understanding. There was never a time where I didn t see him have perfect customer service. Even when we ran into some issues, he fixed them all! I definitely recommend this business as it is obvious that they put their customers first.

Excellent hustle, flexibility, and service delivered, for half what I expected to pay. Phone manners were great; Chris was eager to help. Repair to optimize another shop's hitch installation was effective and quick, as promised. I could not be more pleased.

I'm an out of towner driving through in a motorhome flat towing a car, the car started feeling funny so I stopped to check it out and the tow hitch was almost in pieces, robs was the third call and Chris said they could help me out.I took it in the next day, (and they were busy)It took several attempts of configuring parts and a little welding but they got us back on the road.I was impressed with thier determination to get the job done.Thanks again guys.

Tried to get a hitch installed on short notice for an older car. Due to supply chain issues the part didn't arrive on time, but they were really nice about it despite having ordered the part specifically for my car, and having to either put it in stock or having to send it back. Friendly communication and going out of their way for a potential customer.

Awesome experience; they took care of my hitch issue right on the spot at a moment's notice; very quick, fair price, nationwide warranty too!Go there if you tow anything that needs to be serviced or "hooked up"

Installed a tow package on my VW Touareg and everything went just perfect. Made an appointment, in and out on the same day. In business for 65 years- id say they know what they are doing!

I am moving to the Orlando area. Took my trailer and boat to robs in January to get the trailer checked out for the trip. They told me they were busy and it might be a few weeks. I told them it was fine i was not towing my boat until Feb 17th. Chris promised to have it done. I called to see if it was done Feb 15th ish. They told be they had to order a tongue and it would not be ready. I told them my move was pushed back a week and that would be fine. Once again they promised to have it ready by Feb 24th. I called again and they said it would be ready the 25th Friday. I told them I was not happy but I had to come back anyway. March 3rd I called again. Still not ready. I got mad and told them I need the boat. Please please get it ready to tow. March 5th went to pick trailer up. All ready to go. When I got there my boat had been under a tree since January( full of leaves and stained) and all they did was put new tires on it. After inspecting the trailer I saw a hole in the frame( I stuck my finger through it on both sides) that attaches to the tongue and the old tongue was still on it. Got mad again and showed them the hole. And explained that they said it was delayed because they had to order the tongue and thats not even replaced and I can't tow it to Orlando with a big hole in the frame. Well it April 2nd today. Still waiting to get my trailer back. So mad with these guys. They apparently lost a bunch of workers and had covid etc etc. My last trip to Pensacola is soon. If the trailer is not ready I don't know what I will do.

Always good service from this reputable business. I unreservedly recommend them for all or any of your towing or trailer related parts or repairs. I have found them to be very fair , honest, and efficient.

Bought a trailer hitch and had it installed on my jeep for at the time I thought was a decent price but found out my hitch was not a complicated install. Require only 4 bolts to install the hitch but the owner charged as if he had to cut weld and install the hitch. Better to get a hitch installed at u-haul.

Went there for small piece of metal to mount a light on, they went out of their way to help me and ended up giving me a piece of scrap. If I ever need work on a trailer r hitch I will only go there 5 stars all the way. Thank you Rob's Trailer Hitch Center.

I broke an axle trailering my boat from the boat ramp, I took the whole axle assembly including leaf springs to them to measure and replace axle got it back two business days later and everything bolted up nicely. Good job.

Fantastic service and fantastic prices. They need to raise their prices. I don't know how they make a profit with their prices. They do great work and I highly recommend them.

I spoke with Chris and he gave me great advice on options for my suv, suggestions based on what I d need to tow, and pricing options. I ll definitely come back here for future towing needs!

Great place if you need a Blue Ox base plate installed on your tow vehicle. Professional installation at a reasonable price!

Went in with a broken tail light bracket thats hard to find. Dennis bent and welded it back within 20 minutes.

These guys are great. Put a 5 pin adapter on in no time! Got me out the door quickly! Lots of parts and locks.
