RNR is a great place to get your car looking right, they put my Cadillac Escalade on 26's, and my Pontiac torrent sitting on 20's RNR is the place to go.

I want someone from corporate to contact me!!! You call the scam artist in the Pensacola location and they tell you they don t have a number for corporate unaware that you can go online and obtain the number. My next step will be reporting to the BBB. The people that call to collect payment will lie to you and tell you that making a payment will put you out two weeks but Forget what they say and then turn around and call you the following weekend wanting you to make a payment. A payment is made today and she tells me another payment is gonna be due this weekend. I signed up for a two week. Period. Got my account current and now they are wanting me to pay every week, I was informed by one of the ladies that if a customer does not make their tire payment, they do not get their bonus that was very unprofessional and I am almost certain that corporate would not want their employees selling customers that. The wise do not purchase tires from this place they will rip you off overcharge you continue to have you paying when you ve had the tires well paid off. You will end up paying $2000 for a set of tires.

This vehicle parked at the road is a lawsuit waiting to happen. You can NOT see when pulling out of this place due to the vehicle being right at the road blocking your view.

I recommend RNR to anyone rather I know them or not. They have provided excellent service and the customer service members were above the greatest expectations. When ever I need service or tires for any reason, I will now spend my funds through them with tires them all my business. Thank you RNR tires for the best service and courtesy I have ever received in my almost 50 years of living!!!!

This place is absolutely ridiculous. I bought tires from here and somehow have paid $2300 for 5 USED tires and still somehow owe more money. This place is a scam and not worth doing business with. Every time you're about to be done paying more charges are added. Also they will charge your card random amounts to make it to where you hit interest and pay even more money on these garbage tires. STAY AWAY.

Excellent excellent customer service professionalism, courteous them they put a nice set of 22 inch tires on my Lincoln town car the right size tire. Nothing crazy like the last place. I will continue to do business with these guys because they actually care about your vehicle and not just your money. Thank you guys so much!!! Five star rating

They are family to me . Danny, jj. Cara. Sam, prince Jacob and think Marcus are all friendly very highly recommend them. Go check them out..any problems they will try to fix it theres none they couldn't handle.

RNR Tire Express provided me with excellent customer service and went above and beyond to replace a blown out tire for a family member s vehicle. I am truly appreciative for the extra service they provided and would strongly recommend RNR Tire Express.

If it was possible I would give this place a zero. Oscar is one of the biggest liars. He made me purchase a warranty that I could not use, by telling me if I did not purchase the warranty and something happened to my RIMS he could not touch them. Well after speaking to another worker at the store I found out the warranty did not apply to my RIMS, it applied to tires which I did not purchase. I only purchase RIMS from them. They don t really know much about tires. When they changed my tires the sensor light would not go off. I made three trips back to the store for the to reset the light but they had no idea that it needed to be reset. The kept putting air in my tire, each time I went, and told me the light would go off after I ride down the road about 3-5 miles. I ended up taking it to another shop for them to reset my sensors. They scratched my RIMS when they took them off to put the rings on that they fail to order when they ordered the RIMS. And they are not going to take care of what they did, so I am going to have to find someone to paint my RIM that they scratched myself. Which means I am going to have to pay for something they did. Please be careful. When dealing with these people if I would have been warned I would have went somewhere else. He also lied about the free alignment and road side service. Pay close attention to your warranty. You are paying for these services weekly. But Oscar will not tell you this and he will lie to swindle you into buying purchasing these services, but don t be fooled. I will never use this place again and I highly recommend that no one else does.

Be careful dealing with them! I m going through hell right now due to them. Old manager apparently took my money and didn t add it to my account. New manager blames him anyway. I ve tried calling corporate guy named Shane numerous times and have not gotten a call back. Was told three times in one week to come get my alignment after getting tires and took off work 3 days only to keep being told no one was trained at that point in July. 3 days of no pay is over $300 for us!! All I got was a verbal apology. Do your research!! Don t trust anything!! Apologies don t pay your bills after losing 3 days worth of work over lies after lies about someone being trained and all I get in an Im sorry? Poor management and poor communication there!!

This IS The best place to go ! I bought my tires in MO before my move to FL. The female owner also has a Military background. She was Extremely helpful in addressing the service on my car. I am so pleased this store is in Pensacola. Customer service is top-notch ! Do visit here for your tires !!

I don't know why these people are in business since they're not serious nor interested in selling what customers want I mean if you don't need the money why do you have the store for ? I went somewhere else and sealed a deal within hours and was treated with respect I actually got what I liked not what you wanted me to get

I was in a horrible situation I had a blowout and couldn t drive my car to get a replacement considering it s a rx8 and they don t have spare tires! Well I talked to Oscar he literally came to my house with a tire to put on my car. it didn t fit! They drove all the way back to the shop to get another one to put on so I could drive down to the shop and I followed them down to get all 4 tires brand new!! This company surpasses ANY other tire place I have been to in my life! I mean who goes out of their way to bring a tire to your house so you can go get another?? Amazing service and honest men working there! Thank you for everything you did for me
