Very strange experience. Reynold Auto Body Center initially accepted my 1982 Mercedes w123 and claimed they wanted the job. I even was willing to help them go through online parts catalogs so they would get what they needed if it was hard to find. After a couple weeks of waiting, the only progress that was made was removal of headlights and the front bumper.I have a busy schedule, so at the request of the business, I took a day off to come out and help them find proper part numbers and prices for fixing the damaged fenders, heat exchangers, and radiator support. They claimed they called Mercedes-Benz and no parts were available. I called the next day and was told by Mercedes that they were.The staff then refused to write a supplemental estimate because they said it was not worth their time, and then proceeded to point at my car and make ridiculous statements. They pointed at paint scuffs on suspension parts saying that the suspension was damaged... it's not. Instead of just ordering the fender, they kept going on about wanting to cut the valiance section of the fender off and attaching a part that I told them for weeks is no longer in production. No mater how many times I explained how the car comes apart, they would not listen.Doing my own math, needed Parts would have come to only about $2,000. Leaving them about $6,000 for labor and paint for a job that should be no more than a couple afternoons of work.When I presented my math, they behaved embarrassed, and said they were denying service. They then shoved my car outside stranded half an hour away from home with no offer of compensation for wasting the time of all parties involved. I was also told by my insurance company that they told the claims adjuster, almost a week prior to their request for my help on a day off to find parts, that they didn't want to preform the work anyway.In my opinion as a licensed mechanic, stay away from this shop at all costs. The skill is not there. I can't speak for the paint, but they have no business turning a bolt on any car ever. How any business can have their head that far up their butt and sill be open is beyond me.

Rob is one skilled painter and body shop owner. His work is flawless and he only turns out the best finished work. His attention to detail is outstanding the best I have ever seen. Highly recommended. Keeping Pensacola cars flawless for 50 years

PROFESSIONALISM, HONEST, AND RELIABLE Professional: Always greeted me very courteously and made me feel comfortable from the beginning.Honest: Discussed body work (rear end) that needed to be done and if any damage was done elsewhere that could not be seen until the bumper came off I was given an estimate for the potential cost.RELIABLE: This place gave a realistic time frame for the number of days it would take to get the work done.HISTORY- I had dealt with the previous owner before, Mr Reynold's, Daniel has continued the legacy of Mr Reynolds's . Honesty, Integrity,and Ethical business practices. I still like the personal service, I will continue to refer people to this shop and I will do business there again. Hopefully not to quickly"CRASH".

After getting hit by a Powerline on I95, I took the truck here to get the repairs done under the insurance and a few more things that weren t covered but I wanted done. Robbie did an awesome job on getting our work truck repaired and painted and making it clean! Thanks for the awesome job guys, always keeping us updated on the cost / progress and going above and beyond to make sure we re happy.Check them out if you want a fair price for a great job.
