This place was very good to me. Brought my car in with a suspected coolant leak, (fluid leak under the car was noted), they ran it with dye, took it out on the road, pressure tested it. Couldn't find anything wrong. Turns out the spot I parked in had old dried oil in the space already and the condensate from the AC activated the old oil. I picked it up, they didn't charge me anything. I could not RECOMMEND them more highly!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Best shop I've ever been to. Don't let the outside fool you. The owner and workers here were over the top nice, honest, and very reasonably priced. From here on out, I will never go anywhere else if I need work done on my car. Highly recommend!

" WORST EVER " He held my car for 5 weeks , no work done ! Then say that for keeping my car for so long , he would plug my tire that went flat while being there smh. And reprogram my keys to my car for " Free" . Did that but on day I was removing my vehicle from this place,To have it towed to another establishment that I felt more comfortable fixing the bigger issues . He charge me $200 because he said he sat in the car too long to program it .. WOW!! I would advise to take your car to a more professional establishment, because he rips you off . Very slow about getting work done . He Had no remorse whatsoever. Not a guy I will trust with my vehicle.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Professional Automotive Repair it is the best place in all of Pensacola to take your car. Very nice, kind, personable, friendly people. Best experience I have ever had with work done on my car. Very knowledgeable. They pin pointed the exact problem. (AND never tried to come up with several other issues like some mechanics do) I can not Express enough how honest they are. When the part came in, called me to ask me the best day for my schedule. I arrived they fixed it. My cars runs great now!! So happy.They do excellent work at really FAIR prices. For big jobs he will even take payments. I never in my life met a mechanic that would do that. Amazing guy..They all work hard and get a lot of business because of all of that. So glad and so grateful to have.found this place. As a single women I need a place just like this.

I've been getting my car repaired here for years. Very professional and reliable. Prices are always fair and reasonable. The owner is a good friend of mines as well as a business associate. I highly recommend this repair shop.

Leroy has been doing an engine swap on my car he has had the car for over a month and I STILL have no gotten my car back. They refuse to answer the phone when I call. So unprofessional don t sign up for a job you cannot handle. Because now nobody will go behind and do the work to repair my car because they ve already went in and did what they did. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR FIXED HERE.

This place has an A+ rating with the better business bureau and it should. Mr. Leeroy (the owner) is and has been my mechanic for the past 10 yrs. He is very professional and kind. He will refer you to a rent a car establishment and they'll give you a discounted rate because you're doing business with him. He gets you the best parts for your vehicle and they come with lifetime warranties. He will allow you to have your vehicle towed and billed to his shop. He will pick u up and drop u off if your vehicle breaks down and you need a ride. He will allow you to make payment arrangements if you can't pay up front and allow you to drive your vehicle off of the premises. He's an awesome person and mechanic. I definitely recommend professional automotive for your vehicle repairs

No one will EVER touch my vehicles except Leeroy & his staff. Besides being a great human being, he's very accommodating and will do whatever it takes to fix your vehicle. Not many local small businesses out there that can be trusted but you can bet this is one of the BEST!

THE BEST ALL AROUND MECHANICS!! One of the best places in pensacola for auto care in my opinion the place could use a upgrade but if you want quality service I recommend going here first... the owner is a active working part of the business who treats every client as there needs are important.. he has met every need of mine on several occasions with affordable rates.. I can guarantee with full confidence by using this shop not only will you be leaving knowing the job was done right but also feel as you have gained a friend that has your back in a time of crises in the process.. One who is honest hard working professional and friendly .. I can't say it enough THE BEST ALL AROUND MECHANICS pensacola has to offer character , personality , and professionalism( GREAT WORK GUYS )We will be doing business again soon

GO HERE!! HONEST OWNER, PHENOMENAL SERVICE, AMAZING PRICES. I read the reviews and called up after hours, and Leeroy the owner answered and was already helpful on the phone. He said to bring it by the next day, so I did and he walked straight out to my car with me and hooked it up to the diagnostic tool and showed me the results right away and explained a lot of things to me (without being condescending, which usually happens with women). I had asked about an oil leak that I was told I had, and he checked it out right there and filled up my oil for free. I walked away with free oil and a free diagnostic and a very helpful explanation about all the other miscellaneous issues going on with my car, and honest explanations about what I did and did not have to be worried about and why.Anyway, I needed the leak fixed within a few days because I had a long drive coming up. He figured out a way to make this work, because I had work every day and didn't know how I'd be able to get it to him early enough in the day. He said he'd have someone pick it up at my job the next day, which he did right away. I got off and he had already called me with a recap and offered me a ride to go pick it up. I took him up on it, and after all this, the price STILL CAME OUT probably 80% lower than what Pepboys would've charged me. And even with the low price he offered to let me do it in payments if I needed to. I had talked about my possible plans to sell the car eventually, and he offered to help me sell it too.Look no further! Go to Professional Automotive Repair if you want some rare honest service and to not get screwed over!!

My son on his honeymoon had a breakdown, the water pump on his 02 civic went out. This place had good reviews and good prices. When he came home he brought the car to me for an oil leak. I am a mechanic of 20+ years. They did some very sloppy work. The oil leak was the valve cover gasket they charged extra to replace. even though the valve cover has to come off for the timing cover to come off. The gasket they put on got knocked out of place during installation. The bottom timing belt cover was broken at all 4 hold downs and they said nothing. Just left it loose to rub on the belts and pulley. Plus there were many bolts left loose. Plus other problems, I called and talked to Leroy the manager and he said they would fix it. But we are in Nashville 7 hrs away. He would not let me take it somewhere here and him pay for it. So he said he would send me compensation for the repair. Well 2 months later that never happened. I fixed the car. I do not recommend the place if you live out of town.

Leeroy is an amazing owner/worker, and he has many talented automotive mechanics. I strongly recommend going here for a real honest mechanic and a good price. Don't be fooled by all the cars, they do awesome work.

Thank you Mr. Leroy my equinox was a mess when u got it. Mr.Leroy fix my all the problems module relaynew battery new coolant fan .Mr.Leroy even deliver it to the house. I went out joy riding and the air wasn't working properly. I took it back Mr.Leroy had my great grand daughter and I sit in his office and we was in good company with a gray head man who was so nice and pleasant.The man talked to my great granny the whole time Mr.Leroy came and told me we got cold air. Mr.Leroy don't put u on hold or tell you to come back.He gets the job done.He is the most nicest man I have met in a long time .HE'S WORTH EVERY DOLLAR SPENT IN ALL HONEST. PLEASE TAKE YOUR RIDE TO MR. LEROY HE'S A WINNER. NOT A JACK LEG THANK YOU THANK YOU

I had my Lincoln Navigator repaired here. The Spark plug was blown out. The people of professional Automotive. Fixed My Suv and it has been several months and it running great!!!!!!!!! You wont find better car repair place in town. Professional work and Fair prices, and friendly. I know it wasn't easy Thank you so much I will be back !!!!!Thank you so much for helping my Son get his car back on the Road Again another Amazing Job !!! You Are the Must Go Too Mechanic !!!

Very friendly and respectful service. Didn't get charged for a diagnostic and prices were fair; dealerships told me it would be $120/hr for diagnostic. Dropped my car off overnight and picked up repaired the next day.

Have taken all of my cars to Leroy at professional automotive. I worked at area car dealerships for near a decade and Leroy is the only auto mechanic that I trust. As a female, I always have a paranoia when I take my vehicle for anything that I'm going to be lied to, and taken advantage of at the very least. I haven't had to worry about since finding this place & Leroy & his team. So much less stress for me. Thank you Leroy!!

I come here for all my automotive needs. I am a single mother and sometimes I have to worry about mechanic shops taking advantage of my knowledge in cars but here I never have to worry and the price is always affordable. I highly recommend
